    Purpose: Although the research stream in the area of career plateau acknowledges its ramifications, yet investigation on how this phenomenon can be reduced is sparse. This study aims to address this gap by illuminating the role of proactive personality (PP) as a factor of minimizing plateau via playful work design (PWD), career adaptability (CA) and perceived work-life balance (PWLB). Design/methodology/approach: A cross-sectional study design was applied and structural equation modelling was used to assess the hypothesized relationships among PP, CA, PWD, perceived work design and career plateau. A total of 338 employees from public and private universities were sampled from February 2020 to July 2020.     Workplace bullying is considered as a severe and prevalent problem that has devastating effects on the employees. Despite the recognition of its severe and pervasive nature, it is still a rife and there is no clear and adequate remedial path for targets to follow. So, the focal point in this paper will be the moderating/controlling role of workplace spirituality between workplace bullying and employee's productivity in public and non-public i.e. private institutes of higher education institutes of Lahore, Pakistan. The sample size for data collection totaled to 350 employees and structured questionnaire was used to gather data. The means to reach confirmation for construct validity the construct validity, factor analysis was applied making use of PCA with Varimax rotation method. Hierarchical regression analysis has been applied to determine the impact of workplace bullying on employee's productivity, while workplace spirituality has been taken as a moderating variable. The results imply that workplace bullying has negative and significant impact on employee's productivity while workplace spirituality moderates/controls the effect of workplace bullying to improve the employee's productivity.

    —This study was aimed to assess the relationship between work environment, motivation and job satisfaction in private school teachers of Lahore, Pakistan. Standardized questionnaires were used to collect the data from 300 private school's teachers. The data was analyzed through SPSS by using correlation, principle component analysis and multiple regression. The results indicates that there is a positive relationship between work environment and job satisfaction in school teachers. Result showed that there is a significantly positive impact of Work Environment on Motivation and there is also a positive influence of Motivation 1 on Job Satisfaction. Results indicate that Motivation partially mediates between Work Environment and Job Satisfaction of school teachers in Lahore, Pakistan.

    The aim of this study is to examine six different entrepreneurial management styles i.e. the archetypal, the coordinator, the perfectionist, top to bottom, the small partnership and big team venture to compare and contrast both the genders and their effects on earnings .Another significant aspect is to study the effect of these management styles adopted by the entrepreneurs' on the business growth in the context of Pakistan. For the data collection purpose one hundred twenty five (n=125) questionnaires were distributed to male and female entrepreneurs, whereas 100 questionnaire were returned. Sample includes 100 entrepreneurs 50 males and 50 females of different age groups and different contextual backgrounds of working with the experience of dealing in managerial domains. The data was compiled for descriptive statistics on the sample and independent sample t-test was used to compare both the gender groups' males and females on the basis of entrepreneurial management styles. Findings reveal that female entrepreneurs usually adopt the entrepreneurial management styles more than the male group members. In the context of developing country, it has been proved that female entrepreneurs are feeling uncomfortable to take initiative in starting their own business or taking risk as compared to males. So females rarely take big risks and their business earnings are less as compare to males. Hence, the current study on gender difference of entrepreneurs' was conducted using different samples and research instrument in order to identify which styles are more prominent in male and female entrepreneurs' to validate the adoption of different managerial styles.

This project will link border of Pakistan and China with different projects of energy and railways along with 2000 Km road. It is being considered that this project is a game changer not only for both associated countries but also for geographically neighbor countries. It will help to improve the trade, economy, resolve energy crises, oil availability, and improving infrastructure as well. But this study establishes to evaluate the challenges with it that can help to policy makers to enjoy more positive results of CPEC in future.

    —the purpose of this study is to attempt an analysis of the different factors that usually cause to fluctuate the online shopping behavior of customers in Pakistan. Because of the newness and apparently complicated nature of this phenomenon, there is very little information to which the customers have a direct access. Therefore, the objective of this research is to study and uncover different factors that affect the online shopping behavior of people in Pakistan. The research will be conducted with the help of a model that will examine the impact of factors like financial risks, convenience risks, non-delivery risks, return policy risks and product risks on the behavior of online consumers in Pakistan.

    This paper attempts to examine the effectiveness of celebrity endorsement for the sake of achieving consumer buying intention in FMCG sector of Pakistan. While, different dimensions of brand performance like brand image, brand awareness and brand favorability are taken as mediating variables. Data has been collected by using self-administered close ended questionnaire from 350 consumers of Pakistan. Regression test has been used to check the relationship between celebrity endorsement and consumer buying intention with the mediating effect of brand performance (comprises of brand image, brand awareness and brand favorability). The research output shows that celebrity endorsement is positively and significantly affects the consumer buying intention. While different dimensions of brand performance are also played as mediator between celebrity endorsement and consumer buying intention. The above study is provided an enormous contribution in the overall literature of the topic. This study will be useful for managers and policy makers to ensure the effective policies that help them to improve the organizational performance through focusing upon various aspects of celebrity endorsement (its selection and effectiveness for the sake of increasing consumer buying intention of particular brand). This study can also helpful for the researchers who want to further explore the same area with some variations.
