The above vehicle was insured by you against 3rd party risks.

You have been notified of the above accident involving vehicle ___

We are desirous of commencing negotiations towards an amicable settlement of the claim Under
Section 7 & 8 of the Civil Law Ordinance 1956 for personal injury and consequential loss to the
3rd party.

If we do not hear from you within ten (10) days from the date hereof, we will assume your answers
to the above are in the affirmative and shall proceed accordingly.

Kindly take note that on behalf of our client we intend to file proceedings in court and this letter
serves as a Notice under the Road Traffic Ordinance 1958.
