ACTION PLAN IN ENGLISH
SY 2022-2023
General Objective/s: This action plan will be carried all throughout the year. It will be my guide and blueprint to work on. The activities and strategies will be my
statement of undertakings.
The following general objectives will be implemented at hand for the entire School Year 2022-2023.
1. To closely monitor all the activities/strategies, responsible person, time frame, resources needed and means of verification and success indicator to be
implemented and realized with positivity, burning desire and commitment.
2. To religiously do the statement of undertakings below with voluntary action with the help of all the stakeholders at hand (internal and external) for the
success of this plan for the entire year.
3. To holistically apply all the learnings from this undertaking the soonest with high hopes and a grateful heart as a tribute to my profession, personal
growth, and development.
