Liwayway Manalo donated two parcels of land to Fathers Romeo Villavicencio and Lamberto Legaspino. She donated the whole area of Title No. T-12922, which is 681 square meters, to Father Villavicencio. She donated half of Title No. 076-2011000239, which is 260 square meters, to Father Legaspino. Manalo affirmed that she had not previously donated these properties and was donating them out of affection for the fathers.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and between:
LIWAYWAY P. MANALO, of legal age, single, Filipino, with postal address at
Golden Road St., Maitim 2nd East, Tagaytay City, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR;
- AND-
Father ROMEO VILLAVICENCIO, and Father LAMBERTO LEGASPINO, of
legal age, both single, Filipino citizens, and resident of Golden Road, Maitim 2 nd East,
Tagaytay City, hereinafter referred to as the DONEES.

WITNESSETH

THAT the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land and improvement
located at Golden Road St., Maitim 2nd East, Tagaytay City, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-12922 and Transfer Certificate of Title No. 076-2011000239,
more particularly described as follows: To FR. LAMBERTO BASCO LEGASPINO half
portion of Title no. T-076-2011000239 with an area of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY (260)
square meters and to FR. ROMEO VILLAVICENCIO whole area of Title No. T-12922
with an area of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE (681) SQUARE METERS.

said DONEES their heirs and assigns, all rights, title and interest which the DONOR has in
the above-described real property and all thereon.
THAT, the DONOR hereby state for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to
this DONATION, that she has reserved unto herself, sufficient property in full ownership,
which are necessary and adequate for her support in consonance with their standing in
society.
THAT the DONEES hereby receives and accepts this gift and donation made in their
favor by the DONOR and that said DONEES hereby expresses their appreciation and
gratitude for kindness and generosity of the DONOR.

each and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises,
as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do it personally present and acting, and hereby

at Golden Road St., Maitim 2nd East, Tagaytay City, covered by Title No. T-12922,
with an area of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE (681) SQUARE METERS, and
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-076-2011000239 with an area of
TWO HUNDRED SIXTY (260) SQUARE METERS respectively half portion of
FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY (520) SQUARE METERS.

2. I am DONATING the said real properties to my NEPHEWS, FR. ROMEO


VILLAVICENCIO with Title No. 12922 and FR. LAMBERTO BASCO
LEGASPINO with Title No. 076-2011000239 half portion of 260 sq. m., both single
as per DEED OF DONATION.

3. I have not previously donated the said real properties

4. Each and all the facts herein stated are true and correct, and

5. I am willing to testify before any court of justice or administrative body to substantiate


the truth and veracity of each and all of the following facts.
