Claims (10)
- 길이 방향으로 축선을 가진 물품을 포장하는 포장 필름으로서, 물품의 둘레를 둘러싸며 물품의 길이 방향의 제1 단부을 둘러싸는 제1 단부는 개방되고 물품의 제1 단부와 대향하는 제2 단부를 둘러싸는 제2 단부는 폐쇄되는 형태의 포장 필름을 물품으로부터 제거하는 포장 필름의 제거 시스템으로서,포장 필름으로 포장된 복수의 물품을 물품의 축선이 서로 평행한 상태로 지지하며, 물품의 축선에 수직한 방향으로 물품을 이송하는 이송 컨베이어;포장 필름의 제1 단부를 물품의 축선 방향을 따라 흡인하는 흡착 기구 및 흡착 기구에 의해 흡인되는 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 클램핑하는 클램프 기구를 포함하고, 물품에 인접하는 인접 위치로부터 물품과 이격되는 이격 위치 사이에서 물품의 축선 방향으로 가동되어 물품으로부터 포장 필름을 제거하는 필름 제거 기구; 및이송 컨베이어, 지지 기구 및 필름 제거 기구가 배치되어 지지되는 프레임을 포함하여 구성되는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,흡착 기구는 물품의 제1 단부에 근접하여 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 흡인하도록 부압이 작용하는 흡인구를 포함하고,클램프 기구는 흡착 기구에 의해 흡인되는 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 클램핑하도록 흡인구의 양측에 배치되어 서로 맞닿거나 이격되는 한 쌍의 클램핑 바아를 포함하는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,흡착 기구의 흡인구는 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 흡인한 후에 물품의 제1 단부로부터 이격되는 방향으로 이동하도록 구성되고,클램프 기구의 한 쌍의 클램핑 바아는 흡인구의 양측에 나란히 배치되고, 흡인구가 물품의 제1 단부로부터 이격되는 방향으로 이동하여 클램핑 바아의 위치로부터 후퇴한 후에 서로 맞닿아서 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 클램핑하도록 구성되는 것인 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,클램프 기구는 흡착 기구에 의해 흡인되는 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 클램핑하고,필름 제거 기구는 클램핑 기구가 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 클램핑한 상태에서 물품의 제1 단부로부터 이격되는 위치로 이동하여, 물품으로부터 포장 필름을 제거하는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,클램프 기구는 물품으로부터 포장 필름이 제거된 후에 흡착 기구에 대하여 흡착 기구에 의한 포장 필름의 흡인 방향과 반대 방향으로 이격되도록 이동하여 흡착 기구로부터 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 분리하는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 하나의 청구항에 있어서,이송 컨베이어는, 물품이 축선 방향으로 제2 단부로부터 제1 단부를 향하여 하향 경사지게 배치되도록 구성되고,필름 제거 기구는 흡착 기구와 클램핑 기구가 물품의 축선과 동축으로 이동하게 구성되는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,필름 제거 기구는, 물품이 축선 방향으로 경사져 연장되는 레일을 더 갖추고, 흡착 기구와 클램핑 기구는 레일을 따라 함께 이동 가능하게 구성되어 포장 필름의 제1 단부를 흡인 및 클램핑한 후에 레일을 따라 하향 경사지게 이동함으로써 물품으로부터 포장 필름을 제거하는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,필름 제거 기구는 프레임에 대하여 이송 컨베이어에 근접하는 위치와 이격되는 위치 사이에서 이동 가능하게 구성되는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,물품으로부터 제거된 포장 필름에 대해 송풍하여 이송하는 송풍 기구를 더 포함하고,송풍 기구는 프레임에 대한 필름 제거 기구의 근접하는 위치와 이격되는 위치 사이에 배치되어 필름 제거 기구가 이격되는 위치로 이동 중에 송풍을 하는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,물품의 제1 단부 측에 배치되어 물품으로부터 포장 필름을 제거하는 작동에서 물품의 제1 단부를 지지하는 지지 기구를 더 포함하고,상기 지지 기구는, 이송 컨베이어의 상측에 배치되어 물품에 근접 및 이격되도록 승강 작동하며 흡인구의 양측에서 물품의 제1 단부에 접촉하도록 구성되는 한 쌍의 지지 바아를 포함하고,지지 바아는, 흡착 기구에 의해 포장 필름의 제1 단부의 흡인을 개시하는 시점에서 하강하여 물품의 제1 단부에 접촉하는 것인, 포장 필름의 제거 시스템.
