RENT / LEASE AGREEMENT
This Rent / Lease deed is made and executed at New Delhi on this *25/03/2025* between
*MOHD NAEEM, Aadhaar No. *256769207414, Son of **MOHD ASHQEEN* R/o *H.NO.
7479, BADI MASZID QUSAB PURA,QURESHI NAGAR DELHI 6, DELHI SADAR BAZAR DELHI -
110006* hereinafter called the lessor.
*AND*
*SYED QWAIS ALI , Aadhaar No. **584575344132, son of **MEHTAB ALI* R/o *H.NO 1073,
NEAR SHANTA SCHOOL THANA CHANDNI MAHAL DARYA GANJ CENTRAL DELHI -110002*
hereinafter called the lessee.
The terms and *expression* of the first party and second party shall mean include them
their legal heirs, nominees and assignees.
Whereas the *LESSOR* is the absolute owner and in possession of *H.NO 1072, HAVALI
ANWAR ALI NEAR SHANTA SCHOOL, THANA CHANDNI MAHAL DARYA GANJ CENTRAL DELHI -
110002* hereinafter called the property.
And whereas the *Lessee* has approached the Lessor for taking the *5 th floor* of *property
H.NO. 1072,HAVALI ANWAR ALI NEAR SHANTA SCHOOL THANA CHANDNI MAHAL DARYA
GANJ CENTRAL DELHI - 110002* on rent and the Lessor has agreed to let out the said
property to the Lessee at a monthly rent of *Rs. 9,000/- (Rs. Nine thousand only)* under the
following terms and conditions as under:
Now therefore this lease deed witnesseth as under:
1. That the Lease has been granted for a period of *11 months, which is effective **w.e.f.
25/3/2025 to 24/2/2026*.
2. That the Lessee / Tenant has already paid a sum of *Rs. 9,000/- (Rs. Nine thousand only)*
for the first month's rent (*March 2025). And One month advance *Rs. 9,000/-(Rs.Nine
thousand only)* to the owner/Lessor. Thereafter the Lessee shall pay the monthly rent to
the Lessor payable in advance on or before **1st day* of each English Calendar month.
3. That the *electricity bills* of the said property will be paid by the *tenant* as per sub
meter *Rs. ____ per unit* and *water charges* will be paid by the tenant and in case any
damage to the *water motor, pipe line or electricity fitting* during the tenancy period, the
same will be the responsibility of the tenant.
4. That the Lessee shall use the property for *Residential* purpose only.
5. That the Lessee shall have no right to make any addition/alteration/change in the said
property or its part without written permission of the Lessor under any circumstances.
6. That the Lessee shall not be permitted to sublet, let out, transfer any part or whole of the
said property to any other person without the written permission of the Lessor.
7. That the Lessor shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage thus suffered by
the second party due to theft, accident, or fire etc. whatsoever it may be.
8. That this Lease Agreement can be terminated even before the expiry of this Lease period
by either party by giving one month's notice to the other party.
9. That the Lessee shall not apply for a loan from the bank or private loan during their stay in
the said rented property under any circumstances & if found the Lessee shall be solely
responsible liable for the action taken by the concerned department or police.
10. That the Lessee shall always permit the Lessor or any their agent representatives or
enter in to the said property for inspection or to carry out repairs at any reasonable time,
whenever deemed necessary by the Lessor.
11. That in case of any mishappening, criminal activity/unlawful activity etc. happen in the
said tenanted premises the second party shall be solely liable and responsible for the same
and the first party shall not be liable and responsible regarding the same, in any manner,
under any circumstances.
12. That the Lessee shall abide by all the rules and regulations of electricity or other
departments of bodies and in case of any misuse, theft, tempering etc. the Lessee shall be
responsible and fully liable for the same and the Lessor will not be liable and responsible for
the same.
