Dans le cadre de l'ouvrage Les grands courants en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, dirigé par Rachel Beaujolin et Ewan Oiry Perspectives critiques en GRH Laurent Taskin La gestion des ressources humaines est une discipline paradoxale. Alors qu'elle est considérée comme théoriquement pauvre-Watson (2007) rappelle qu'il n'y a pas à proprement parler de « théories de la GRH », mais bien que la GRH s'alimente de théories issues du management stratégique, de la psychologie, de la sociologie, de l'économie-elle occupe une place importante au sein d'autres disciplines telles que le management international, interculturel, stratégique ou le comportement organisationnel (Keenoy, 2009). De même, alors que la rhétorique propre à la GRH annonce une performance supérieure de la firme grâce à la mise en oeuvre de certaines pratiques (rassemblées sous le label des HPWS-High Performance Work Systems) alignées avec la stratégie d'entreprise, ce lien entre une fonction RH stratégique source d'avantage concurrentiel et la performance de l'entreprise demeure empiriquement non-établi ou, du moins, incertain (Taskin et Pichault, 2012 ; Truss, 2001). C'est à partir de ces paradoxes-et d'un scepticisme à l'égard des modalités et desseins de la GRH-qu'une critique des discours, pratiques, modèles, finalités et fondements de la gestion des ressources humaines s'est développée et affirmée à partir des années 1990.

Los Sistemas Gestores de Contenido (CMS, siglas en inglés) han generado un impacto en el mundo de la creación de productos
digitales. Son herramientas informáticas que permiten la creación, almacenamiento, actualización, recuperación y visualización de los contenidos. Su principal impacto viene
dado porque en la construcción de páginas Web dinámicas, permiten manejar de manera independiente el diseño visual, de la gestión del contenido. El artículo, pretende realizar un sondeo para conocer las tendencias en la productividad del tema de los CMS a partir de los artículos publicados hasta el 2008 en el Web of Science (WoS). Para dicho estudio se seleccionan un conjunto de indicadores bibliométricos unidimensionales (productividad por año, productividad idiomática, productividad por categorías temáticas y productividad por descriptores) y multidimensionales  Co-ocurrecia de categorías temáticas y co-ocurrencia de  descriptores) sobre los que se ofrecen valoraciones. Se utilizaron herramientas que permiten dar una mejor visualización de los datos recopilados: EndNote XI, MicroSoft Excel, Bibexcel, Ucinet 6.0 y NetDraw 1.2. Como aspecto conclusivo se plantea que se impone importantes desafíos a los profesionales de la CI, con los nuevos enfoques para el
desarrollo de las estrategias que facilitan la búsqueda y recuperación de información, se sugiere que la creación de productos digitales para el ambiente Web debe enfocarse en la arquitectura y los flujos de información del sitio.

We are pleased to release the Typo3 introductory instruction in the Spanish version. This instruction shows how to install Typo3, continues with the creation of templates and ending with the implementation of a basic website.

Abstract: The advanced development in wireless sensor networks can be used in monitoring various parameters in agriculture. Due to uneven natural distribution of rain water it is very difficult for farmers to monitor and control the distribution of water to agriculture field in the whole farm or as per the requirement of the crop. There is no ideal irrigation method for all weather conditions, soil structure and variety of crops cultures. Farmers suffer large financial losses because of wrong prediction of weather and incorrect irrigation methods. In this context, with the evolution of miniaturized sensor devices coupled with wireless technologies, it is possible remotely monitor parameters such as moisture, temperature and humidity. It develop and implement a wireless sensor network connected to a central node using Wi-Fi, which in turn is connected to a Central Monitoring Station (CMS) through General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) or Global System for Mobile (GSM) technologies. The system also obtains Global Positioning System (GPS) parameters related to the field and sends them to a central monitoring station. The sensor motes have several external sensors namely leaf wetness, soil moisture, soil pH, atmospheric pressure sensors attached to it. Based on the value of soil moisture sensor the mote triggers the water sprinkler during the period of water scarcity. Once the field is sprinkled with adequate water, the water sprinkler is switched off. Hereby water can be conserved. Also the value of soil pH sensor is sent to the base station and in turn base station intimates the farmer about the soil pH via SMS using GSM modem This system is expected to help farmers in evaluating soil conditions and act accordingly.

e-Government and e-Democracy constitute a central theme in information society policy at all levels: local, regional, national, European and even globally. To this direction, a variety of efforts have been made and many systems have been developed. This paper proposes a methodology for designing and implementing web-based services that can support e-Democracy practices. Furthermore, the paper presents and describes the effort made by a Greek political party to this direction, for the design and development of a unified framework for providing, supporting and managing e-Democracy services. The paper describes the actions taken and the work done according to the proposed methodology.

The hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata
(Linnaeus, 1766)) occurs in all of the world’s tropical and
temperate oceans. Hawksbill turtle nesting is widespread
and in some areas abundant within the Indian Ocean and
South-East Asia (IOSEA) region. As is common for widely
distributed and long-lived marine species, determining
the hawksbill’s conservation status at managementrelevant
scales has been challenging (Meylan and
Donnelly 1999; Mortimer and Donnelly 2008; Wallace et
al. 2011; FitzSimmons and Limpus 2014). Similar to other
marine turtle species, the hawksbill turtle is comprised of
numerous individual populations, which nest in separate
locations to one another and often display distinct life
cycle characteristics (FitzSimmons and Limpus 2014).
Yet different nesting populations may also share nursery
and foraging areas (Vargas et al. 2016; Bell and Jensen,
2018). As a result, conducting global status assessments
(e.g. IUCN Red List framework) has proven challenging
and sometimes controversial (Godfrey and Godley 2008).
However, for conservation strategies to be effective,
it is crucial to identify the relationships between the
geographic areas used by each population, thereby
allowing the identification of anthropogenic threats and
impacts at the population level (FitzSimmons and Limpus
2014) and the implementation of effective management.
There have been several attempts to categorise
marine turtles into distinct population units below the
species level, but above the nesting population level. The
development of population genetics was used to determine
genetically distinct populations, and subsequently to
classify these populations as stocks or management
units (as per Moritz 2002). The IOSEA region hosts at
least eight hawksbill management units that nest within
the region; a ninth management unit nests just outside
the IOSEA, although non-reproductive individuals occur
within the region (FitzSimmons and Limpus 2014; Vargas
et al. 2016). Moreover, additional management units
could potentially occur in various locations throughout
the IOSEA region where hawksbills nest but where no
genetic data are available (FitzSimmons and Limpus
2014). Given that knowledge gaps in genetic structure
exist for many regions of the world, Wallace et al. (2010a)
introduced the concept of regional management units
(RMUs) for all seven marine turtle species.

Predictive analytics techniques applied to a broad swath of student data can aid in timely intervention strategies to help prevent students from failing a course. This paper discusses a predictive analytic model that was created for the University of Phoenix. The purpose of the model is to identify students who are in danger of failing the course in which they are currently enrolled. Within the model's architecture, data from the learning management system (LMS), financial aid system, and student system are combined to calculate a likelihood of any given student failing the current course. The output can be used to prioritize students for intervention and referral to additional resources. The paper includes a discussion of the predictor and statistical tests used, validation procedures, and plans for implementation.

Measurements of inclusive charged-hadron transverse-momentum and pseudorapidity distributions are presented for proton-proton collisions at \(\sqrt{s} = 0.9 \) and 2.36 TeV. The data were collected with the CMS detector during the LHC commissioning in December 2009. For non-single-diffractive interactions, the average charged-hadron transverse momentum is measured to be 0.46 ± 0.01 (stat.) ± 0.01 (syst.) GeV/c at 0.9 TeV and 0.50 ± 0.01 (stat.) ± 0.01 (syst.) GeV/c at 2.36 TeV, for pseudorapidities between --2.4 and +2.4. At these energies, the measured pseudorapidity densities in the central region, dN ch/dη||η| \( \overline p p \) and pp collisions. The results at 2.36 TeV represent the highest-energy measurements at a particle collider to date.

Charged-hadron transverse-momentum and pseudorapidity distributions in proton-proton collisions at sqrt(s) = 7 TeV are measured with the inner tracking system of the CMS detector at the LHC. The charged-hadron yield is obtained by counting the number of reconstructed hits, hit-pairs, and fully reconstructed charged-particle tracks. The combination of the three methods gives a charged-particle multiplicity per unit of pseudorapidity, dN(charged)/d(eta), for |eta| < 0.5, of 5.78 +/- 0.01 (stat) +/- 0.23 (syst) for non-single-diffractive events, higher than predicted by commonly used models. The relative increase in charged-particle multiplicity from sqrt(s) = 0.9 to 7 TeV is 66.1% +/- 1.0% (stat) +/- 4.2% (syst). The mean transverse momentum is measured to be 0.545 +/- 0.005 (stat) +/- 0.015 (syst) GeV/c. The results are compared with similar measurements at lower energies.
