I can’t SAVE my work in SHINE AWARD Portal !?

Issue: You cannot "Save" entries on PDP. Once you logged out, everything disappears.
Solution: The setting is such that only if you complete filling in every line of ALL 3 Goals, only
then you can save without your details disappearing.

1. Fill in your Core Purpose


2. Fill in your Goal 1 to completion, every line, including select date for timeline (no line
should remain empty)
3. Then Fill in your Goal 2, every line, including select date for timeline (no line should
remain empty)
4. Then fill in your Goal 3 to completion, same as previous (no line should remain empty)
Only then you can click “SAVE”. Follow these steps properly and don’t simply jump from one step
to another.
