This study aims to determine the information wisdom process in digital literacy, especially for students in Bali province. This study describes the mechanism of data into information which then becomes knowledge and then becomes a consideration in decision making (wisdom). This research is a descriptive study with a survey method carried out to students who undergo various higher education in Bali province, namely as many as 100 students.
Data were collected through questionnaires and literature studies, then processed and presented in the form of diagrams which were explained based on the percentage of each answer option. The study revealed the mapping of information source patterns, reasons for selecting information sources, evaluating the correctness of information, updating information, correcting information, confidence in information, measures or indicators of
using information, actions and attitudes on sensitive information and information control.

This research aims to determine the response of the Balinese's society to the Indonesia's simultaneous elections 2019. The response includes three components, namely are: perception, participation and attitude. This research used a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The location of this study was held in Bali's Province with the details of 9 (nine) districts and cities that held simultaneous elections on April 17, 2019. Based on data compiled from General Election Commission (KPU), Bali's Province were 716 villages with 12,384 polling stations (TPS). Data collection was carried out shortly after the 2019 simultaneous elections were held about 09.00-21.00 WITA (12 hours) through a questionnaire that was served on the google form application. The population based on Bali's DPT 2019 based on General Election Commission (KPU) were 3,130,288 voters. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin's formula with a 5% significance level obtained are 400 respondents. Sampling technique was done by cluster sampling. The perception's component werw 24 questions with a reliability value (Cronbach's Alpha) of 0.929. For participation's measurement, the number of valid questions were 13 questions with a reliability value (Cronbach's Alpha) of 0.879 and the attitude's measurement were 11 questions with a reliability value of 0.868 (Cronbach's Alpha). Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the results of the Balinese's society response to the implementation of the simultaneous elections were fairly high and good. The perception of the Balinese's society regarding the implementation of the simultaneous election 2019 was good with an average score of 4.04. The participation of the Balinese's society towards the holding of the simultaneous high elections 2019 was fairly good with an average score of 3.62. The attitude of the Balinese's society towards the implementation of simultaneous elections 2019 was good with an average score of 4.26.

This study aims to compare the subject index produced by using dalil zipf with the keyword contained in the the Jurnal Ilmiah D3 Perpustaaan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Udayana tahun 2017-2018. This research is a study that uses quantitative methods. 1. PENDAHULUAN Perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengatahuan yang semakin pesat berdampak pada kebutuhan masyarakat akan infomasi yang semakin meningkat dan beragam. Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu pusat sumber informasi yang bertugas mengelola dan menyajikan sumber-sumber informasi kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Perpustakaan juga memiliki peran dalam proses temu kembali informasi atau literatur. Kemudahan dalam proses temu kembali informasi terdapat pada kata kunci atau tajuk subjek dari suatu literatur atau dikumen. Menurut Ginting (2013: 12) menyatakan bahwa ilmu perpustakaan adalah bidang interdisiplin yang menggabungkaan ilmu sosial, ilmu hukum, dan ilmu terapan untuk mempelajari topik yang berkaitan dengan perpustakaan. Kajian bibliometrika dapat membantu mengevaluasi penyebarluasan suatu informasi atau literatur dan temu kembali informasi. Kajian bibliometrika, khususnya dalil zipf dapat membantu dalam temu kembali informasi dengan menentukan kata kunci ataupun tajuk subjek sebuah dokumen yang dapat digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis dalil zipf. Dalil zipf digunakan untuk menggambarkan peringkat kemunculan kata dan frekuensi dalam suatu dokumen atau literatur. Jurnal Ilmiah D3 Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Udayana merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan setiap 1 (satu) tahun sekali dan dipublikasikan melalui website https://ojs.unud.ac.id/index.php/d3perpus/inde x. Jurnal ilmiah D3 Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Udayana Tahun 2017-2018 berjumlah 26 artikel yang setiap jurnalnya terdiri dari 13 artikel.

The purpose of this study want to know bibliocrime action policies in the UPT Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The informants from this study were the heads of services and librarians, totaling three people. This research was conducted during February-March 2019.The results of this study shows that the strategy applied still has several weaknesses including not providing unoptimal user education, lack of awareness from users of bibliocrime actions and some technical problems related to security systems such as Close Circuit Television (CCTV) that have not monitored all corners of the library room and chips unreadable on the security gate in the circulation service. Based on the above constraints, the researchers provided solutions for libraries by making bibliocrime action warning posters and preparing training material for librarians. 1. PENDAHULUAN Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu jantung dalam kehidupan kampus, dimana perpustakaan menyediakan begitu banyak sumber-sumber informasi bagi para pemustaka di perguruan tinggi. Menjalani kehidupan kampus tentu mahasiswa membutuhkan sumber informasi yang banyak untuk dijadikan acuan dalam menambah wawasan. Perkembangan teknologi membuat banyak sumber informasi dapat diakses di mana saja seperti di internet, meski demikian pencari sumber informasi dalam bentuk buku atau media cetak lain masih sangat tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak koleksi yang tidak ditemukan di internet, bentuk tercetak masih menjadi pilihan dan hanya dapat ditemukan di perpustakaan. UPT Perpustakaan Instiut Teknologi Bandung merupakan salah satu perpustakaan penyedia sumber-sumber informasi bagi seluruh sivitas akademika yang berada di dalam lingkungan kampus. Ada begitu banyak koleksi yang disedikan oleh Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Bandung salah satu koleksinya ialah buku. Kebutuhan akan sumber informasi yang dicari serta minimnya ketersediaan koleksi membuat banyak peraturan dan kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh pihak perpustakaan. Dengan demikian fenomena ini juga memicu para pemustaka melakukan perilaku atau tindakan menyimpang seperti tindakan bibliocrime yaitu tindakan pencurian, perobekan atau mutilasi, vandalisme dan peminjaman tidak sah. Melihat kunjungan ke perpustakaan cukup banyak dan berdasarkan pengamatan secara lansung terlihat banyak mahasiswa yang hanya memanfaatkan fasilitas wifi di sekitar lingkungan perpustakaan dan jarang terlihat mahasiswa yang memanfaatkan koleksi buku teks. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk mempelajari lebih dalam lagi tentang "Pemanfaatkan Koleksi Di Perpustakaan Pusat Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar". 2. KAJIAN PUSTAKA Menurut (Sulistyo-Basuki, 1991 : 51) Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi adalah Perpustakaan yang memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan, penelitian, pelestarian, informasi, dan rekreasi para pemustaka. Dengan tujuan utama membantu Perguruan Tinggi mencapai tujuannya. Perpustakaan di perguruan tinggi dengan fungsinya memiliki tujuan seperti mengusahakan, menyimpan, merawat dan mengawetkan pustaka yang bernilai sejarah, yang dihasilkan oleh civitas akademika. Dan juga dapat mendukung program pendidikan.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui budaya informasi dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan digital pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) Universitas Udayana dan untuk mendeskripsikan pola budaya informasi pada mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan digital dalam mendukung kegiatan akademis. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) Universitas Udayana. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai budaya informasi dalam memanfaatkan perpustakaan digital pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) Universitas Udayana. The purpose of this research was to find out the treatment of lontar manuscript collections at the Library of Dinas Kebudayaan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. This research uses a descriptive research method with a aqualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observasion to the library, conducting interviews, documentation and literature. The informant on this research are 3 (three) informant, consistof the head of the inventory section for maintaining cultural documentation, a librarian and a library afficers at the Library of Dinas Kebudayaa Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. This research was conducted during February-May 2019. The damage that occurs in the collection of palm-leaf manucripts in the Library of Dinas Kebudayaan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali is writing that us faded, dry or moist. The treatment of lontar manuscript collection is done by smearing lemongrass oil that has been mixed with alcohol and giving pecan charcoal to the lontar manuscript.

This research aims to show the role of librarian on library usage promotion Public Library and Archives Board of Manggarai Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The Techniques of collection data are observation, questionnaire and literature study. The data was taken based on the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis used quantitative methods by calculating the amount of the data collected and presenting data in formulas and then describe it. The results of this reserach is the role of librarians on the library usage promotion shows that the librarians have done library usage promotion periodically (once on 3 months), especially promotion which held in any school by effective communication to library visitor or library user at Manggarai Regency. This program is expected can increase the visitation of user and the users can feel satisfied when they come to library.

The collection in the library SMAN 1 Kintamani a good enough, already support academicians in the field of education, but the new books to be renewed and old books in the library need maximum care because it is still in need by librarian as a means of information and references. The results of this study, found that library visits (78 respondents = 31.5%) the length of time to the library (187 respondents = 75.4%), use of the collection (110 respondents = 44.4%), how to take advantage of the collection (133 respondents = 53.7%), the collection is available (122 respondents = 49.1%), which is already a new collection (up to date) (147 respondents = 59.3%), the collection helps in learning (140 respondents = 56.5%), the facility is already fair (132 respondents = 53.3%), librarian help to find collections (128 respondents = 51.6%), librarians provide guidance (124 respondents = 50%).

The objective of this research is to know the library location in increasing the number of visits at public library in Gianyar regency in the year 2016. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The variables of this research are the library location and the number of the library user visits. The collecting of data were conducted by distributing 346 questionnaires, observation and literature study. This research is used a sampling purposive that is sampling technique with a certain considerations. Based on the result of data questionnaires processing obtained that the location of public library in Gianyar regency had significant effect on the number of the library user visits. The result of data processing showed that 346 (100%) respondents know the location of public library in Gianyar regency, 126 (36,4%) respondents live within a radius of 6 km-15 km from the residence to the location of public library on Gianyar regency. In addition, it was found that the library location related to the aspects of access (224 respondents = 64,7%), the availability of collection (240 respondents = 69,4%), the comfort aspects (235 respondents = 68%), aspects of library facilities (227 respondents = 65,6%) and the of librarian hospitality aspects (244 respondents = 70,5%).

The purpose of the research is to observe interior arrangement of Indonesia Art Institute. Research method were used are qualitatif descriptif. Data accunulation used interview method and analysis the data. Sampel data of this research picked from librarian of Indonesia Art Institute. This study will explained about the processing of library collection that involved by 4 (four) librarians to do inventaritation, classification, and catalogitation at Library Faculty in Faculty of Letter and Culture Udayana University. The Techniques of collecting data are interview, observation, and documentation. In this study, author process the datas with triangulation, reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion, while the technique of presenting data using narrative descriptly. The Inveritation process in Library Faculty in Faculty of Letter and Culture Udayana University doesn't have any special room for this inventaritation activity, and the staff of Library Faculty in Faculty of Letter and Culture Udayana University have not schedule on this activity because they are depends on the crowdedness of the service in library. While the classification process of the Library Faculty in Faculty of Letter and Culture Udayana University applied the 14 th reference of Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) for the book classification, and the catalogitation activity at Library Faculty in Faculty of Letter and Culture Udayana University was hampered by the obstacle on the new system.

Regional Library of Yogyakarta City is located in the city which is predicated as an Indonesian Education City. The town is filled by students and therefore the people have a high academic information needs. In the era of information disclosure, as it is today, and in the middle of the high demand of user's information needs, librarians are required to have information literacy skills. This study discusses librarian's information literacy based on Empowering Eight models and the role of librarian's information literacy in fulfilling the user's information needs in Yogyakarta City Regional Library by using descriptive method and qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study come from a textbook, online books, journals, previous research, interviews and observations. Technique of data analysis used by the author is the data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study show that librarian's information literacy in Yogyakarta City Regional Library in accordance with the Empowering Eight model's and the role of librarian's information literacy in fulfilling the user's information needs shows only two components namely, the identification and application. 1. PENDAHULUAN Kehadiran internet menandai babak baru sejarah manusia. Sekitar abad ke-21, manusia memasuki periode di mana teknologi informasi merambah ke hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan. Informasi mulai bertebaran dan hampir tidak terbatas oleh jarak, ruang dan waktu. Informasi menjadi komoditi yang digandrungi oleh masyarakat dari berbagai tingkatan sosial. Berbagai jasa pelayanan sosial, mau tidak mau, perlu beradaptasi dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi ini.

The purpose of this research are to know the condition and usage of Balinese literature collection service at Library of Badung Regency. This research are quantitative descriptive research, the technicque to getting data are quesionaire, observation, literature studi and documentation. The subject of this research all of visitors, which use of Balinese Literature collection with 50 samples. The technicque of sampling is incidental sampling. This time of research about 1 month, started an 1 April-31 April 2016. The result of this research is almost of respondent (98%) said that the condition at Library of Badung Regency is well. Most of Balinese literature collection are adequate and fairly up to date. The average of user's age which used Balinese literature collection are 12-15 years old and 40 years old, and most of them is women (56%) usage of Balinese Literature collection service at Library of Badung Regency.

This study aimed to calculate half-life and literature obsolescence was 6.8 years, meaning that literature which has more than 6.8 years should be reconsidered to be used as a reference while those with less than 6.8 years of age can be used as a reference for information provided is considered still relevant

The title of this research is "Maintained Collection to Increase Circulation in the Indonesia University's Library". This type of research is quantitative methods. The population of this reseacrhs is taken directly from permanent library users as much as 62.900 during the last 3 months, counted from January to March 2016 and results in a sample of 400 people through a calculation using the Slovin formula.

This research aims to know how the utilization of the bilingual collection at the HighScope Indonesia Bali's library. The population in this research is all students who are the members of the school's library of the HighScope Indonesia Bali, the total is 355 students. Using the Slovin formula, the total of the sample is obtained for as much as 188 students, with the total number of error is 5%. The research is using questionnaire, observation, and literature study as data collection method. The outcome obtained is the utilization of bilingual collection at the HighScope Indonesia Bali's library has been well. Based on the result of the questionnaires, it came into the knowledge that almost all respondents (93,61%) stated that the most favorable bilingual collection was the Bahasa Indonesia-English and most of the respondents (62,23%) agreed that the biligual collections are very useful to improve languange skill. 1. PENDAHULUAN Dewasa ini menguasai lebih dari satu bahasa adalah suatu yang wajar. Anggapan masyarakat yang semakin positif terhadap penguasaan bahasa asing sebagai bahasa internasional adalah dampak dari globalisasi. Menurut Ginting (2010) "Sebuah pengetahuan dapat tercipta melalui perubahan dan perkembangan bertahap dari pengetahuan yang sudah ada. Pengetahuan juga bisa terbentuk melalui perubahan yang lebih radikal, dalam bentuk inovasi". Berdasarkan teori di atas dapat dilihat bahwa inovasi yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan perubahan bacaan, dalam hal ini disebut sebagai bahan baca bilingual. Meruapakan suatu hal yang wajar bila kemudian para orang tua belomba menyekolahkan buah hati mereka ke sekolah yang menawarkan program pendidikan bilingual dengan harapan anak tersebut dapat mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Bilingualisme memiliki arti sebagai penggunaan dua bahasa oleh orang maupun suatu masyarakat. Sedangkan bilingual merupakan seseorang atau masyarakat yang mampu menggunakan dua bahasa. Sekolah bertaraf internasional telah dan terus bermunculan di Indonesia. Sekolah tersebut menggunakan pembelajaran dwi bahasa atau pembelajaran bilingual. Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu belajar adalah bahan ajar bilingual. Bahan ajar bilingual ialah salah satu contoh alat pendidikan yang memberi keuntungan di antaranya, membantu siswa dalam belajar bahasa asing. Sekolah HighScope Indonesia Bali sebagai sekolah bertaraf internasional harus memiliki koleksi perpustakaan atau bahan ajar bilingual. The purpose of this research is to know the scope of automation system applied in Warmadewa University Central Library and the influence of the implementation of library automation system to the performance of librarian. This research use descriptive qualitative research technique. The subjects of this study are all librarians at Warmadewa University Central Library, with the number of population are 7 librarians and the number of samples corresponding to the total population of librarians at Warmadewa University Central Library. Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation and questionnaires. Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation and questionnaires. The results of this study show that the library automation system has good system quality and easy to use. The library automation system is capable of improving the performance of librarians, especially in terms of service to librarian users and library collection processing.
