The recent advances in computer technology and data networking have made videoconferencing
system a popular medium for users to interact with one another from remote locations. This
system offers communication between more than two users, who are able to interact through
their webcams, microphone and other components. The use of this system has been increased
recently due to many reasons, for one thing, progress in Internet access in different networks
like companies, universities and houses, with the increase of available bandwidth whereas the
decrease of delay in sending and receiving packets . On the other hand, the coming of Rich
Internet Applications (RIA) means that a large part of web application started to be
implemented on the web browsers. This paper discusses the conception of multiparty
videoconferencing systems using technologies of Web 2.0. For our conceptual
Videoconferencing Platform, we have developed many feature : live audio video, text
chat, video recording, user and room management and quality control. Videoconferencing
modules have been carried out using open source technologies Flex and J2EE.

The aim of this work was determine whether the robber fly Mallophora ruficauda (Diptera: Asilidae) is a regulating agent of soil white grub populations (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae). White grubs are an important pest of the agriculture in the Pampas Region of Argentina, and M. ruficauda is both a natural enemy of these grubs, and probably the most important pest of beekeeping practices. We studied the existence of density dependence phenomena associated with parasitism in the proximity of 14 apiaries located in the provinces of Buenos Aires and Entre Ríos, during the months of June 1997-2000. Density independence is reported at large spatial scales and inverse density dependence was observed when analyzing small spatial scales. Our finding suggests that M. ruficauda is of limited importance to white grub population regulation. Abstract—Rich Internet Applications (RIA) involve complex architectural design decisions, which greatly affect the quality of the final application. Unfortunately, quality requirements tend to be ignored during the architectural design process. This article reports a quality-driven approach for the systematic construction of RIA architectures. Our approach integrates model-driven development and software product lines principles to select and derive in a semiautomatic way the most suitable RIA architecture based on a set of predefined quality requirements. BDNF and estrogen have also been implicated in the etiology of diverse types of neurological disorders or psychiatric illnesses, or have been discussed as potentially important in treatment. Although both are typically studied independently, it has been suggested that BDNF mediates several of the effects of estrogen in the hippocampus, and that these interactions play a role in the normal brain as well as disease. This review/research paper summarizes data on development of the external genitalia of the spotted hyena, a fascinating mammal noted for extreme masculinization of the female external genitalia. The female spotted hyena is the only extant mammal that mates and gives birth through a pendulous penis-like clitoris. Our studies indicate that early formation of the phallus in both males and females is independent of androgens; indeed the phallus forms before the fetal testes or ovaries are capable of synthesizing androgens. Likewise, pre- and postnatal growth in length of the penis and clitoris is minimally affected by "androgen status". Nonetheless, several internal morphologies, as well as external surface features of the phallus, are androgen-dependent and thus account for dimorphism between the penis and clitoris. The entire sub-Himalayan tarai (flat lands) region is in the classical goiter endemic belt of India. Siddharthnagar district in Eastern Uttar Pradesh is located in the foot-hills of the Himalayas and made up of tarai (flat lands).The present study was undertaken to evaluate the serum level of genetic markers for autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD) namely thyroglobulin antibodies (TgAb) and thyroperoxidase antibody (anti-TPO) which are implicated as goitrogenic factors for the persistence of endemic goiter during post salt iodization phase in sub-Himalayan tarai region of India. A total of 140 venous blood samples were collected from the goitrous school children of both sexes from 14 study areas of Siddharthnagar district for the measurement of thyroglobulin antibody (ant i-Tg) and thyroperoxidase antibody (anti-TPO).
