1.assemble Y axis kit
Prepare both Y axis accessories 2pcs motor, 2pcs pulley, 8pcs m4*14, 8pcs locknut,8pcs m5*35 screw, 8pcs spacer,2pcs acrylic board. Note: fixing pulley on motor, one of screw should be fixing on the D type surface like picture. After assemble y axis kit, should through aluminum check it must be smoothly moving but no gap, the axis can be adjust gap by four wheel. 2, assemble the frame 5pcs aluminum, 8pcs L bracket, 8pcs m5*6 screw NOTE: 3pcs aluminum with thread are for X axis and Y axis, 2pcs no thread for front and back. The one aluminum length with 47 it mean for X axis like picture, pls find your model size is ok, on picture it showing all of model, so if your model is 6550 it should be 797mm
NOTE: the aluminum direction and the L bracket direction be correct.
3.fix one size of the Y axis belt, NOTE: cut the belt, length should be longer 150mm than the aluminum 1pc tip screw m4*8, 1pc m4 T nut 4. assemble X axis and Y axis, prepare 4pcs m5*16mm black screw, 4pcs black spacer
Assemble X axis Fix the belt, prepare 2pcs m4*8 tip screw, 2pcs m4 Tnut, Cut the belt should be longer 150mm than aluminum NOTE: there are two spacer nut can be adjust x axis gap, like picture display, the belt should through wheel and coupling on pulley like picture Assemble Y axis, prepare 4pcs m5*25 black screw, 4pcs black spacer 5.mount the x y axis on machine frame refer this method 6. fix the belt screw on another side of frame
NOTE: here should be drag the belt till it coupling with pulley very tight,if this belt not enough tight it will missing step 7.assemble 4pcs feets
Stick the foam at the bottom of the feets, this can keep machine stable on table, no shake Prepare 8pcs m5*25 black screw, 12pcs m5 black spacer, 4pcs m5*16 black screws, 4pcs m5 T nut 8.fix chain support, Prepare 2pcs chains support(the shorter for X axis, longer for Y axis) 4pcs larger L bracket, 8pcs m4*6 round head screw, 8pcs m4 hexagonal nut, 4pcs m4 T nut
Mount the X axis aluminum groove support,
Prepare 2pcs larger size L bracket, 2pcs m4*6 round head screw, 2pcs hexagonal nut, 2pcs m4 Tnut, 1pc shorter chain support NOTE: Tnut should fix in the aluminum groove, it should be stuck in side of the groove Mount the Y axis aluminum groove support, Prepare 2pcs larger size L bracket, 2pcs m4*6 round head screw, 2pcs hexagonal nut, 2pcs m4 Tnut, 1pc longer chain support NOTE, Tnut should be fix in side the aluminum groove 9.mounting chains and cables Prepare 2pcs chains, 2pcs black L bracket, 2pcs M4*16 round head screw,2pcs m4*8 round head screw,4pcs hexagonal nut, 1pc laser cable, 3pcs motor cable(2longer+1shorter)
step1). NOTE: take 1pc longer motor cable, through from X axis aluminum,as picture, in the middle of aluminum with a hole can be through a cable, NOTE: the side which head is smaller step2). take another 1pc longer motor cable+ 1pclaser cable, through from a shorter chain NOTE: be sure cable color direction should be correct like picture display. Through the chain, PS: you can find an iron wire drag the cable through chain
After through the x axis chain, you can put the chain on x chain support Step3). through to Y axis chain, Step4). fix the black L bracket on X Y axis On X axis
On Y axis Here use cable tie fix the chain, on X axis same like this method 10.mount the controlboard 11.Wiring Motor cable wiring on board NOTE: below wiring instruction for all of laser module, pls just refer your model for wiring and ignore others 15w/40w red shield(driver box separate model) wiring method\ 20w/30w big shield(red) wiring method 3w/3.5w5.5w/15w/20w/40w/50w Pmw 3pin port wiring method These type laser are same wiring method, because it just connect one 3pin cable from board is ok
Connect on laser 3pin port, be sure open the power switch till LED come blue light mean ON 12.How fix the laser on x axis, pls refer this method Z kit wiring and assemble
