Dear Sir,
With reference to discussions in your site regarding the above subject, we are pleased to
attach the following :

(I) SUBMITTALS :
(a) BOQ Items described in detail and duly filled with our rates
(b) Methodologies of the waterproofing systems.
(c) Technical Brochure of various products mentioned in the BOQ.
(d) A Partial List of Works. A complete list of works carried out by us, also can be made
available to you upon demand.

(II) TERMS OF PAYMENT :


(a) If you are doing payment on cheque you should pay 14.5 % service tax which will
be added in total amount of quotation…
(III) SPECIAL NOTES :
(a) Water, electricity and secured storage space (250 sq.ft.) shall be provided by you free-of-
charge.
(b) You shall give us the area to be treated, clean and free of debris, mortar droppings,
scaffolding or form work materials, etc.
(c) De-watering, if required, during the execution of the waterproofing treatment, shall be done
by you.

(d) Quantities mentioned in the BOQ are given by you and approximate. The payments shall
be made as per actual horizontal and vertical area treated at site, measured jointly by your
site engineer and our site personnel.
(e) Entire repair work will be done by us.

(f) The works order shall be placed on our M/s.. Balaji Enterprises

(g) we will complete this work within provided days days, If delay from your side it will be
your responsibility.
