SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
YMCA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The YMCA works to ensure that regardless of ability to pay, we make it possible for everyone in the community to participate in our programs and activities. For that reason, our Y has a scholarship program to make our programs and activities more affordable. In previous years, the Y awarded over $250,000 in membership and program subsidies to those who could not afford the fees. If you believe in the mission of the Y and you believe in how the Y can help individuals and families in our community with improving their health, then please consider a donation to the Jersey Shore YMCA Annual Support Campaign. The Annual Support Campaign is our annual program to fund the scholarship program. One hundred percent of the money donated goes directly to the benefit of children, adults and families in our community.
