Alazocin ((-)-SKF-10,047, (-)-N-alilnormetazocin, (-)-ANMC), je bio prvi lek koji je agonist σ1 receptora (Ki = 24 nM).[4][5][6] On nema značajan afinitet za σ2 receptor.[6] Alazocin takođe deluje kao agonist κ-opioidnog receptora (Ki = 0.4 nM), i u znatno manjoj meri kao antagonist NMDA receptora (Ki = 587 nM).[6][7]
