In this given report, the information about industry, all the environment and experiences during the
six weeks of Industrial Training.

Practicing of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, JavaScript and PHP, understanding website


development process and also understanding develop mobile application using web technology,
adapting to Industrial environment, working and testing on live project, safety precautions taken
such things were learned and experienced during six weeks of Industrial Training report.

Organizational Structure

Desoft Technology is a small scale IT Company where some software is


developed for the private type of business and organizations.

Mainly focuses on Application Development, Web Development, and Mobile


Application Development for private companies or organizations.

They also provide support for all kinds of Educational training like Student Training
Programme, Staff Training Programme (STTP), and internship opportunities for
students.

Focus Computers resides in two floored building. The first floor is divided into two
rooms which are which are Main Office, lecture cum hardware repairing section.

Software development process

During six weeks of industrial training, our target was to complete one sprint of software
development process and we complete that sprint. firstly we prepared our resources which will
required for our project such as centralized database creation and network setup

Testing of Live projects

We test the online Digtal Call Report Management System during six week of industrial
training. we performed unit testing on that application and generate test cases and also after
testing the modules of the application. We prepare the tested report for summarization of
testing and writing some suggestions.

System] :Summarization:

In our application we tested that there should not be invalid data entry, we checked their
validation for (mobile Number should be in correct format) customer can’t see admin page
and only admin can view the details of call reports. Without filling proper login information,
admin activity will not open. We also tested that the data given by admin and data given by
donor is properly storing in database or not. We also tested linking of application to each
other and also the linking of database with activities

This system used as to develop android application. Here the centralized database was saved.
This was use in development of the project for coding, designing, documentation. It was
handled with care to avoid data loss and preventing network failure.

Safety Procedures Followed

As worked in software industry but form our hometown there was the less risk in our
environment. Still we follow some safety procedure to avoid system damage and avoid data
loss.

• Turn off systems properly to avoid system failure.

• Setting up network connection after stabling the system performance to avoid network
failure.
• Storing software backup and documents backup in case of central database failure.
• Proper handling of centralized database to avoid data inconsistency problems occurs
from data concurrency.

WEB DEVELOPER

Becoming a web developer, also known as a computer programmer, I was playing a keyrole
in the design, installation, testing and maintenance and host of web application. The
programs we create are likely to help education system as well as businesses be more
efficient and provide a better service.
Based on my company’s particular requirements, I will be responsible for designing and
coding individual activities or providing an entirely new application. The specification I was
work on was often come from IT analysts.

As a Web developer, your list of tasks can include:

Communications Interface

❖ NIC (Network Interface Card) – It is a computer hardware component that allows a


computer to connect to a network. NICs may be used for both wired and wireless
connections.

Internet .

customer information and other information.

Safety Requirements

If there is extensive damage to a wide portion of the database due to catastrophic failure, such
as a disk crash, the recovery method restores a past copy of the database that was backed up to
archival storage and reconstructs a more current state by reapplying or redoing the operations
of committed transactions from the backed up log, up to the time of failure.

Security Requirements

Developer and User operators have unique logins so system can understand who is login in to
system right now no intruders allowed except system operators.

• AVAILABILITY: The system shall be available all the time.


• CORRECTNESS: A bug free application which fulfill the correct
need/requirements of the student.

Special / Challenging Experiences Encountered During
Training

Our industrial training started offline in company primises. It was our special experience to
work withindustry. This was not too easy for us as we were in college environment at that time.

Listening all the things and concentrate on it is challenging experience to us as we were at


home and we are attending training on online platform. It was total different type of
communication with industry than communication occurred in college. Developing of actual
app is challenging experience for us. Making the screen design user friendly was the most
challenging experience for us.

We realized and learned that the designing criteria and user friendly criteria is different
aspects, so working for customer’s satisfaction was our challenging experience.

Working with centralized database was special experience for us, also we face some problems
while working within network such as connection issues, configuration problems ofsystem etc.
So, it was our challenging experience to face that problem and avoid data loss from such
occurred problems.

Conclusion:

Electronic and electrical equipment's cannot be avoided in today's world. So also is the case of
waste/scrap electronic and electrical equipment. As long as this is a necessary evil, it has to be best
managed to minimize its adverse impacts on environment. Scrap piles are growing, as is their
pollution potential. Most of these problems have their source in the development and design of the
products concerned. Using this type of system we can conclude that using the methodology of
Reduce, Reuse and Recycle (3R) decrease the piles of electronic and electrical equipment, and make
environment to be cleaned and healthy.
