Abstrak : Perusahaan air mineral isi ulang Depo Hidayah adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengisian ulang air mineral, perusahaan tersebut berdiri sejak tahun 2012 dan hingga saat ini berjalan dengan lancar. Namun seiring berkembangnya perusahaan air mineral isi ulang Depo Hidayah, muncul permasalahan dalam data penjualan setiap harinya, hasil yang didapat tidak sesuai dengan penjualan per hari, sehingga mengalami kerugian dan tidak sesuai target.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem informasi penjualan dalam perusahaan air mineral isi ulang depo hidayah. Setelah mengetahui permasalahan dan kelayakannya kemudian mendesain sistem yang efektif dan mudah untuk digunakan pemilik dalam mengelolah data penjualan menggunakan aplikasi dengan bahasa pemrograman Java Netbeans.Hasil peneltian iniberupa aplikasi sistem pengolahan data penjualan untuk menangani input data kemudian diproses sehingga menghasilkan output berupa laporan karyawan, laporan gudang, laporan barang, laporan semua transaksi dan laporan barang kembali. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Sistem Pengolahan Data Penjualan, Pengembangan Sistem. Abstract : Refill mineral water company Hidayah is a company engaged in mineral water refilling services, the company was founded in 2012 and today runs smoothly. However, as the company grows Hidayah refill mineral water, problems arise in the daily sales data, the result are not in accordance with the sales per day, so a loss and is not suitable targets. This study aims to analyze the sales information system in the enterprise Hidayah mineral water refills. After knowing the problem and then design a system feasibility effective and easy to use sales data owners in the manage applications using the programming language Java Netbeans. Result of this research is the application of sales data processing system to handle data input is then processed to produce output data items in the form of report, employee report, report sheds, goods report, report all transactionsand returnerd goods report.

Though it is widely assumed that Sunni Islam does not have an equivalent to the Christian ecclesiastical hierarchy, Shii groups such as the Medieval Ismailis did have an organised teaching, spiritual, and temporal hierarchy. Evidence gathered from primary sources shows that this Ismaili 'ecclesiastical' hierarchy is strictly intertwined with the Ismaili interpretation of Neoplatonic cosmology as well as with the political authority of prominent medieval Ismaili dynasties. It is widely accepted by scholars in Islamic studies that there is no ecclesiastical hierarchy in Islam or, in other words, that there is not one hierarchical body which can legislate in matters of religion and the authority of which is undisputed among Muslims. There are experts in religious matters, the ulamà, with their theological and legal specializations. However, these are only individuals, and no matter how highly esteemed they are, they do not represent a full body. Even when Muslim scholars have presented elaborations of Islamic creeds, it is understood that they are no more than individual formulations of belief, not official ones. This assumption perpetuates a myth: the myth of one, static, uniform and united Islam. This is the Islam that many Sunnis would like to believe exists, and the Islam that several Western scholars find more convenient to study. Recent introductory books on Islam have just started to include chapters which reflect a more accurate story: there is not one Islam, there are several Islams, or to put it more moderately, there are several interpretations of Islam. There is the mystical way, with its hierarchy of spiritual masters and angels, there is popular Islam with its hierarchy of saints, and there is Shii Islam. Even though Shiism represents only 10% of the total Muslim population, it is nevertheless very active, articulated and in itself composite. This paper examines the authority of the "ecclesiastical" hierarchy, that is the teaching, spiritual and temporal hierarchy, in Medieval Ismailism. My aim is to establish a relationship between this hierarchy and the cosmological doctrines of Medieval Ismailism. Even though Ismailism is not the only Shi'i group in Islam to exibit both an ecclesiastical hierarchy and a related cosmological structure (medieval Druze and Nusayri groups are two further examples), it has been chosen here because of the high degree of sophistication and the clarity in which these doctrines have been expressed.

The Indo-Muslim community in Trinidad were among the second wave of Muslim migrants to arrive in the colony and adapted to the new environment by applying and integrating cultural and religious beliefs into their new context.  Communities, families and individuals came under considerable stress to make these adjustments and at the same time the interconnectivity among those factors reinforced the high religiosity of the community. External influences impacted and interacted with the internal Muslim group dynamics that fostered particular identities and organisations within the Muslim community in the early to mid twentieth century. This paper builds on the historical narrative and examines the global pressures and influences that impacted on the community as well as the more recent examples of personal and group identity challenges experienced by the Muslim community. It also assesses the culturally charged issues relating to personal and group identity that demonstrates that acculturation is an ongoing but dynamic and complex process based upon environment, social and geopolitical processes.

In Islamic history, four sunni law schools are called with the names of their leaders. In
this respect, the question “why are these persons accepted as imam-leader by Islamic
society” is arised. In this article, we analysis the answering to that question. We show
that gaining trust is the very crucial factor about the building the authority in a society.
For this reason we try to determine the elements that let imams for gaining trust of the
Islamic society and we show how these factors that establish the relation of trust to
authority.
İslam hukuk tarihinde sünnî fıkıh mezheplerinin bazı şahısların adıyla anıldığı
bilinmektedir. Fıkıh mezheplerine başkalarının değil de, ilgili şahısların adlarının
verilmesi, onların imam-önder kabul edilmesi, araştırmamızda üzerinde durulması
gereken bir husus olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Makalemizde toplumsal otoritenin
sağlanmasında fertlerin güveninin kazanılmasının hayatî derecede önemli olduğu
vurgulanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda incelememizde mezhep imamlarının toplumun
güvenini kazanmalarını sağlayan unsurların belirlenmesi için onların ortak nitelikleri
tespit edilmeye çalışılmakta ve bu ortak niteliklerin güven-otorite ilişkisine katkıları
analiz edilmektedir.

The paper deals with implementation of new SOLAS 2009 Rules and computer experiments for development of metamodels for damage stability parameters and s-factor. The example ship is 7800 tDW multipurpose ship engaged in Short Sea Shipping. In the last years EU has paid attention to the widely promotion of Short Sea Shipping. The paper presents the methodology for metamodel development and the fitted metamodels. The possible directions for future investigations based on the metamodels are outlined.

This paper surveys the relationship between Clergy Vocational Conflict, cognitive conflict (religious conflict and Quest) and psychological well-being in a sample of 178 Muslim clergy in Turkey. It was found that Clergy Vocational Conflict is accompanied by religious conflict and Quest. Those who experienced Clergy Vocational Conflict and religious conflict (but not Quest) suffered from poor psychological well-being. Quest, which does not affect psychological well-being, and religious conflict, which adversely affects it, are more common among the younger stratum of the sample. However, well-being prevails among the older layer and among the more educated clergy. Finally, psychological well-being, self-esteem, Quest and religious conflict were found as predictors for Clergy Vocational Conflict.

Intellektuelle har altid spillet en central rolle i den islamiske historie og ogsa i dag finder man muslimske intellektuelle i forskellige sammenhaenge. I en dansk kontekst har sadanne optradt i den offentlige debat fra sa forskellige udgangspunkter som for eksempel talsmanden for Hizbut-Tahrir, Junes Kock, imamerne fra Dansk Islamisk Center, Waseem Hussain, Naveed Baig og Fatih Alev, eller samfundsdebattorer med muslimsk baggrund som Tarek Ziad Hussein eller Ahmed Akkari. I det speciale, som ligger til grund for denne artikel, undersogte jeg en raekke danske muslimer, som jeg har valgt at kalde for de nye muslimske intellektuelle i Danmark. De udgor ikke en organiseret gruppe, men kender udmaerket hinanden.
