The serial number tag is located on the right hand corner of the electrical enclosure, just
above the control panel door.

Ordering Replacement Parts

Prompt service can be rendered on repair parts orders if the following information is given:

1,The serial number must be given when ordering repair parts.

2< State the exact part number needed. Do not order by item numbers, as item
numbers are repeated throughout this manual, and if used for ordering repair
parts, will necessitate time consuming correspondence.

3. For parts not listed in this manual call Quincy Compressor Service Department
at 1-205-937-5900.

4. State the exact quantity needed.

5. State the preferred type of transportation.

All Replacement Parts Are To Be Ordered Through An Authorized Quincy compressor Distributor.
INSIST ON GENUINE QUINCYPARTS ONLY! FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID WARRANTY.

 Helical Screw Lubrication Oils
● Recommendations
We recommend that all Quincy Rotary Screw Compressors be filled with
lubricants that meet one of the following specifications:

Quin-Sjm
Quin-Syn F (Food Grade)

Synthetic lubricants other than Quin-Syn may not be compatible with components
used in a Quincy helical screw compressor. If it is deemed necessary to convert any
unit to a synthetic other than Quin-Syn, please contact an authorized Quincy
Compressor distributor. The following information will be required by the distributor:

.Sub-freezing Temperatures
If a compressor is going to be subjected to sub-freezing temperatures, contact an
authorized Quincy Compressor Distributor for instructions on how to prepare the
compressor for cold temperatures.

Quincy Compressor now offers an Oil Analysis Kit to provide early detection of
excessive parts wear, oil breakdown, or a contaminated oil system. Order the Oil
Analysis Kit (part no. 12851 5) from your local authorized QUinCYcornwe=or
