This statement dated 05 September, 2016 sets out details of the main terms of your
employment with Logipro Software Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru.
Logipro Software Pvt. Ltd is pleased to offer you appointment as Accounts Executive. We
trust that your knowledge, skills and experience will be among our most valuable assets.
Job Title:
The title of the job that you are employed to do is: Accounts Executive. This position will be
in the Company’s Services department.
Logipro Software Pvt. Ltd. may amend your duties from time to time, and, in addition to your
normal duties you may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties
as necessary to meet the needs of the business. This may involve change in department also.
Please note that during the course of employment with us, you are able to work at any place
in the world.
Commencement of Employment:
Your employment with Logipro Software Pvt. Ltd., will commence from 05 June, 2008.
Documents:
At the time of signing the service Agreement, please bring all your certificates of
qualifications and testimonials, including proof of date of birth as per school leaving
certificate, in original, release order from your present employer and three recent colored
passport size photographs.
Accommodation:
Your accommodation for the first month of your employment will be arranged by the
Logipro Software Pvt. Ltd.
Dress Code:
Your dress code will be formal.
Salary:
Your starting annual remuneration will be Rs. 1,80,000/- per annum.

Note:
Please note salary structure of the Logipro Software Pvt. Ltd., may be altered or modified at
any time without prior notice. Your remuneration package is strictly confidential between you
and the Logipro Software Pvt. Ltd., and should not be discussed with anyone nor divulged to
anyone in any manner whatsoever.
Working Hours:
The minimum office working hours shall be from 9am-6pm with one-hour meal break and the
working days are Monday to Friday. However due to the nature of the business, working
hours are flexible and the Employee shall be required to work necessary hours in order to
complete his/her assigned work. We expect the work timings to overlap with US time to some
extent.
Annual Holidays:
The business calendar year runs from 1st January to 31st December. Employees’ annual
holiday entitlement in any holiday year is 10 business days, in addition to public holidays
listed on the company’s notice board.
Probationary Period:
Your employment is subject to your satisfactory completion of a Twelve month probationary
period. You will be on evaluation period during these Twelve months. And during the
probationary period the Company reserves the right to terminate your employment with or
without any notice period. After Twelve months based on your performance remuneration
will be reviewed.
Notice:
After successful completion of probationary period, you are required to give 30 days
of notice to terminate your employment.
Should you leave without notice or during your notice period without the permission
of the Employer, the Employer reserves the right to deduct a day’s pay for each day not
worked during the notice period. This may include deduction of wages or other moneys due to
you. In any case where the Employer agrees in writing to waive the need for you to work out
your notice period the above clause will not apply.
Confidentiality:
You are aware that during the course of your employment you will have access to and
be entrusted with information in respect of the business and financing of the Company and its
dealings transactions and affairs all of which information is or may be confidential. You shall
not (except in the proper course of your duties) during or after the period of your employment
divulge to any person whatever or otherwise make use of (and shall use your best endeavors
to prevent the publication or disclosure of) any trade secret or secret manufacturing process or
any confidential information concerning any of its suppliers agents distributors or customers.
All documents and other work received or made by you during the course of your
employment shall be the property of the Company and shall be surrendered by you to
someone duly authorized in that behalf at the termination of your employment or at the
request of the Board at any time during the course of your employment.
In the event of your leaving the Company’s services, you are expected not to take up
employment or enter into any type of business / commercial association with any of the
Company’s clients, associates or partners, for a period of two years from the date of cessation
of employment.
