Fees of RM6,600.00 and Mortgage Level Term Takaful/Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful of
RM8,973.00 and Term Financing Residential of RM64,000.00) from RHB ISLAMIC BANK BERHAD
200501003283(680329-V), KLCC BRANCH, Lot LC-C03, Concourse Floor, Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur City
Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, WP Kuala Lumpur (Ref: 23MNI00285) in order to refinancing of the
abovementioned Property.
We understand that the said property is presently charged to your goodselves. As such, kindly let us
have the following as soon as possible:-
1) the latest redemption statement and letter of undertaking addressed directly to financier client,
RHB ISLAMIC BANK BERHAD; and
2) your direct undertaking to our Financier’s client stating that upon the receipt of the redemption

(a) to forward to us or our clients the duly executed and valid Discharge of Charge together with
the following documents:-
(i) the original individual title of the Property;
(ii) the relevant duplicate charge(s); and
(iii) all other relevant documents pertaining to the Property.
(b) to refund the redemption sum forthwith upon demand in the event that the Discharge of
Charge is not or cannot be registered for any reason whatsoever.
As such, we are pleased to enclose herewith a copy of Land Search in respect of the abovesaid Property
for your immediate attention and urgent action.
