Career development section:

 Reflect and provide realistic career goals for all three timeframes (where possible)
 Think about the job roles you aspire towards and highlight critical competencies you need to develop
 For each timeframe, focus on the top three competencies needed that will ensure success in those job roles
 Highlight strengths that you already acquired from your career journey and that you can leverage on to achieve your career goals

Development plans:
 In the current financial year, document down three key development needs and/or strengths to enhance. These identified areas are critical for success in
your current job role or a future job role you aspire towards
 Consider various sources of feedback on your development: superiors, coaches, mentors, peers, direct reports, customers, business partners, etc

you know you have achieved your learning objectives
 Think about your development in terms of the 70-20-10 blended learning approach. Choose the approach and activities that will give you the highest
