Abstract:
This study aims to highlight a very important problem related to the issue of
independence in the practice of the act of philosophy and the rejection of claims that state
the universality of philosophy, so that it includes one issue and one approach and suggests
similar solutions to different problems and concerns, and this saying negates deliberative
legitimacy, the right to think and being creative other than what is referred to as universal
philosophy, then the act of creativity in thought needs to have a special deliberative ground
in which philosophy and creativity of concepts are practiced, all peoples and all nations have
ideological, linguistic and cognitive dimensions, hence the three principles mentioned are a
conservative pillar of the meanings of social intellectual values, thus the truth cannot be
recognized from one viewpoint and work to discover it from a peculiar and independent
perspective
