1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this procedure is to define context of the Ismail Resin (Private) Limited.
Required by the standards (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015
Environment Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety
Management System) to implement the Integrated Management System.

2. SCOPE

Identifying the key elements herein, the full context of the organization can be understood,
and thus communicated to employees, customers, regulators and other third parties.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

Top Management is responsible for implementation and management of this procedure.


MR is responsible to manage the defined documented information.

4. ABBREVIATION DEFINITION

5. PROCEDURE

5.1. Scope of Products and Services


Ismail Resin (Private) Limited
Scope: “Manufacturing of Bottle Grade PET Resin and Film Grade Resin”
5.1.1 Exclusion:
The following clauses are excluded;

9001:2015 8.3 IRL does not perform design and development activities.
9001:2015 8.5.3 IRL does not use any customer property.
9001:2015 8.5.5 IRL does not perform any post-delivery activities.

5.1.2 Interested Parties


“Interested parties” are those stakeholders who receive our services or we receive services or
products from them or those parties who may otherwise have a significant interest in our
company. Interested parties are both external parties and internal parties. For example, please
consider the table below.

5.2. Stake Holder Requirements and Issues

For each interest party, the related issues of concern shall be identified in the Issues of
Concerns Form (IRL-ORG-F.1-2-L4). These issues may reflect direct concerns of the party
(for example, customers are concerned about quality of products or services they purchase) or
they may be indirect concerns. Such concerns may impact on the interested party, or may be
concerns derived from the party that impact on the company.
5.2.1 Issues may be either internal or external, depending on whether the interested party is internal
or external. In addition, a certain type of party may have both internal and external concerns.
5.2.2 When attempting to identify internal concerns, it may be useful to consider technological
concerns, employee concerns, etc.
5.2.3 When attempting to identify external concerns, it may be useful to consider concerns arising
from competition, society and culture, labour relations, statutory and regulatory issues,
supply chain, economic issues, etc.

5.2.4 Each identified issue is assigned a “bias” (risk, opportunity, or mixed) which will help in
determining how to manage the issues, per the next section.

5.3. Needs & Expectations


For each interested party, it is required to evaluate the needs and expectations of the
interested party. These shall be defined in the format List of Interested Parties IRL-ORG-
F.1-1-L4.

5.4. Strategic Direction


From the information above, the Top Management of Ismail Resin devises a “Strategic Direction”
which is documented in the records of management review.
5.4.1 See Procedure for Management Review IRL-SOP-MRM-04-L2

5.5. Review of the Internal External Issues, Interested Parties and their Needs and
Expectations:
5.5.1 Interested parties and issues related to interested parties shall be reviewed in every
Management Review. However, whenever there is change in the Risk Assessment, they shall
be reviewed.

5.6. Preservation of the products.


5.6.1 IRL shall preserve the output during production to ensure conformity requirement of the
standard.
