- the oversheet layer is not bonded to the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer over a wide range including the waist portion. Therefore, although a dense wrinkle is formed in the outer sheet layer and the inner sheet layer by contraction by the waist elastic member, the oversheet layer is hardly formed with wrinkles and is merely overlaid.
- the main problem of the present invention is to improve the touch of the end of the waist opening.
- a typical aspect for solving the above-described problems is as follows.
- An exterior body constituting at least a waist part of the front body and the back body, an interior body including an absorber, attached to the exterior body so as to extend from the front body to the back body, a waist opening, and a pair of left and right legs With an opening

- the waist elastic member 17 is bonded to the waist inner sheet layer 121 and the waist outer sheet layer 122 via the hot melt adhesive HM.
- the waist lower part U of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B faces the waist lower inner sheet layer 123 facing the inner side of the waist lower elastic members 15 and 19 and the outer side of the waist lower elastic members 15 and 19.
- the lower waist elastic member 15 and 19 is bonded to the lower waist inner sheet layer 123 and the lower waist outer sheet layer 124 via the hot melt adhesive HM.
- the buttock cover portion C of the rear exterior body 12B includes a cover portion inner sheet layer 125 facing the inside of the cover portion elastic member 16, and a cover portion outer sheet facing the outside of the cover portion elastic member 16.
- the cover portion elastic member 16 is bonded to the cover portion inner sheet layer 125 and the cover portion outer sheet layer 126 via the hot melt adhesive HM.
- the waist part W has a first part P1 and a second part P2 respectively located on the waist opening WO side and the opposite side from the middle of the front-rear direction LD.
- Each of the first portion P1 and the second portion P2 is a portion having at least one waist elastic member 17.
- the first portion P1 has an oversheet layer 127 that is folded from the outer side of the waist outer sheet layer 122 at the edge of the waist opening WO and reaches the inner side of the waist inner sheet layer 121.
- the first sheet material 12S which will be described later, is formed.
- the waist elastic member 17 is not fixed to the sheet material forming the oversheet layer 127, and in the second portion P2, the waist elastic member is formed to the sheet material forming the oversheet layer 127. 17 is fixed, and the sheet material forming the oversheet layer 127 together with the waist elastic member 17 is contracted in the width direction WD.
- the first sheet material 12S forming the waist lower outer sheet layer 124 and the second sheet material 12H forming the waist lower inner sheet layer 123 both face toward the waist opening WO, and pass through the waist portion W. It is folded inward at the edge of the opening WO. Further, the portion of the first sheet material 12S that is folded inward at the edge of the waist opening WO extends from the waist elastic member 17 closest to the leg opening LO to the leg opening LO side, and the waist opening of the second sheet material 12H The portion folded inward at the edge of the WO extends only to the boundary between the first portion P1 and the second portion P2.
- the waist elastic member 17 and the second sheet material 12H are bonded through the hot melt adhesive HM, and the first sheet material 12S and the second sheet material 12H are bonded.
- the waist elastic member 17 and the first sheet material 12S facing the inside thereof are bonded via the hot melt adhesive HM, and the waist elastic member 17 and the second sheet facing the outside thereof.
- the material 12H, and the first sheet material 12S and the second sheet material 12H are bonded to each other via a hot melt adhesive HM.
- the oversheet layer 127 is formed of the first sheet material 12S
- the waist outer sheet layer 122 is formed of the second sheet material 12H
- the waist inner sheet layer 121 is the second sheet material 12H in the first portion P1.
- the second portion P2 is formed of the first sheet material 12S.
- the illustrated example has a cover elastic member 16, the cover outer sheet layer 126 is formed of the first sheet material 12S, and the cover inner sheet layer 125 is formed of the second sheet material 12H. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the portion 12r folded inward at the edge of the waist opening WO in the first sheet material 12S extends so as to cover the end of the interior body 200 on the side of the waist opening WO. It is preferable.
- This structure of the illustrated example not only simplifies the configuration of the sheet materials 12S and 12H, but also sandwiches the waist lower elastic members 15 and 19 between the first sheet material 12S and the second sheet material 12H, and the first sheet material 12S.
- the waist lower elastic members 15 and 19 are fixed, the end portions of the first sheet material 12S and the second sheet material 12H are folded back, and the waist elastic member is interposed between the folded portions. 17 can be easily manufactured by joining the first sheet material 12S and the second sheet material 12H and fixing the waist elastic member 17 therebetween.
- two sheet layers are required on the outer and inner sides of the waist elastic member 17, and if one sheet layer is provided on the outer and inner sides of the waist waist lower elastic members 15 and 19, respectively.
- the portion of the first sheet material 12S that is folded inward at the edge of the waist opening WO extends only to the boundary between the first portion P1 and the second portion P2, and the second The portion of the sheet material 12H that is folded inward at the edge of the waist opening WO may extend from the waist elastic member 17 closest to the leg opening LO to the leg opening LO side.
- both the portion folded inward at the edge of the waist opening WO in the first sheet material 12S and the portion folded back inward at the edge of the waist opening WO in the second sheet material 12H are the most on the leg opening LO side. You may extend from the waist elastic member 17 to the leg opening LO side.
- the waist inner sheet layer 121 and the waist outer sheet layer 122 are covered with the oversheet layer 127, as can be seen from the trace diagrams of the prototypes shown in FIGS.
- the waist elastic member 17 built in the first portion P1 includes the one located closest to the waist opening WO, and all of them touch the skin through the two sheet layers. Further, the portion from the edge of the waist opening WO to the waist elastic member 17 of the first portion P1 is covered with the oversheet layer 127 released from the waist elastic member 17, and the free portion of the oversheet layer 127 is covered with the waist elastic member 17. On the other hand, since it can be freely deformed, the feel of the waist portion W becomes flexible when the product is held by hand.
- the feeling that the oversheet layer 127 slides against the waist inner sheet layer 121 and the waist outer sheet layer 122 is perceived as a smooth hand, and the free part of the oversheet layer 127 is perceived as a soft hand. It has both soft and soft properties that are difficult to achieve.
- the sheet material 12S forming the oversheet layer 127 has a firm shrinkage heel by the contraction force of the waist elastic member 17 acting directly in the second portion P2, and the waist elasticity in the first portion P1. Although it is released from the member 17, it has a shrinkage crease that continues from the second portion P2 due to the shrinkage deformation of the second portion P2.
- the portion from the edge of the waist opening WO to the waist elastic member 17 of the first portion P1 is not only covered by the oversheet layer 127 released from the waist elastic member 17, but also at least the first portion P1 of the oversheet layer 127.
- a shrinkage wrinkle is formed, and by this shrinkage wrinkle, the corner portion pressed against the skin when the product is held by hand or during purchase, that is, the portion having the waist elastic member 17 closest to the waist opening WO is cushioned. Will increase. Therefore, the touch of the edge part of waist opening WO becomes favorable rather than what has the conventional oversheet layer 127.
- the position of the boundary between the first portion P1 and the second portion P2 can be determined as appropriate. However, when 4 to 10 waist elastic members 17 are arranged at intervals of 3 to 7 mm in the front-rear direction LD, When the boundary between the first portion P1 and the second portion P2 is located in the range from the position of the first waist elastic member 17 to the position of the fifth waist elastic member 17 counting from the waist opening WO side, It is preferable because improvement in flexibility due to release of the oversheet layer 127 in one portion P1 and improvement in cushioning property due to the formation of shrinkage folds are easily achieved.
- the position of the boundary between the first part P1 and the second part P2 may be the same or different between the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B.
- the length of the first portion P1 in the front-side exterior body 12F in the front-rear direction LD is larger than the length of the first portion P1 in the rear-side exterior body 12B in the front-rear direction LD. If it is lengthened, the cushioning property for the abdomen becomes high. Further, the position of the boundary between the first part P1 and the second part P2 may be the same or different between the inside and the outside of the waist part W. However, as shown in the example shown in FIG.
- the boundary between the first part P1 and the second part P2 on the outer side is closer to the waist opening WO than the boundary between the first part P1 and the second part P2 on the inner side of the waist part W, This is preferable because the appearance of W does not give an overlooked appearance.
- the boundary between the first portion P1 and the second portion P2 on the outside of the waist portion W is the position of the third waist elastic member 17 from the position of the first waist elastic member 17 counted from the waist opening WO side.
- the boundary between the first portion P1 and the second portion P2 inside the waist portion W is within the range up to the position, and the fifth waist elasticity from the position of the second waist elastic member 17 counted from the waist opening WO side.
- the member 17 It exists in the range to the position of the member 17, and it is between the boundary of the 1st part P1 and the 2nd part P2 in the outer side of the waist part W, and the boundary of the 1st part P1 and the 2nd part P2 in the inside of the waist part W.
- the waist elastic members 17 three or less
- the balance between the clean feeling of the appearance, the softness of the touch, and the comfort when worn is particularly excellent. It made.
- the shrinkage crease formed in the first part P1 due to the shrinkage of the part P2 hardly reaches the edge of the waist opening WO or the vicinity thereof, and the cushioning property of the edge of the waist opening WO may be insufficient. Therefore, it is preferable to shorten this interval, and it is preferable that the interval is usually 5 mm or less, particularly 2 to 4 mm. Thereby, the shrink crease formed in the 1st part P1 by shrinkage
- all the sheet layers of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B including the waist inner sheet layer 121, the waist outer sheet layer 122, and the oversheet layer 127 are formed only by the first sheet material 12S and the second sheet material 12H.
- the number and structure of the sheet material are not limited to the illustrated examples, and can be changed as appropriate.
- the waist inner sheet layer 121 and the waist outer sheet layer 122 are formed by folding a single second sheet material 12H, but may be formed by a single sheet material.
- all the sheet layers may be formed by a single sheet material 12U.
- the first sheet material 12S and the second sheet material 12H can be used without any particular limitation, but are preferably non-woven fabrics, for example, olefin-based, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester-based, polyamide-based synthetic fibers, and two or more types thereof.
- the nonwoven fabric which consists of a mixed fiber, a composite fiber, etc. in which is used can be used.
- the nonwoven fabric may be manufactured by any processing. Examples of the processing method include known methods such as a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, an air through method, and a point bond method.
- the basis weight per sheet is preferably about 10 to 30 g / m 2 .
- the oversheet layer 127 becomes slippery with respect to the waist inner sheet layer 121 and the waist outer sheet layer 122, and the free portion of the oversheet layer 127 Less resistance during deformation. Therefore, the surface of the first sheet material 12S facing the second sheet material 12H and the surface of the second sheet material 12H facing the first sheet material 12S are averages of nonwoven fabric based on the KES method (Kawabata's Evaluation System for Fabrics).
- the surface friction coefficient MIU is preferably 0.30 or less, particularly 0.05 to 0.20 (both MD and CD), and the variation coefficient MMD of the surface friction coefficient is 0.01 or less, particularly 0. 003 to 0.008 (both MD and CD) are preferable. Thereby, the softness
- the elastic member is fixed to the exterior bodies 12F and 12B by a hot melt adhesive HM by various application methods.
- the pair of facing sheet layers that is, the waist inner sheet layer 121 and the waist outer sheet layer 122, the waist lower inner sheet layer 123, and the waist lower outer sheet layer 124 are elastic members 15 in the portions having the elastic members 15 to 19, respectively. It is preferable to join with a hot melt adhesive HM for fixing ⁇ 19, and in a portion that does not have the elastic members 15 to 19, even if joined with the hot melt adhesive HM, a material such as heat seal or ultrasonic seal They may be joined by welding, and some or all of them may not be bonded.
- the hot melt adhesive HM is applied only to the outer peripheral surfaces of the elastic members 15 to 19 by applying means such as a comb gun or a shure wrap nozzle.
- the elastic members 15 to 19 are fixed to both the sheet layers only by the hot melt adhesive HM applied to the outer peripheral surfaces of the elastic members 15 to 19 by being sandwiched between the sheet layers such as the sheet layer 121 and the waist outer sheet layer 122. And fixing between both sheet layers.
- the elastic members 15 to 19 may be fixed to both sheet layers only at both ends in the expansion / contraction direction in the expansion / contraction region A2.
- cover nonwoven fabric 13 covering the back surface of the interior body 200 is preferably provided between the front exterior body 12F and the interior body 200 and between the rear exterior body 12B and the interior body 200.
- the non-woven fabric used for the cover non-woven fabric 13 is not particularly limited by the type of fiber and the method of fiber coupling (entanglement), for example, the same material as that of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B can be selected as appropriate. It is desirable to use an air-through nonwoven fabric, in which case the basis weight is preferably 20 to 40 g / m 2 and the thickness is preferably 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
- a non-porous nonwoven fabric having no holes penetrating the front and back surfaces may be used, or a perforated nonwoven fabric provided with a large number of holes penetrating the front and back surfaces at intervals.
- the front-rear direction range of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 is not particularly limited, and may extend in the front-rear direction LD throughout the front end to the rear end of the interior body 200 as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. As shown, the front-side exterior body 12F and the interior body 200 extend in the front-rear direction LD from the middle position in the front-rear direction to the front-rear direction middle position in the area where the rear-side exterior body 12B and the interior body 200 overlap. Also good.
- the longitudinal length 13y of the overlapping portion of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 and the front exterior body 12F and the longitudinal length 13y of the overlapping portion of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 and the rear exterior body 12B are as follows. Although it can be determined as appropriate, in the usual case, it can be about 20 to 40 mm.
- the range in the width direction of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 is a range in which the exposed back surface portion of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 can be hidden. For this reason, in the illustrated example, since the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 is exposed between the base ends of the left and right side gathers 60, the back side of the base end of at least one of the side gathers 60 to the other side gather 60.
- a cover nonwoven fabric 13 is provided so as to cover the range in the width direction up to the back side of the base end of the cover. Thereby, the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 can be concealed by the cover nonwoven fabric 13 and the gathered nonwoven fabric 62 of the side gathers 60.
- the cover nonwoven fabric 13 may be configured such that both ends of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 in the width direction do not cover the back side of the base end portion of the side gather 60 but the gather nonwoven fabric 62 covers the back sides of both ends of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 in the width direction. 13 and the gathered nonwoven fabric 62 can conceal the liquid-impermeable sheet 11. In this case, since both sides of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 are covered with the gathered nonwoven fabric 62, there is an advantage that both sides of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 are hardly peeled off from the liquid-impermeable sheet 11.
- the inner surface and the outer surface of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 can be bonded to the opposing surfaces via a hot melt adhesive.
- the fixing region of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 may be the whole of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 in the front-rear direction and the entire width direction, or may be partially unfixed.
- the width of the non-fixed portions at both ends in the width direction of the cover nonwoven fabric 13 may be determined as appropriate, and may be, for example, 3 to 10 mm, preferably 5 to 8 mm.
- the interior body 200 can be fixed to the exterior bodies 12F and 12B by a joining means by material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or by a hot melt adhesive. In the illustrated example, it is applied to the inner surface of the exterior body 12F, 12B via a hot melt adhesive applied to the back surface of the interior body 200, that is, the back surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 and the root portion 65 of the side gather 60 in this case. It is fixed against.
- the inner and outer joint portions 201 and 202 for fixing the inner body 200 and the outer bodies 12F and 12B can be provided in almost the entire overlapping area. It can also be provided in a portion excluding the portion.
- Front and back (vertical) direction means a direction connecting the ventral side (front side) and back side (rear side), and “width direction” means a direction (left and right direction) orthogonal to the front and rear direction.
- Elongation rate means a value when the natural length is 100%.
- ⁇ “Weighing” is measured as follows. After the sample or test piece has been pre-dried, it is left in a test room or apparatus in a standard state (test location is temperature 23 ⁇ 1 ° C., relative humidity 50 ⁇ 2%) to a constant weight. Pre-drying refers to making a sample or test piece constant in an environment at a temperature of 100 ° C. In addition, it is not necessary to perform preliminary drying about the fiber whose official moisture content is 0.0%. From the test piece in a constant weight state, a sample plate (100 mm ⁇ 100 mm) is used to cut a sample having a size of 100 mm ⁇ 100 mm. The weight of the sample is measured, multiplied by 100, and the weight per square meter is calculated and used as the basis weight.
- Thickness is automatically measured using an automatic thickness measuring instrument (KES-G5 handy compression measurement program) under the conditions of load: 0.098 N / cm 2 and pressure area: 2 cm 2 .
- the water absorption rate is the "time to end point" when JIS K7224-1996 "Water absorption rate test method for superabsorbent resin" is performed using 2 g of superabsorbent polymer and 50 g of physiological saline. .
- Unfolded state means a state of being flattened without contraction or slack.
- the dimensions of each part mean dimensions in the expanded state, not the natural length state.
- test and measurement shall be performed in a test room or equipment in the standard state (test location: temperature 23 ⁇ 1 ° C, relative humidity 50 ⁇ 2%). To do.
- the present invention can be used for a pants-type disposable diaper.

Abstract
