The variable of this research is the circulation service for children with special needs. Data collection was performed by distributing questionnaires, observations and literature studies. The purpose of this research is to know the scope of automation system applied in Warmadewa University Central Library and the influence of the implementation of library automation system to the performance of librarian. This research use descriptive qualitative research technique. The subjects of this study are all librarians at Warmadewa University Central Library, with the number of population are 7 librarians and the number of samples corresponding to the total population of librarians at Warmadewa University Central Library. Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation and questionnaires. Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation and questionnaires. The results of this study show that the library automation system has good system quality and easy to use. The library automation system is capable of improving the performance of librarians, especially in terms of service to librarian users and library collection processing.

The purpose of this study was to examine the usage of collections in library, archives, and Documentation office Bangli Regency 2015.This research is quantitative descriptive. Descriptive quantitative research method that gives a true description of the situation by collecting data that needed which is then presented as per the guidelines of writing. In determining the number of samples, the researchers used Krecjie Morgan is table with an error rate of 5%. So the sampleused in this study were 357 users in Library Archives and Documentation Office Bangli Regency that meet the criteria within the study from February to March 2015.This Research shows that the enough majorityof respondents (59.7%) more use of magazines as a collection of frequently used. Most respondents (53.5%) agreed that the libraryhelping users take advantage of the collection.

This study is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to determine of the user information needs in the Library SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar. This research is located at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar Jl. Tirtanadi No. 19, Sanur, South Denpasar, Denpasar City, Bali 80238. Data collection techniques are in the form of questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The population of this study are students and teachers who are members of the library that is as many as 1.322 people. In the sample calculation using slovin formula with 10% error obtained the result of the sample number of 93 people, while the sampling method using purposive random sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis by using frequency distribution formula P = fn × 100%. The results of this study indicate that the existing collection in the Library SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar is complete and adequate, but of the user information needs has not been full fill.

This research aims to know how the utilization of the bilingual collection at the HighScope Indonesia Bali's library. The population in this research is all students who are the members of the school's library of the HighScope Indonesia Bali, the total is 355 students. Using the Slovin formula, the total of the sample is obtained for as much as 188 students, with the total number of error is 5%. The research is using questionnaire, observation, and literature study as data collection method. The outcome obtained is the utilization of bilingual collection at the HighScope Indonesia Bali's library has been well. Based on the result of the questionnaires, it came into the knowledge that almost all respondents (93,61%) stated that the most favorable bilingual collection was the Bahasa Indonesia-English and most of the respondents (62,23%) agreed that the biligual collections are very useful to improve languange skill.

The purpose of this study to examine the collections usage at Faculty of Tourism Library, UniversitasUdayana which is expected to support learningandresearch activities. The object of this study are collections which available at Faculty of Tourism Library, UniversitasUdayana. The populations was all students who are members of Faculty of Tourism Library, UniversitasUdayana. Total sample of 86 respondents based on using kredjie-morgan's table.

Library SMPK 1 Harapan Denpasar is located at Jalan Sesetan no. 62 Denpasar. Population in this research all library member of SMPK 1 Harapan Denpasar Library is about 1,679 student as library. In the sampling calculation using the Slovin formula, abstain 324 student samples with a total error of 5%. This research uses questionnaire, observation, and literature study. Daily visitor data is 100 to 150 students, all respondents have visited the library more than 3 times a week for reasons of visiting the library looking for materials to complete the task given by the teacher.

Indonesia has decided to hold simultaneous local elections on December 9, 2020, even though the country and the rest of the world still face the COVID-19 pandemic. The local election stages have begun in June 2020 by forming a unit to update data of voters and socialize how to hold the elections during the pandemic. This paper aims to build communication strategies in socializing how to hold the elections during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results were obtained using the survey method involving 440 respondents in Denpasar in September 2020. The communication strategy is a combination of offline and online mediums. Despite a policy to stay at home, data shows that residents of Denpasar still needed offline mediums such as billboards and banners. The era of information disruption has made major changes in collecting, processing, and utilizing information in general. Most people have switched to carry out their activities from the real to the virtual world. It cannot be separated from the emergence of digital technology in all community activities. This paper aims to describe what regencies or cities in Bali will detail media Balinese people most trust. This paper will also provide information about social media ownership to know to margin the mapping of people's habits through the media they use based on the age, education level, and regencies or cities in Bali. This paper uses a survey method for the 1.540 Balinese people spread over all nine districts/cities in Bali, using multi-stage sampling with an error of 2,5%. It shows differences in social media platforms based on age, educational background, and the regencies they live. Even though there are differences in media habits, the most trusted media for them is news from mainstream media like television and newspaper. Still, in groupage 17-25 years, there is increasing trust in media online.

This research aimed to determine the response of Balinese Society on 2019 Indonesian Simultaneous Elections. The response includes three components, namely perception, participation, and attitude. This research used a descriptive type with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted in Bali Province, especially 9 (nine) districts and cities that held simultaneous elections on April 17, 2019. Based on data compiled from General Election Commission (KPU), Bali Province had 716 villages with 12,384 polling stations (TPS). Based on  Bali’s DPT 2019 from General Election Commission (KPU), there were 3,130,288 voters. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya informasi pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan dan menjelaskan secara deskriptif mengenai budaya informasi pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Khususnya pada siswa pendidikan luar biasa di provinsi Bali. The purpose of this research are to know the condition and usage of Balinese literature collection service at Library of Badung Regency. This research are quantitative descriptive research, the technicque to getting data are quesionaire, observation, literature studi and documentation. This paper describes the Lontar Bali as an information marketing media to conserve the culture and local wisdom of Bali. This paper explain about the current condition of the lontar Bali conservation efforts and the efforts undertaken to maintain the condition of lontar Bali. Various obstacles encountered in the conservation of lontar Bali among it is usage pattern and how to use, where most users are often not conscientious when utilizing the lontar Bali. The type of research used in this paper is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research aims to describe, record, analyze, and interpreting the conditions existing or that was happening. This research is a non experimental research, because in this paper the researchers did not control and manipulate research variables. Data collection in this research were observation and secondary information source. Secondary data in this study are textbooks, journals, previous research results and official archives related to research problems, especially about lontar bali. Limited of human resources (HR) are foremost within the constraints of conservation, besides not all archivists and librarians which have competence in the organization and utilization of lontar Bali. Furthermore, storage facilities, where all the archival storage media of lontar Bali have decent are not in qualified conditions and qualified User education must be given correctly in the utilization of archives of lontar Bali. It is very important to do. By making the Lontar bali as a marketing media, the information culture and local wisdom of Bali society will remain stable until future generations.

The title of this research is "Maintained Collection to Increase Circulation in the Indonesia University’s Library". This type of research is quantitative methods. The population of this reseacrhs is taken directly from permanent library users as much as 62.900 during the last 3 months, counted from January to March 2016 and results in a sample of 400 people through a calculation using the Slovin formula.This research taken for two weeks from 27 April 2016 to 11 May 2016, on 2nd floor at Indonesia University’s Library. The results can be obtained through this research there are still widely found users who try to damage the collection either intentionally or accidentally as many as 29.3% or 117 people, but the condition of collections in the University Library Indonesia had pretty good in 40.3% or as many as 161 users. The purpose of this research was to find out the treatment of lontar manuscript collections at the Library of Dinas Kebudayaan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. This research uses a descriptive research method with a aqualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observasion to the library, conducting interviews, documentation and literature. The informant on this research are 3 (three) informant, consistof the head of the inventory section for maintaining cultural documentation, a librarian and a library afficers at the Library of Dinas Kebudayaa Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. This research was conducted during February-May 2019. The damage that occurs in the collection of palm-leaf manucripts in the Library of Dinas Kebudayaan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali is writing that us faded, dry or moist. The treatment of lontar manuscript collection is done by smearing lemongrass oil that has been mixed with alcohol and giving pecan charcoal to the lontar manuscript.

Hoaxes circulate in social media. The power of social media which penetrate times and spaces without borders make hoaxes penetrate all the internet users. Hoaxes build hatred and exaggerated fear. For that reason, it is crucial to identify the toughness of netizen in dealing with hoaxes. This paper describes how netizen in Gianyar Bali responds to hoax information they receive. Gianyar is one of the regencies in Bali, which located in the sub-urban area near Denpasar but still dominated by rural area. The research was conducted through survey with 440 respondents on March 2020. The objective of this research is to know the library location in increasing the number of visits at public library in Gianyar regency in the year 2016. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The variables of this research are the library location and the number of the library user visits. The collection in the library SMAN 1 Kintamani a good enough, already support academicians in the field of education, but the new books to be renewed and old books in the library need maximum care because it is still in need by librarian as a means of information and references. The results of this study, found that library visits (78 respondents = 31.5%) the length of time to the library (187 respondents = 75.4%), use of the collection (110 respondents = 44.4%), how to take advantage of the collection (133 respondents = 53.7%), the collection is available (122 respondents = 49.1%), which is already a new collection (up to date) (147 respondents = 59.3%), the collection helps in learning (140 respondents = 56.5%), the facility is already fair (132 respondents = 53.3%), librarian help to find collections (128 respondents = 51.6%), librarians provide guidance (124 respondents = 50%). This paper aims to find out the detail of information culture in utilizing the internet on students in Bali 2016. Type of research used in this paper is descriptive quantitative.
This research tries to express and explain descriptively about information culture from searching, finding and exploiting information which they can through internet and needed by student, especially in supporting activity process of learning activity at school. The

An information culture is the behavior and tendency of a person in using and utilizing information to assist a person in completing his work, is an interesting phenomenon to be examined at this time. This research is a descriiptive quantitative research thaat aims to know the perception of library user to the qualiity of circulation service in SMA N 1 Kuta Utara library. The purpose of this research is to know the library collection development at Perpustakaan Sastra Mangutama Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Badung, The method applied in this research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research are head of division, head of section, and librarian. Which amounts to 4 (four) person. The result of this research indicated that Perpustakaan Sastra Mangutama Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Badung does not have a written collection development policy. Selection activity of literature was conducted by librarian by spreading book questionnaire to schools and village. Selection criteria is based on update and literature physical condition. Weeding is carried out regularly every year by removing collections that are considered damaged and irrelevant or obsolete, so that the collections on the shelf are maintained its quality. Procurement of library materials is carried out regularly once a year and obtained through purchases with third parties (partners).

This study uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis with the formula Y= a + bX. The results obtained in this research showed that redesign library spatial to user interest for visit Perpustakaan Universitas Warmadewa comply the five dimensions of interior design: lighting, use of color, storage space, texture and pattern and scale and balance to create a room in accordance with the function of college libraries. Seen from result of hypothesis test show that t count value less than alpha (α = 0,05) become 0,00 <0,05 can be concluded there is the influencing of redesign library spatial to user interest for visit Perpustakaan Universitas Warmadewa.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the promotion activities of Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Denpasar by using descriptive qualitative research metodh. 1. PENDAHULUAN Keberhasilan misi pendidikan pemerintah akan sangat bergantung pada lembaga pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah perpustakaan. Perpustakaan merupakan unit kerja dari suatu badan atau lembaga tertentu yang mengelola bahan-bahan pustaka. Berdasarkan definisinya, perpustakaan adalah sebuah bangunan gedung atau tempat dari sumber informasi dan koleksi bahan pustaka yang disusun menurut tata susunan tertentu. Adanya perpustakaan di ruang lingkup masyarakat tentunya memiliki berbagai fungsi, seperti sumber informasi dan referensi, tempat untuk menunjang pembelajaran sampai menjadi tempat rekreasi masyarakat. Adanya sebuah perpustakaan umum, tentunya sangat membantu kebutuhan informasi masyarakat. Namun berdasarkan fenomena yang ada sebagian besar perpustakaan di Indonesia masih terlihat sepi pengunjung. perpustakaan membutuhkan sebuah kegiatan promosi sebagai upaya menyebarluaskan dan meningkatkan eksistensi perpustakaan agar dapat sejalan dengan perkembangan jaman yang terus maju. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of RFID on circulation service in Grhatama Pustaka by using descriptive qualitative research method. Sources of data in this study were came from textbooks, journals, previous research , observations, and interviews. Informants amounted to 7 (seven) peoples are librarians and staff who served in circulation service. Technique of data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research indicate RFID was very helpfull librarians and library staff in the circulation service of Grahatama Pustaka so that the circulation process can proceed quickly, accurately and can secure the library collections. The obstacles faced in the implementation of RFID are RFID system error on Staff Workstation. The other obstacle is technical constraint when processing of library collection. The last one, RFID is a library automation technology which have relative price, expensive as procurement as maintaince. 1. PENDAHULUAN Indonesia saat ini sudah berada pada era teknologi informasi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat sudah mempengaruhi berbagai bidang kehidupan dan profesi, termasuk perpustakaan. The purpose of this research is to apply strategy of lontar bali manuscript's preservation in Perpustakaan Balai Bahasa Bali.This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviewing, documentation,and literature studies.Informants from this research are the head of affairs and librarian,which amounted to three peoples.This research was conducted during February-April 2018.The results of this study indicate that the maintenance of lontar bali manuscripts in library, treats manuscript lontar bali by applying conventional treatment.The application of lontar bali manuscript's preservation in library is very helpful in preserving the cultural heritage assets from damage condition.The damage that occurred in lontar bali were broken or torned and faded.The treatments of lontar bali manuscript's preservation is done by giving lemongrass oil and pecan oil on manuscript.The obstacles faced in the treatment of lontar bali manuscript are lontar bali conditions by old manuscript and human resources competences to preserve lontar bali manuscript.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of school libraries in improving interest in reading high school students I Kintamani. The benefit of this research is expected to be a useful input for improving the quality school library function as a learning resource center in SMAN 1 Kintamani in the future. Library is a room used to store books and other publications that are usually stored according to a particular arrangement called the classification of grouping a book or other obiects into a class or a particular class. The school library is a library in the school as a means of education to support the achievement of preschool goals, primary education and secondary education. Collections in the library of SMAN 1 Kintamani are good enough, have supported the academic community in the field of education, but the new books must be updated and old books in the library needs maximum care because it is still in need by pemustaka as a means of information and refrensi. The results of this study found that the visit to the library (70 respondents = 27 %) the time to the library (75 respondents = 28.8%), the collection of interest (69 respondents = 26.5%), the number of collections in the read (79 respondents (21.9%), library influence on reading interest (107 respondents = 41.2%), students reading reading (74 respondents = 28.5%), collection utilization (99 respondents = 38%), reading interest (131 respondents = 50.4%) librarian helped find the collectonn (90 respondents = 34.6%), librarian gave guidance (109 respondents = 41.9%).

This study is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to determine of the user information needs in the Library SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar. This research is located at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar Jl. Tirtanadi No. 19, Sanur, South Denpasar, Denpasar City, Bali 80238. Data collection techniques are in the form of questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The population of this study are students and teachers who are members of the library that is as many as 1.322 people. In the sample calculation using slovin formula with 10% error obtained the result of the sample number of 93 people, while the sampling method using purposive random sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis by using frequency distribution formula P = fn × 100%. The results of this study indicate that the existing collection in the Library SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar is complete and adequate, but of the user information needs has not been full fill.

Library SMPK 1 Harapan Denpasar is located at Jalan Sesetan no. 62 Denpasar. Population in this research all library member of SMPK 1 Harapan Denpasar Library is about 1,679 student as library. In the sampling calculation using the Slovin formula, abstain 324 student samples with a total error of 5%. This research uses questionnaire, observation, and literature study. Daily visitor data is 100 to 150 students, all respondents have visited the library more than 3 times a week for reasons of visiting the library looking for materials to complete the task given by the teacher.

The purpose of this study to examine the collections usage at Faculty of Tourism Library, Universitas Udayana which is expected to support learning and research activities. The object of this study are collections which available at Faculty of Tourism Library, Universitas Udayana. The populations was all students who are members of Faculty of Tourism Library, Universitas Udayana. Total sample of 86 respondents based on using kredjie-morgan's table.

The purpose of this study was to examine the usage of collections in library, archives, and Documentation office Bangli Regency 2015.This research is quantitative descriptive. Descriptive quantitative research method that gives a true description of the situation by collecting data that needed which is then presented as per the guidelines of writing. In determining the number of samples, the researchers used Krecjie Morgan is table with an error rate of 5%. So the sampleused in this study were 357 users in Library Archives and Documentation Office Bangli Regency that meet the criteria within the study from February to March 2015.This Research shows that the enough majorityof respondents (59.7%) more use of magazines as a collection of frequently used. Most respondents (53.5%) agreed that the libraryhelping users take advantage of the collection.

The purpose of this research is to know the circulation service for children with special needs in SLB Negeri 2 Denpasar. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The variable of this research is the circulation service for children with special needs. Data collection was performed by distributing questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data collection techniques with documentation interviews and observations in the field population in this study is all librarians in SLB Negeri 2 Denpasar.In the discussion of this thesis the author will discuss about the circulation services for children with special needs. The purpose of this research is to know the scope of automation system applied in Warmadewa University Central Library and the influence of the implementation of library automation system to the performance of librarian. This research use descriptive qualitative research technique. The subjects of this study are all librarians at Warmadewa University Central Library, with the number of population are 7 librarians and the number of samples corresponding to the total population of librarians at Warmadewa University Central Library. The results of this study show that the library automation system has good system quality and easy to use. This research aims to know how the utilization of the bilingual collection at the HighScope Indonesia Bali's library. The population in this research is all students who are the members of the school's library of the HighScope Indonesia Bali, the total is 355 students. Using the Slovin formula, the total of the sample is obtained for as much as 188 students, with the total number of error is 5%. The research is using questionnaire, observation, and literature study as data collection method. The outcome obtained is the utilization of bilingual collection at the HighScope Indonesia Bali's library has been well. Based on the result of the questionnaires, it came into the knowledge that almost all respondents (93,61%) stated that the most favorable bilingual collection was the Bahasa Indonesia-English and most of the respondents (62,23%) agreed that the biligual collections are very useful to improve languange skill. 1. Diperoleh fakta bahwa gerakan literasi informasi dapat dilakukan dengan mengedukasi pengguna agar dapat mengoptimalkan akses kepada sumber-sumber digital, salah satunya dengan akses ke perpustakaan digital onesearch.id. This research aims to determine the response of the Balinese's society to the Indonesia's simultaneous elections 2019. The response includes three components, namely are: perception, participation and attitude. This research used a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The location of this study was held in Bali's Province with the details of 9 (nine) districts and cities that held simultaneous elections on April 17, 2019. Based on data compiled from General Election Commission (KPU), Bali's Province were 716 villages with 12,384 polling stations (TPS). Data collection was carried out shortly after the 2019 simultaneous elections were held about 09.00-21.00 WITA (12 hours) through a questionnaire that was served on the google form application. The population based on Bali's DPT 2019 based on General Election Commission (KPU) were 3,130,288 voters. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin's formula with a 5% significance level obtained are 400 respondents. Sampling technique was done by cluster sampling. The perception's component werw 24 questions with a reliability value (Cronbach's Alpha) of 0.929. For participation's measurement, the number of valid questions were 13 questions with a reliability value (Cronbach's Alpha) of 0.879 and the attitude's measurement were 11 questions with a reliability value of 0.868 (Cronbach's Alpha). Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the results of the Balinese's society response to the implementation of the simultaneous elections were fairly high and good. The perception of the Balinese's society regarding the implementation of the simultaneous election 2019 was good with an average score of 4.04. The participation of the Balinese's society towards the holding of the simultaneous high elections 2019 was fairly good with an average score of 3.62. The attitude of the Balinese's society towards the implementation of simultaneous elections 2019 was good with an average score of 4.26.

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses berbagai sumber informasi. Hal ini berdampak dalam konsumsi informasi masyarakat. Penggunaan media social juga menjadi sarana dalam konsumsi informasi masyarakat. Bengkulu juga merasakan dampak dari perkembangan teknologi tersebut. Namun perkembangan teknologi tersebut kadang membuat masyarakat terlupa akan penggunaan informasi yang benar dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Sehingga masih sering terjadi penyebaran informasi hoax dikalangan siswa, mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Sehingga penerapan internet sehat dianggap perlu untuk diterapkan bagi masyarakat Bengkulu untuk menjadikan mereka mampu memiliki literasi digital. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi dalam pengumpulan data, Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa Dosen-dosen UNIB (Universitas Bengkulu) bekerja sama dengan HIMATAKSIFO dalam pelaksanaan penerapan internet sehat di Bengkulu dalam rangka menjadikan masyarakat Bengkulu cerdas di era digital dalam menangkal informasi hoax. Pelatihan ini diadakan di beberapa sekolah dan di perguruan tinggi khususnya Universitas Bengkulu. Materi dalam penerapan internet sehat ini adalah internet sehat, media social dan antisipasi hoax. Program ini cukup mendapat antusias dari peserta.

This paper describes the Lontar Bali as an information marketing media to conserve the culture and local wisdom of Bali. This paper explain about the current condition of the lontar Bali conservation efforts and the efforts undertaken to maintain the condition of lontar Bali. Various obstacles encountered in the conservation of lontar Bali among it is usage pattern and how to use, where most users are often not conscientious when utilizing the lontar Bali. The type of research used in this paper is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research aims to describe, record, analyze, and interpreting the conditions existing or that was happening. This research is a non experimental research, because in this paper the researchers did not control and manipulate research variables. Data collection in this research were observation and secondary information source. Secondary data in this study are textbooks, journals,
previous research results and official archives related to research problems, especially about lontar bali. Limited of human resources (HR) are foremost within the constraints of conservation, besides not all archivists and librarians which have competence in the organization and utilization of lontar Bali. Furthermore, storage facilities, where all
the archival storage media of lontar Bali have decent are not in qualified conditions and qualified User education must be given correctly in the utilization of archives of lontar Bali. It is very important to do. By making the Lontar bali as a marketing media, the information culture and local wisdom of Bali society will remain stable until future
generations.

This study aims to determine the information wisdom process in digital literacy, especially for students in Bali province. This study describes the mechanism of data into information which then becomes knowledge and then becomes a consideration in decision making (wisdom). This research is a descriptive study with a survey method carried out to students who undergo various higher education in Bali province, namely as many as 100 students.
Data were collected through questionnaires and literature studies, then processed and presented in the form of diagrams which were explained based on the percentage of each answer option. The study revealed the mapping of information source patterns, reasons for selecting information sources, evaluating the correctness of information, updating information, correcting information, confidence in information, measures or indicators of
using information, actions and attitudes on sensitive information and information control.
