Present Wireless Scenario Consists Of Homogeneous Network...
Present wireless scenario consists of homogeneous network and heterogeneous networks. In
homogeneous network each base station has similar transmit power level, antenna pattern,
receiver noise floor and similar backhaul connectivity. But this type of network has disadvantage
of coverage hole. In heterogeneous network the macro BSs is collocated with micro, pico and
femto cells. This arrangement increases overall spectral efficiency per unit area (capacity) of the
network. Whereas small cell like micro, pico, femto and relays are used to avoid coverage hole
and to provide mobility to the users. Not only this relays can be used to provide backhaul
connectivity, where wire line link is not possible or are expensive to deploy. As determined by the
information theoretic capacity limits, current cellular systems have evolved to a point where a
system with one BS achieves near optimal performance. Researchers are now moving towards
more advanced heterogeneous network topology which will bring the network more closely to the
mobile user leading to further capacity gains [46 49]. HetNets will significantly improve the
spectral efficiency per unit area by utilizing a diverse set of BSs. 1.4Elements of Heterogeneous
Network Heterogeneous deployment need to use innovative cell association and inter celling
interference coordination techniques in order to realize the promised capacity and coverage gains. A
typical heterogeneous wireless technology as shown in figure 1.4 has the

improve the quality of life. The cost of health care continues to rise each year. Health care fraud is a
factor that continues to plague the health care industry. The affect health care fraud has on hospitals,
is the increasing cost of medical services. The following research will examine and evaluate how
organizational structure and governance, culture and the lack of focus on social responsibility

The previous organizational structure for payment of services rendered did not allow officials
enough time to investigate claims to ensure the claims were legitimate. Perpetrators study the law
and use the knowledge to fraud insurance and government agencies. The governance of rules,
regulations and laws was not stringent enough to stop perpetrators from frauding the system. New
guidelines allow agencies more time to detect suspicious claims, investigate and save the insurance
companies millions of dollars. Society does not concentrate on proactive actions to prevent fraud,
instead society deals with the problem after the fact. Consumer watch groups do not have tools in
place to prevent fraud. Perpetrators rely on the oversites of insurance companies in order to target
and fraud insurance companies. Insurance companies and the federal government should pool
resources using a percentage of profits to finance a task force to arrestively fight fraud. The
penalty for fraud should be more stringent which will cause perpetrators to think twice before
formulating a plan to commit fraud. The Affordable Health Care Act is the beginning of many
programs established to fight against fraud. Health care fraud is a growing problem and should be
taken more seriously by citizens of the United States. Physicians, health care workers, and patients

Postman s Theory Of Identity Theft Essay
One of Postman s theories was based on technological change as a trade off. According to this theory,
Postman believed that there were advantages and disadvantages to every new technology introduced.
There is an imbalance on whether a user s enthusiasm to share news outweigh their privacy values.
Gross and Acquisti s proposition to information sharing states that, users may be pragmatically
publishing personal information because the benefits they expect from public disclosure surpass its
perceived costs (10). To those who have become victims of identity theft through social media, the
disadvantages might be more obvious than to the general public. Social networks pressurize users
for information that consequently causes users to disregard privacymoralities. Further disadvantages
discovered by Social Networking ProCon include government intrusions, decreasing employee
productivity, promoting crimes, and facilitating cyberbullying.
Not all users on social networks will become victims of identity theft, but the statistics are alarming.
Even with 54% of social media profiles targeted for identity theft, 93% of user s still share relevant
information such as their full names and those of families. How social media identity theft typically
occurs is through unconscious sharing. Social networks encourage and often require ... Show more

For example, nicknames can replace legal names and employer information excluded. Users should

thieves obtain information through a mutual or shared interest such as friend on a social media

The Fences By August Wilson
In the Fences, by August Wilson shows that life of African Americans in the U.S. in the 1950s
with the story of Troy and his family. Wilson uses the symbol of the fence to show the desires of
each character like Rose s desire is to keep her family together, Troy s desire is to keep death out and
to be not bound forever, and Bono s desire is to follow Troy, his best friend, as an example of the
right way to live and to be with Rose and Troy who are basically his family. Rose and the other
seen characters represent people and show gender roles of the time, like Rose is a housewife, Troy
is the provider. Also Cory is the new generation of emotion over responsibility, Gabriel represents
the war heros that were permanently disabled from war... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Bono: Some people build fences to keep people out... and other people build fences to keep people
in. Rose wants to hold on to you all. She loves you. (1 2.i.)
Here August Wilson in the first part shows a little of the gender roles of the 1950s where men are the
boss of the house and women are subservient to them. It also shows that Rose did not go in as told
but remained there with them and Troy accepted that he could not tell her what to do. The image
or action of Rose not leaving shows the changing of the times in other words the 1950s on the
fence to between the old ways and the new ones. In the first part of what Bono says describes
Troy with death and the other part describes Rose with her love for her family and desire to keep
everyone close and happy. The character Gabriel (Uncle Gabe) is a mix of many different things
and people that of the time and believes he signals the opening of heaven s gate as his
interpretation of the fence. Gabriel is Troy s half brother who went and fought in the war. He was
medically discharged after receiving a head injury that permanently reduced his mental functions.
Troy helped Gabriel get a settlement and helps spend/manage the money. Troy used the money to
buy himself a house that Gabriel originally lived in as well until Gabriel moved out at his own
wish. Wilson wrote: Gabriel: Oh, yeah... I know it. The devil s strong. The devil ain t no pushover.

Neoclassical Economics Of Migration Between Puerto Rico...
Neoclassical economics of migration focuses on individual decision to attain higher wages by
migrating to a new higher wage country. Migration between Puerto Rico and the United States is an
example of this theory. Analysis has been done that illustrates when Puerto Rico s unemployment
rates are high migration to the mainland in the United Statesfor work is high. Although Puerto Rico is
a common wealth of the United States migration between the two represents significant movements
across linguistic, cultural and geographic boundaries. This theory explains migration very well
especially in this segment of the population because its not uncommon for a Puerto Rican to migrate
to the United States for better opportunities for work and later
Health Issues And Its Effects On The Wellbeing Of An...
Each person faces some type of health issue at some point in their life. As humans, we all find
ourselves in unfavorable positions that require medical intervention; rather major or minor. A health
issue can be defined simply as any circumstance or condition that has a negative impact on the
wellbeing of an individual. Healthissues can stem from one not taking care of themselves, genetics,
or harm perpetuated from an external factor / environment. There are currently numerous studies
being conducted worldwide about various diseases. Settings for such research ranges from agencies
and organizations to undergraduate and graduate universities. The concept of what it means to be

The name of the agency that specializes in overseeing public health for Romania is the Ministry of
Health of Romania. There is no perfect system. Although the access to care is listed in Romania s
constitution is important to note that fees are included. In some cases, people cannot pay these
fees, leading to lack of the care they need. Leading health issues that affect Romania include but
aren t limited to heart disease, cancer, and poisoning. Romania s public health system has existed
in the country since the late 1600s.Before hospitals, people in need of medical assistance would
obtain help from nonprofit sectors. This included charities organizations such as shelters and
religious groups. The Romanian chapter of the Red Cross was established in the summer of 1876.
The founding of this organization was heavily influenced by Romania s involvement with the First
Geneva Convention; a treaty established to enforce protection of those wounded or killed in battle.
Romania s Red Cross is based in Bucharest s Coltea Hospital. Coltea is one of several hospitals that
have been built since this time. In 2011, government officials of Romania began to propose
privatization when it comes to healthcare for individuals. Privatization of healthcare is described as
the shift from pubic medical services to the enforcement of using private sectors of care. Despite not
materializing, there has many

The Competing Values Framework was developed initially from research conducted by
University of Michigan faculty members on the major indicators of effective organizational
performance. It has been found to be an extremely useful model for organizing and understanding a
wide variety of organizational and individual phenomena, including theories of organizational
effectiveness, leadership competencies, organizational culture, organizational design, stages of life
cycle development, organizational quality, leadership roles, financial strategy, information
processing, and brain functioning.
The robustness of the framework is one of its greatest strengths. In fact, the framework has been
identified as one of the 40 most important frameworks in the history of business.
