At present review paper an effort is made to study the previous investigations that have been made on the
different analysis techniques of automobile frames. That analysis may be fatigue analysis, static analysis or
dynamic analysis. A number of analytical and experimental techniques are available for the analysis of the
automobile frames. Determination of the different analysis around different condition through the various
methods lie FEA, in an automobile frames has been reported in literature.

The review of National Automotive Policy 2009 (NAP09) has placed an impact on the commercial vehicles rebuilt industry in this country. Freezing policy of Approved Permit (AP) effective Januari 1, 2010 to last of December 2015 has hindered rebuilt industry from importing chasis, cabin, engine, transmission, axle and other components for the purposes of production. As an impact, most of the commercial vehicles rebuilt industries faced discertainties in the future of their investment and dillemas of closing up business. This article discusses the fair dealing of the AP freezing policy under the NAP09 by looking to the institutional arguments, the industry respons and some recent problems confronted by rebuilt industry as part of the implementation of NAP09. Data were gathered from the survey gained from 12 commercial vehicles rebuilt industries followed by field observation in three rebuilt industral plant in Penang and Klang Valley. Three focus group discussion with five Exco Members of Commercial Vehicles Rebuilt Association Malaysia (CVRAM) also done between August and October 2010. In the analyses, this article found that the AP freezing policy which stressed on the issues of safety of components, market liberalisation and enviromental protection are inadequates and perceived by industries as frail, undemocratic and surrounded with lots of technical issues. The implementation of NAP09 has also create some issues that encumbrance the future of rebuilt industries, such are policy vagueness and the failures of negotiation with governments; limitation in the production; business legitimacy and the issues in the participation in exit policy. For the industries, there are call to revise AP freezing policy where institutional failures and governance issues should be adressed and handled by proper measures by both side.

Heterologous expression of biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) avails yield improvements and mining of natural products, but it is limited by lacking of more efficient Gram-negative chassis. The proteobacterium Schlegelella brevitalea DSM 7029 exhibits potential for heterologous BGC expression, but its cells undergo early autolysis, hindering further applications. Herein, we rationally construct DC and DT series genome-reduced S. brevitalea mutants by sequential deletions of endogenous BGCs and the nonessential genomic regions, respectively. The DC5 to DC7 mutants affect growth, while the DT series mutants show improved growth characteristics with alleviated cell autolysis. The yield improvements of six proteobacterial natural products and successful identification of chitinimides from Chitinimonas koreensis via heterologous expression in DT mutants demonstrate their superiority to wild-type DSM 7029 and two commonly used Gram-negative chassis Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas putida. ...
