The research on the study making analog meat from flower banana (Musa Acuminata) with the method Completely Randomized Design with two (2) replications. factor I is the ratio flower banana : wheat flour, that is : J1 = 30%:70%, J2 = 40%:60%, J3 = 50%:50%, dan J4 = 60%:40%. Factor II is  Long Boiling (L) consisting of four levels, that is: L1 = 5 minute, L2 = 10 minute, L3 = 15 minute, dan L4 = 20 minute. The parameters observed: Carbohydrates, protein, fiber, water activity, organoleptic texture, color, and flavor. The statistical analysis was obtained, that ratio flower banana: wheat flour provided highly significant effect (P<0.01) to carbohydrates, protein, fiber, water activity, and organoleptic texture and had no significant effect (P>0.05) on organoleptic color dan flavor. The r esearch of grafting Maleic Anhydride on to Cycli zed Natural Rubber has been carried out in an Internal Mixer 150 o C in absence of Benzoyil Peroxide with rotor speed 80 rpm. Physical properties of the grafting product determined such as softening point, acid value, color, viscosity, and glass transition themperature. Compatibilty of the grafting product also investigated. The physical properties of the grafting product were not signicanly different with blank, except glass transition themperature was increased. Pekarangan di wilayah Kecamatan Medan Denai cukup luas, sebagian besar tidak dimanfaatkan untuk tanaman sayuran sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk ditanami tanaman lainnya seperti sayuran. Permasalahan utama yang terjadi pada masyarakat sasaran adalah 1) kegiatan kelompok ibu-ibu Aisyiyah belum banyak yang berhubungan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat, 2) lingkungan pekarangan di wilayah Kecamatan Medan Denai sebagian besar belum dimanfaatkan untuk menanam tanaman sayuran, 3) sebagian besar anggota Aisyiyah belum mempunyai pengetahuan, wawasan dan pengalaman serta ketrampilan dalam pemanfaatan pekarangan menjadi lahan produktif dan 4) potensi sumber daya insani dan alam di Kecamatan Medan Denai juga belum diberdayakann secara optimal. The r esearch of grafting methyl methacrylate on to Cycli zed Natural Rubber has been carried out. Dicumyl Peroxide was used as a inisiator and temperature condition at 90 o C with variation of time 1 and 2 hour s . Grafting p rocess was done with technique of reflux in a tree-neck flask with condenser and oil bath. Spectra analysis FTIR performed for determine the presence of graft ed MMA on the backbone of CNR. The results showed that the product CNR-g-MMA was formed with the marked appearance of the absorption peak wave numbers at 1731 cm-1 (carbonyl group absorption) typical for carbonyl (C = O) of met hy l methacrylate. Soursop leaf herbal tea is a health drink made from herbs soursop leaf and health benefits. Indonesian society using soursop leaves as an herbal medicine for treating cancer, in particular by drinking boiled water fresh soursop leaves. This study aimed to determine the effect of avocado leaves and drying time of the tea leaves of the soursop. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of two factors: the first factor the addition of avocado leaves (20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) and the second factor drying time (60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, 150 minutes). Parameter observations on the study include vitamin C content, ash content, tannin levels, moisture, aroma, color and flavor. The grafting product of maleic anhydride onto cyclizednatural rubber have been produced in the presence of trimethylol propane triacrylatecomonomer which is processed in an internal mixer 150°C 80 rpm. In this research, the ratio of Tris / maleic anhydride used is 1: 2; 1: 1 and 2: 1.All grafted product was purified to determine the degree of grafting for each graft product by the titration method. The degree of grafting increases with increasing trimethylol propane triacrylate mole ratio. The highest degree of grafting is obtained in moles ratio of 2: 1 which is to 5.88%.

Maleic Anhydride onto Cyclized Natural Rubber and Differential Scanning Chalorimetry and
Thermogravimetric Analysis to investigated their thermal properties. Fourier Transformed Infra Red spectra
confirmed that the grafted product accured by appearance of characteristic band at 1720 cm-1. The higher
concentration of Maleic Anhydride reacted the higher of grafting degree of Maleic Anhydride by means of
carbonyl index. Futhermore, the glass transition temperature values increase with increasing the grafting degree
of Maleic Anhydride and Thermogravimetric Analysis thermogram showed the thermal properties of grafted
product did not change significantly compared with the Cyclized Natural Rubber blank.
