Among the existing ones, the Integrated Models of Land Use and Transportation are relevant, since it can take into account both land use characteristics (such as developed activities, real estate market) and transportation (origin / destination, road network, among others). Thus, TRANUS was used to simulate the urban mobility in the South / Southeast expansion region of the Federal District. The research found that the studied region has deficiencies of accessibility that hamper its development. Thus, a proposal was made to improve the road system through the creation of new jobs throughout the region.
