APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 03-2023

AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CY 2023 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 03 OF THE

GENERAL FUNDS OF LANTAWAN, BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.

WHEREAS, there is a need to provide Supplemental Appropriation to cover the cost of the urgent needs of
the barangay .

WHEREAS, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Barangay Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

SECTION 1. TITLE – This shall be known and sited as Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 03- Series 2023
approving the Supplemental Budget No. 03 Series 2023 of the General Fund of Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga
Sibugay which is taken from unspent 5% GAD 2020.

SECTION 2. Appropriation – there is hereby appropriated an amount of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE

HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT PESOS AND 55/100 (P 12,568.55) to cover the cost of the urgent needs of the
Barangay as per statement of appropriation shown below.

SECTION 5. Effectivity- This shall take effect upon its approval .

WHEREAS, this august body has carefully analyzed and studied the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan
for the procurement of various supplies and materials for the utilization of the Barangay, finding the necessity
of the said plan.

WHEREAS, the program/project embodied in the said plan was carefully/throughly studied and deliberated
by this august body and finding it’s necessity and found to be in order.

WHEREFORE, Be it ordained on this 2nd day of December 2023 by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Lantawan,
Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

SECTION 1. TITLE – This shall be known and cited as Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 04- Series 2023
authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 04 Series 2023 involving the amount of Thirty Three
Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and 83/100 covering the various expenditure of the
Barangay CY 2023.

SECTION 2. Appropriation – there is hereby appropriated the sum of THIRTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
THIRTY FIVE PESOS AND 83/100 ONLY (P 33,735.83) Philippines Currency, to cover the cost of
the urgent needs of the expenses of the Barangay Operation.

may transfer, revert or re-aligned some appropriation to another appropriation.

SECTION 5. Effectivity- This shall take effect upon its approval .

SUPPLEMENTAL INVESTMENT PLAN OF BARANGAY LANTAWAN, BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.

WHEREAS, there has been presented for consideration and favorable approval the BDC Resolution No. 01
Series 2023, approving the CY 2023, Supplemental Annual Investment Plan and Resolution No. 17
CY 2023 Of Barangay Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

WHEREAS, the programs/projects and activities embodied in the said plan were thoroughly studied and
deliberated by this body and the same was found to be in order.

WHEREFORE, on motion by Hon. Rowena P. Ampuan seconded by Hon. Gilmer T. Padilla, it was;

WHEREAS, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt the afore mentioned Resolution No. 17, 2023 and adopting
BDC Resolution No. 01 CY 2023 the Supplemental Investment Plan of Barangay Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga
Sibugay.
