TANGGAPAN NG PUNONG BARANGAY

AGREEMENT FOR TREE CUTTING/BAILING


AND TRANSFER OF BAILED TREES

This Agreement is made and entered into on MAY 22, 2025, by and between:

Party A: IGLESIA SA DIOS SPIRITU SANTO OFFICERS, residing at Purok 6A, Barangay Datu Panas,
Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay Province, hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”; and

Party B: MR. JOEY AMPUAN married to MRS. MARY FLOR AMPUAN and MR. PEDRO BOLAÑO married
to MRS. VICTORIA BOLAÑO, residing at Purok 6A, Barangay Datu Panas, Municipality of Buug,
Zamboanga Sibugay Province, hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient.”

WHEREAS, Party A agrees to cover all expenses related to the cutting and bailing of one mahogany tree
and eight gemelina trees located at Purok 6A, Barangay Datu Panas, Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga
Sibugay Province within the compound of Iglesia sa Dios Spiritu Santo Church Compound;

WHEREAS, Party B agrees to receive the cut trees upon completion of the cutting and bailing process;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. Scope of Agreement
Party A shall be responsible for all costs associated with the cutting, bailing, and removal of the
one mahogany tree and eight gemelina trees, which pose a danger to the church goers and some
resident at the area, hence, his desire for the bailing of such trees.

2. Ownership Transfer
Upon completion of the cutting and bailing, the cut trees shall be handed over to Party B, who
shall have full ownership and rights to utilize or dispose of them as desired.

3. Responsibilities of Each Party


o Party A shall ensure that the process complies with local regulations and covers all
related expenses.
o Party B shall take full responsibility for the transportation and handling of the cut trees
once handed over.
o Both parties shall ensure that the activity is conducted in a safe manner to prevent any
damages or liabilities.
4. Timeframe
The cutting and bailing shall commence on the agreement unless extended by mutual
agreement.
5. Signatures
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first
written above.
