“A SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG
BARANGAY AND BARANGAY TREASURER TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY PESOS (PHP 137,290.00)
INTENDED FOR THE HONORARIUM OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS.
WHEREAS, this amount is intended for the 2 months honorarium of Barangay Officials from November
to December, 2023;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Edwin C. Guillera duly
seconded by all Sangguniang Barangay Members present;
BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Punong Barangay and
Barangay Treasurer to withdraw the amount of Php 137,290.00 intended for the honorarium of
Barangay Officials.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the offices concerned for their
information and guidance.

BARANGAY AND BARANGAY TREASURER TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF TEN
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 10,200.00) INTENDED FOR THE INCENTIVE OF
BARANGAY APPOINTED.
WHEREAS, this amount is intended for the 2 months incentive of Barangay appointed from November
to December, 2023;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Leonila M. Pasague duly
seconded by all Sangguniang Barangay Members present;
BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Punong Barangay and
Barangay Treasurer to withdraw the amount of Php 10,200.00 intended for the incentive of
Barangay appointed.

and the re-imbursement;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Ariel C. Gardiola duly
seconded by all Sangguniang Barangay Members present;
BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Punong Barangay and
Barangay Treasurer to withdraw the amount of Php 7,158.00 intended for the TEB of Barangay
Treasurer and BHW and the re-imbursement.

BARANGAY AND BARANGAY TREASURER TO ISSUE A CHECK PAYMENT TO ZACK
CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING SERVICES THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED
FORTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-TWO PESOS (PHP 140,492.59).
WHEREAS, this amount of check payment is intended for the rehab/inst./replacement and extension of
streetlights;
WHEREAS, to minimize safety measures towards crime incident;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Abigail V. Guillera duly
seconded by all Sangguniang Barangay Members present;
BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Punong Barangay and
Barangay Treasurer to issue a check payment to Zach construction and engineering services the
amount of Php 140,492.59.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the offices concerned for their
information and guidance.

BRGY. CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AND ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
(MOA) WITH LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) TACLOBAN BRANCH,
TACLOBAN CITY, LEYTE REGARDING THE AVAILMENT OF LIVELIHOOD LOAN
FOR THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS OF BARANGAY BATO, ALANGALANG, LEYTE.
WHEREAS, that the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Tacloban Branch is the current
Depository bank of Barangay Bato, Alangalang, Leyte.
WHEREAS, that the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Tacloban Branch is extending
Livelihood Loan Program to Barangay Officials of Barangay Bato, Alangalang, Leyte.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Abigail V. Guillera
duly seconded by all Sangguniang Barangay Members present;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Barangay Chairman Hon. Leonardo
D. Guillera of Barangay Bato, Alangalang, Leyte is authorized to sign and enter into
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Tacloban
Branch for Livelihood Loan program of the bank.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to Land Bank of the
Philippines (LBP) Tacloban Branch, Punong Barangay, Barangay Treasurer and other
agency/person concerned for information and guidance.

beneficiaries;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the Punong Barangay and Barangay
Treasurer to withdraw the amount of Php 187,500.00 intended for the payment of the 50
