intake. Please discuss any trends that exist within your current diet, and explain

in activity only. In order to burn an additional 250 calories per day a 150lb person
should work cardio-respiratory endurance for 30minutes. Do you perform enough
exercise to meet your goal? What are the adjustments you must make to your
daily routine to meet your weight management goal?
