O presente trabalho investiga por que os indivíduos tomam a decisão de abandono de categoria, tendo em vista
diferentes contextos de estímulo e questionamento ao consumo. Para isso, foram escolhidas as categorias de
automóvel e cigarro, considerando-se o conteúdo do sistema da publicidade, que, no caso do automóvel, é
predominantemente de reforço ao consumo e, para o cigarro, de proibição dos anúncios por parte da indústria e
demarketing através das campanhas governamentais. A pesquisa utiliza-se de metodologia qualitativa de coleta e
análise dos dados, obtidos a partir de entrevistas em profundidade com 29 consumidores (ex-fumantes e exproprietários
de automóveis). O trabalho enriquece os estudos de anticonsumo ao diferenciar três tipos de abandono e
evidenciar que este não é apenas movimento de distanciamento de significados negativos, com o objetivo de proteger a
autoestima (Hogg et al., 2009), mas também passível de operar diferenciação afirmativa, positiva e de reforço da
autoestima. O abandono contingencial acontece quando o indivíduo, apesar de compartilhar os significados com os
consumidores da categoria, vê-se forçado a abandonar o consumo. O abandono posicional é motivado principalmente
pela rejeição às associações simbólicas que o consumo proporciona. Por fim, o abandono ideológico apresenta uma
perspectiva coletiva, onde o indivíduo acredita que a sociedade (e não apenas ele individualmente) deve abandonar aquele consumo.

На основу казивања Доментијана и Теодосија, могуће је са доста доследности испратити процес сазревања црквено-политичке свести светога Саве o потреби стицања аутокефалности српског црквеног живота. Ова идеја код биографа нарочито је наглашена од времена доласка монаха Симеона (Немање) на Атос и тамошњег оснивања српског манастира Хиландара. Од овог времена може се констатовати јасно трасирање пута ка црквеној самосталности Срба. Хиландар је прва српска црквена институција која је основана на бази међународног признања. Одлуком византијског цара, а тиме и византијске цркве, Хиландар је основан као манастир са царским привилегијама, тј. да буде самоуправан и слободан од сваке друге инстанце власти на Светој Гори, како државних тако и црквених, до непосредно потчињен самом цару. Тиме је Хиландар постао носилац трајне и неотуђиве легитимности српске „царске“ постојаности унутар светогорске заједнице. Повељама српских ктитора, монаха Симеона (Немање) и српског владара Стефана Првовенчаног, Хиландар је стављен под трајно туторство српске владарске куће. Оснивање Хиландара као „царског манастира“ и његово институционално повезивање са српским двором, несумњиво је допринело увећању црквено-политичког угледа српског народа како на Светој Гори, тако и у целој Византији. На темељима Хиландара српски монаси и српски двор надграђивали су идеју о самосталном црквеном животу у Србији. Установљење самосталног српског манастира на Светој Гори, дакле, био је најзначајнији искорак у процесу стицању аутокефалности свеукупног црквеног живота Срба.

The aim of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the implementation of banking intermediation include capital, operational efficiency, credit risk and profitability. The methods used are descriptive and verificative, with secondary data from financial statements all over 26 Indonesian Regional Development Banks as a research object’s units. Data analysis technique is the multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing while using t - test to examine the effect of partial variables and test - F to examine the effect of variables simultaneously with a significance level of 5 %.Based on the results it is
concluded that partial OEO Iand ROA have positive and significant effects on LDR. CAR
has positive but no significant effects on LDR. While the NPLs has negative but no significant effect on LDR. Simultaneously CAR, OEOI, NPL and ROA significantly influence the level of influence of LDR with 52.69% and the remaining influenced by
other factors not examined.

The human constitutive androstane receptor (CAR, NR1I3) is one of the key regulators of xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism. The unique properties of human CAR, such as the high constitutive activity and the complexity of signaling, as well as the lack of functional and predictive cell-based assays to study the properties of the receptor, have hindered the discovery of selective human CAR ligands. Here we report a novel human CAR inverse agonist, 1-[(2-methylbenzofuran-3-yl)methyl]-3-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl) urea (S07662), which suppresses human CAR activity, recruits the corepressor NCoR in cell-based assays, and attenuates the phenytoin- and 6-(4-chlorophenyl)imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole-5-carbaldehyde O-(3,4-dichlorobenzyl)oxime (CITCO)-induced expression of CYP2B6 mRNA in human primary hepatocytes. The properties of S07662 are also compared with those of known human CAR inverse agonists by using an array of different in vitro and in silico assays. The identified compound S07662 can be used as a chemical tool to study the biological functions of human CAR and also as a starting point for the development of new drugs for various conditions involving the receptor.

The banking sector is the most dominant sector of the financial system in India, and with
good valuations and increasing profits, the sector has been among the top performers in
the markets. Undoubtedly, being tech-savvy and full of expertise, private banks have
played a major role in the development of Indian banking industry. In the process they
have jolted public sector banks out of complacency and forced them to become more
competitive. At present, Private Banks in India includes leading banks like ICICI Banks,
ING Vysya Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SBI Commercial and International Bank, etc.
Private Banks such as HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank are posting a rapid increase in their
asset base every year as compared to public sector banks. The objective of present paper
is to analyze the financial position of the private sector banks. The analysis reveals that
HDFC is the most efficient bank in terms of generating earning per share. KM B has
higher P/B Ratio it shows that, the higher the premium the market is willing to pay for the
company above its hard assets.

The constitutive androstane receptor (CAR; NR1I3) has emerged as one of the main drug- and xenobiotic-sensitive transcriptional regulators. It has a major effect on the expression of several oxidative and conjugative enzymes and transporters, and hence, CAR can contribute to drug/drug interactions. Novel functions for CAR are also emerging: it is able to modulate the metabolic fate of glucose, lipids, and bile acids, and it is also involved in cell-cell communication, regulation of the cell cycle, and chemical carcinogenesis. Here, we will review the recent information available on CAR and its target gene expression, its interactions with partner proteins and mechanisms of action, interindividual and species variation, and current advances in CAR ligand selectivity and methods used in interrogation of its ligands.

У раду се преиспитује веродостојност Доментијановог и Теодосијевог казивања о многим рукоположењима која је архиепископ Сава извео на Светој Гори, приликом свог повратка из Никеје 1219. године. Извештаји биографа преиспитани су у ширем контексту сложених црквено-политичких прилика у распарчаној Византији после Четвртог крсташког рата, те са више подробности кроз сагледавање реалности времена и простора у коме је деловао архиепископ Сава на Светој Гори 1219. године.

The first sharia bank to record its stock in the IDX is Bank Panin Syariah, currently renamed as Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. This study aims to test the effect of NPF, ROA, and CAR on the stock return of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. The data used in this research were obtained from the published quarterly financial report of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in the period of 2014-June 2017. The methods used in this research were descriptive and verification methods with parametric statistical test tools based on the obtained data. The data were obtained from the regression analysis and the multiple linear correlation with a significance rate of 5%. For hypothesis testing, F-test was used for the simultaneous hypotheses and T-tests was employed for partial hypotheses. Non-Performing Financing (NPF) partially had a significant effect. In simultaneous test results NPF, ROA, and CAR had significant effects on the stock return of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. It is important to observe to what extent a bank performs through its financial records represented by the financial ratios of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Return on Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) which affects the Stock return.

This paper presents the system of equations with eight differential equations of the first non-linear homogenous order. MathCAD software was used to present the differential equations. However, Matlab was used to solve the differential equations and then at the end Simulink was used to build the diagram for calculating the reactions that the driver feels while driving a car in a bumpy road.

Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD, emerges as an advanced investigative means in the fields of automobile, aeronautics and aerospace. It reduces the wind tunnel experiments. In this paper, it is stated that CFD is applied to the automotive aerodynamics with Finite Element Method, FEM. MSC.Patran is used as a preprocessor and MSC.CFD as a solver. By that we get the pressure field and velocity field around the vehicle, then acquire air drag coefficient (Cd) and compare it with the wind tunnel experimental results. The conclusion of the comparison is satisfying.

Ligand-dependent signal transduction by nuclear receptors (NRs) includes dynamic exchanges of coactivator (CoA) and corepressor (CoR) proteins. Here we focused on the structural determinants of the antagonist- and inverse agonist-enhanced interaction of the endocrine NR vitamin D receptor (VDR) and the adopted orphan NR constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) from two species with the CoR NR corepressor. We found that the pure VDR antagonist ZK168281 and the human CAR inverse agonist clotrimazole are both effective inhibitors of the CoA interaction of their respective receptors, whereas ZK168281 resembled more the mouse CAR inverse agonist androstanol in its ability to recruit CoR proteins. Molecular dynamics simulations resulted in comparable models for the CoR receptor interaction domain peptide bound to VDR/antagonist or CAR/inverse agonist complexes. A salt bridge between the CoR and a conserved lysine in helix 4 of the NR is central to this interaction, but also helix 12 was stabilized by direct contacts with residues of the CoR. Fixation of helix 12 in the antagonistic/inverse agonistic conformation prevents an energetically unfavorable free floatation of the C terminus. The comparable molecular mechanisms that explain the similar functional profile of antagonist and inverse agonists are likely to be extended from VDR and CAR to other members of the NR superfamily and may lead to the design of even more effective ligands.

Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDC) are commonly considered to be compounds that mimic or block the transcriptional activation elicited by naturally circulating steroid hormones by binding to steroid hormone receptors. For example, the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 defines EDC as those, that “may have an effect in humans that is similar to an effect produced by a naturally occurring estrogen, or other such endocrine effect as the Administrator may designate.” The definition of EDC was later expanded to include those that act on the estrogen, androgen, and thyroid hormone receptors. In this minireview, we discuss new avenues through which xenobiotic chemicals influence these and other hormone-dependent signaling pathways. The event study methodology has been used to estimate Cumulative Abnormal Returns (CAR) for a 80 day window period. Market Model Method (single-factor model) has been used.
