This report elaborates the technical, market and financial feasibility of implementing a housing development project in the greater Matola Municipal area, Boane District, close to the city of Maputo, Mozambique. Prior to the presentation of site specific details it also includes some general information about the demographics and economic highlights of Mozambique as background information on the project.
According to the mobilized funding for the project, potential capacity of the allocated land (271ha) is around 4000 housing units, stand-alone houses and apartments included. Capacity projected to be utilized in the first phase of the project is around 1000 housing units.
The agreement between the Fundo para o Fomento Habitacao and Imbani Projects (Pty) Ltd to develop the Boane district using the latest construction technology from South African will retain up to 60% of professionals considering relocating from Mozambique due to accommodation challenges.
The total cost of the project in the initial stage will be US$133 391 940, the subsequent phases will be funded from sales and rental proceeds. The Net Present Value (NPV) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is estimated at US$11 018 000 and 53% respectively. It was FFH’s wish that the project be a minimal profit project.
The growth of the Mozambican economy has brought about need for industrial, light industrial and warehousing space. The general growth of the population over available infrastructure has increased the demand for space to rent and buy.
The technical, financial and market feasibility of this project is satisfactory and it can be recommended as a very good investment opportunity.

Purpose:
                The Purpose of this paper is to put light on the role and opportunities for Green Entrepreneurs in changing energy economics in Nepal.

Background:
                      Purely landlocked country like Nepal is dependent on other countries for its energy requirement. The energy economics is entirely dependent on the traditional energy supply system like imported fossil fuel and imported technology for hydropower generation. The decentralized and sustainable energy supply system is a dire need of Nepalese population. This paper aims to put forward the opportunities available for entrepreneurs in sustainable development of energy resources in Nepal.

Methodology:
                        This paper is purely based on secondary qualitative data.

Findings:
                The research reveals that there is a mounting scope for Ecopreneurs or Environmental entrepreneurs in Nepal to lead its sustainable development in coming years. Few government initiatives are helping to trigger the growth of entrepreneurs in this field but there are few policies which should be made to boost the growth.

Significance:
                      The research will significantly contribute to streamline the renewable energy and environmental entrepreneurial sector and to help the Ecopreneurs grow in organized manner and also help government policy makers design policies for the growth of Environmental Entrepreneurs and Ecopreneurs thus boosting the Nepalese economy.

The melamine scandal in Vietnam's dairy industry in 2008 has influenced consumers' buying decisions and there were many matters related need to know. This research will analyze three influencing factors: advertising, packaging, and milk quality. Individuals in Ho Chi Minh City will be selected to get their ideas as samples. The method of taking the survey was random sampling. A total of 500 people were selected for the survey and their data were analyzed in the Statistical Package for Social Study (SPSS) version 23. The results show the relationship between three factors and the purchasing decisions of consumers are meaningful. Based on the results of the survey, companies should consider the pros and cons of these factors in developing competitive strategies.

În demersul nostru vom analiza, din punct de vedere teoretic, conceptual, unele aspecte corelate cu noţiunea de euroregiune ca formă de manifestare a procesului de regionalizare pe teritoriu european, consecinţă şi cauză a procesului de liberalizare economică. Pentru exemplificare ne referim la Euroregiunea Siret-Prut-Nistru, funcţionabilă la graniţa dintre România şi Republica Moldova, formată din două judeţe româneşti şi o serie de raioane din ţara vecină.

This research assesses the importance of credit access in modulating governance for gender inclusive education in 42 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa with data spanning the period 2004-2014. The Generalized Method of Moments is employed as empirical strategy. The following findings are established. First, credit access modulates government effectiveness and the rule of law to induce positive net effects on inclusive “primary and secondary education”. Second, credit access also moderates political stability and the rule of law for overall net positive effects on inclusive secondary education. Third, credit access complements government effectiveness to engender an overall positive impact on inclusive tertiary education. Policy implications are discussed with emphasis on Sustainable Development Goals.

While various aspects of Heinrich Mylius’ cultural network, particularly in the field of literature and arts, based on his international business activities and his political-social engagement in Milan, have been the subject of several studies in the last years, no research has been conducted on his links to the musical world so far. This article aims to open this still unwritten musical chapter through a brief presentation of two important aspects ("Heinrich Mylius and Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" and "Heinrich Mylius and the music in the context of grieving ceremonies"). At the same time, it represents the first introductory step towards discovering the musical-cultural heritage of the German-Italian Mylius-Vigoni family by reconstructing their extensive musical-cultural networks across four generations (author's PhD thesis).

the present study investigates the effect of board structure; ownership structure and control of companies on the performance of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange.We examine the impact of board of director's traits on firm performance for a large sample of Iran's listed firms. Traits that we examine included a number of board of director's, number of sessions, sexuality and so on. We find that most of the board's features do not affect the performance of companies whose shares are in the stock market in Tehran. Study on the hypothesis in this research was done by to software; spss and eviews that show the results of this research
