Learning CPR empowers you to save lives! It's a skill anyone can learn—not just healthcare
professionals or emergency responders. In fact, when bystanders step in with CPR, they can
double or even triple a person's chance of survival. This class provides safe, effective training to
prepare you to act confidently when every second counts. The class is instructor-led, with no FIND YOUR PASSION. WORK AT THE Y!
prerequisite coursework required, and includes a minimum of 3.75 hours of in-person
instruction. The MetroWest YMCA seeks swim instructors for full-time and part-time
shifts, with training available for those with youth experience.
