1. Position Details
Job Title: AI Engineer
Department: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Reporting To: Senior Engineering Manager
Type: Full-time, Permanent
You will be expected to fulfill your role with professionalism, ownership, and a commitment to

2. Compensation & Benefits
Component Amount (INR) per Month

Basic Salary Rs.22,000
House Rent Allowance (HRA) Rs.5,000
Special Allowance Rs.3,000
Provident Fund (Employer Contribution) Rs.1,000
Gross Salary Rs.33,000
In-hand Salary Rs.30,000
Deductions: Approximately Rs.3,000/month towards TDS, Employee PF, and Professional Tax.
Final deductions will comply with prevailing statutory laws.

3. Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (including lunch break)
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off
Overtime: If any, will be compensated either with time-off or as per company policy.
4. Leave Entitlement
You will be entitled to the following paid leaves per calendar year:
Casual Leave (CL): 12 days
Sick Leave (SL): 10 days
Earned Leave (EL): 15 days
Public Holidays: As per Wipro's regional holiday calendar
Unused earned leave may be carried forward or encashed, subject to company policy.

5. Code of Conduct
You are expected to adhere to Wipro's Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Policy, and Confidentiality
Agreement. Breach of these policies will be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.
6. Probation & Confirmation
You will be on a probation period of six (6) months from your date of joining. Your performance will
be evaluated before confirmation.
Post confirmation, you will be eligible for internal appraisals, promotions, and other benefits
extended to full-time employees.

7. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this employment by providing 30 days' written notice or payment in lieu
thereof. Grounds for immediate termination may include gross misconduct, breach of trust, or
violation of company policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All work produced by you during the course of your employment shall remain the sole intellectual
property of Wipro Technologies.

9. Confidentiality Agreement
You agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information acquired during your
employment. This clause will remain effective even after the termination of employment.
