House Officer's undertaken for LRH.
I_____________________ S/O, D/O __________________________do solemnly agree on the following terms and
conditions for selection as house Officer in LRH MTI Peshawar.
1. a) That I am public sector (Govt. Medical College) graduate and will be paid stipend as per Govt. notification in
case of availability of seats.
b) I will do my house job without stipend basis being student of Private Sector Medical College/Foreign Degree
holder/Public Sector graduate but no available seats.
2. That I will not ask/claim for any accommodation till the vacation of by the present batch.
3. I will be personally and jointly responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the room.
4. That I will immediately vacate the allotted accommodation immediately after the job is completed/terminated.
5. That I will pay Rs. 1500/- per month per seat for the period from 15th April to 15th. September as a payment of
Air conditioner (only Split unit) is installed in summer. The amount of AC charges may be deducted from my
stipend.
6. I will not make or take part in any association, unions or subversive activities i.e. strikes, demonstrations for
slogans, and even instigation to someone etc. It found involved and guilty to the satisfaction of the hospital
administration, I shall be liable to be dealt with as per rules/regulations.
7. If any disciplinary action is taken by the administration after consideration it shall be final and I will not challenge
it.
8. I will be bound to obey rules and regulations issued by the authorities from time to time.
9. I will not allow guests to stay with me in the room without the written permission of the warden/Provost.
10. No guest will be allowed to stay in the room i n any circumstances.
11. Changing of house job will not be permitted once allotted.
12. Mutual transfer will not be allowed after the 1st. week of commencing of the house job for the year.
13. Changing of house job will not be permitted on locum basis and its duration will in no case extend beyond the
period of that particular term. He/She can continue house job for the remaining period to complete the six
months job. The extend period will be honorary. As such certificate of those six months will be issued to them
accordingly.
14. House Officer will be entitled to 10 days casual leave in each session. if a house officer does not join within 07
days of the start of the jobs or if he/she joins and absent him/her self for 10 days house job will be terminated on
the report of his/her professor/Consultant in charge.
15 Only house officer and not their dependents are entitled for free medical treatment.
16. The appointment as house officer will be purely on temporary basis liable to be terminated at any time without
assigning any reasons by the administrator of the concerned hospital.
17. No attachment to additional ward to be made.
18. They will be free to bring forth to the notice of the hospital administration any of their personal
grievances/complaints individually by in no case they will organize for any joint representation agitation etc. or to
become a member of any association the hospital
19. a) For payment of stipend each house officer must submit performance evaluation report (PERs) from professor
I/C of the units before issuance of stipend.
20. I will be bound to make RFID card and regular attendance as the stipend will be based on the attendance record.
b) Certificate will only be issued on the recommendation of Professor/ consultant in charge and production of
clearance from:
1. Professor I/C
2. Accounts Section.
3. Warden/Provost of doctor's Hostels.
4. Library
5. I/C HR I/T.
21. I accept the above mentioned conditions for the consideration of my house job at LRH.
