Abstract

Se provee de una bolsa de material sintético o natural tejido tipo red, la cual permite que artículos contenidos en un contenedor tal como un carrito de supermercado o una canasta de mandado sean almacenados en ella y retirados facilitando el transporte de los mismos sin necesidad de utilizar bolsas de plástico. Una ventaja de este tipo de bolsas de red es que soportan una mayor carga sin romperse y pueden lavarse con poca cantidad de agua y jabón, pueden construirse con materiales reciclados.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Antecedentes y campo de la invención
La presente invención se refiere a un modelo de utilidad para una bolsa tipo red en forma de malla utilizable en vehículos de carga tales como carritos de supermercado o canastas para transportar artículos como víveres, discos, o artículos a granel en general.
Se conocen en el mercado medios que se utilizan para soportar, en carritos o canastas de supermercado, artículos tales como cajas, bolsas, botellas. Estos medios son separables del carrito con su contenido y, si no sufren daño alguno tales como rasgaduras o rompimiento, pueden ser reutilizables.
Generalmente los medios son bolsas de plástico hechas de polietileno, polipropileno o polímeros de plástico con asas en la parte superior para sujetarlas con las manos para ser llevadas a otro sitio tal como un vehículo.
Breve descripción de la invención La presente invención se refiere a bolsas de fibras sintéticas o naturales a condición de que sea material tejido tipo red en forma de malla. La bolsa tiene asas de plástico, madera, metal, el mismo tejido o una combinación de éstos o de cualquier otro material existente. Las bolsas se colocan en el interior de los carritos o canastas de supermercado para facilitar el traslado de los artículos que se adquieren para su consumo o uso en el hogar y lugar de trabajo; evitando o disminuyendo el uso de la bolsa plástica de polietileno.
La bolsa puede construirse de diferentes tamaños pero conservando las características de construcción básicas. Breve descripción de las figuras.
La figura 1 es una vista lateral de la bolsa en posición de trabajo. Las figuras 2A a 2C son vistas frontales de la bolsa en posición de trabajo.
Descripción detallada de la invención
La presente invención se refiere a una bolsa de material sintético tal como plástico o natural tal como yute o cualquier otro material tejido tipo red en forma de malla con asas de plástico, madera, metal, del mismo tejido o una combinación de estos o de cualquier otro material existente. La bolsa se coloca en el interior de los carritos o canastas de supermercado para facilitar el traslado de la misma, junto con los artículos que se adquierieron, al vehículo, evitando o disminuyendo el uso de las bolsas plásticas de polietileno.
Como se muestra en la Fig. 1 , la bolsa comprende una serie de paredes en red (1) las cuales se unen entre sí por medio de refuerzos (2). A estas refuerzos se les fabrican ojales (3), un gancho de seguridad (4), asas (5) y agujetas de amarre (7) cuando son refuerzos del perímetro superior. Los refuerzos (2) superiores comprenden las asas (5) en el centro del borde superior de al menos una de las paredes (preferentemente al menos dos), ya sea a las laterales, a la posterior y/o a la frontal, y se unen estas asas a los refuerzos (6) por medio de costuras de refuerzo. Las asas (5) pueden ser tantas como el uso final lo permita.
Las tiras de refuerzo o simplemente refuerzos (2) se colocan en las orillas de las paredes uniendo por esta orilla dos paredes en red (1), es decir por cada tira de refuerzo se unen dos paredes y estas dos paredes se unen a otras dos paredes hasta conformar la bolsa. Como se aprecia en las figuras 1 a 2C, existen refuerzos (2) en el fondo, paredes laterales y paredes superiores de la bolsa. Una función adicional de las refuerzos de refuerzo superiores (para las refuerzos superiores solamente) es alojar una o más agujetas para cerrar la bolsa una vez que se ha llenado o que el usuario no desee agregar más artículos.
Aunque los ojales se muestran colocados en las cuatro esquinas superiores de la bolsa, también existe la modalidad en la cual los ojales pueden distribuirse en otras partes, incluyendo las esquinas inferiores. La colocación de los ojales también puede realizarse en la parte media o en cualquier parte de los refuerzos, superiores, laterales y/o inferiores.
Puede utilizarse una sola bolsa para todo el interior del carrito o canasta o dos o más bolsas de diferentes tamaños (como se muestra en las figura 2A a 2C) lo que permite la separación de productos y facilita el traslado fuera del carrito, al repartirse el peso en dos o más de tales bolsas.
Las bolsas se pueden diferenciar por sus colores o simplemente por el tipo de tejido.
Por ejemplo, en la figura 2A se muestra una bolsa que puede ser de color verde (fig. 2A) para frutas y verduras, una segunda bolsa (fig. 2B) en color rojo para carnes y lácteos y un tercer bolsa en color azul (fig. 2C) para productos de limpieza, etc. En caso de la canasta de mano se utilizarán las bolsas del tamaño que la misma canasta lo permita.
En la figura 2B se representa esquemáticamente una bolsa que comprende uri tejido más cerrado (1A) con lo cual se brinda una mayor resistencia mecánica. También provee este tejido (1A), la característica de alojar objetos más pequeños. En una modalidad el tejido puede ser mixto en abertura, es decir, tener una porción del tejido con tejido abierto y otra con tejido más cerrado o una doble red.
La bolsa puede ser de plástico o cualquier otro material tejido y puede conformarse en una sola pieza (planchado al calor) o bien estar conformada por la unión de paredes laterales, de fondo y frontales unidas por refuerzos de refuerzo del mismo material ya sea por costura o por planchado al calor, por ejemplo. Las asas serán adheridas a la bolsa por cualquiera de los métodos existentes tales como: costura, calor, ganchos, sujetadores, etc. En la modalidad referida se prefiere la unión por costura.
Los principales atributos de esta bolsa tipo red en forma de malla es de que es:
Reutilizable. Por su diseño y resistencia, permite que sea utilizable varias veces más que cualquier bolsa de plástico utlizada en los supermercados. La vida útil de la bolsa tipo red en forma, de malla será hasta el momento en que se rompa o desgarre.
Lavable. Por el tipo de material empleado permite s r lavado cuantas veces sea necesario y es de secado rápido.
Durable. La resistencia del material permite que la vida útil de la bolsa tipo red en forma de malla se prolongue por mucho más tiempo que la bolsa de plástico comunmente utilizada en los supermercados.
Resistente, El tejido de la red en forma de malla y el material empleado permiten soportar más kilos de carga que cualquier bolsa plástica empleada actualmente para el mismo fin, manteniendo un bajo peso.
Portátil. Se puede llevar dentro de otro recipiente como bolsa de mano, mochila al hombro, vehículo, etc. , o simplemente en la mano.
Comodidad. Asa de plástico, madera o de cualquier otro material que brinde comodidad al usuario para portar la bolsa así como para cerrarla, evitándo así cualquier derrame de producto.
Cierre. La bolsa puede proveerse con un cierre mecánico tal como Velcro(R) o algún otro medio. En vez de hacerse por agujeta o por cierre o broche. Ecológica La finalidad principal en este modelo de utilidad es sustituir a las bolsas de polietileno o plástico que actualmente se utilizan para transportar los productos. Si bien existen medios similares a la presente invención, se desea aclarar que las bolsas conocidas tienen al menos dos desventajas que la presente invención salva, específicamente el hecho de que la red de esta invención no es tan voluminosa al guardarse, pesa menos y no requiere de una limpieza tan a fondo como es el caso para las bolsas conocidas que son totalmente cerradas en el fondo y en las paredes laterales. En segundo lugar, el agua utilizada para lavarlas es definitivamente menor y lo mismo el consumo de detergentes.
La red puede fabricarse con diferentes materiales dependiendo de varios factores tales como la resistencia mecánica requerida o el uso final a que se destine la red. Por ejemplo. Puede construirse con fibras sintéticas tales como de materiales plásticos o de fibras naturales tales como de yute.
La abertura de la malla se selecciona de conformidad con los artículos que se planea transportar aunque también es posible el uso de una doble red en el mismo carrito o canastilla.
Una ventaja importante es que en un carrito pueden colocarse una, dos o más redes iguales o diferentes para facilidad del transporte y colocación de los artículos. Por ejemplo en una red pueden colocarse artículos de limpieza, en otra artículos que serán facturados y en otra más verduras o carnes que no deben ser cargados con peso encima de ellos.
Las inventivas redes tienen la ventaja de poder ser transpotadas por una, dos o más personas como si fuese un morral al hombro o una canastilla mayor.
Una ventaja adicional es que puede fabricarse con materiales 100% biodegradables a diferencia de las bolsas comúnmente utilizadas de plástico que ciertamente pueden ser degradables pero despúes de cientos de años. Incluso pueden elaborarse con materiales reciclables aunque estos no sean biodegradables dando un nuevo uso a materiales ya utilizados ayudando a mantener un medioambiente saludable.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Una bolsa de material sintético o natural tejido caracterizada porque comprende una serie de paredes en red (1), las cuales se unen entre sí por medio de refuerzos (2) con ojales (3), un gancho de seguridad (4), asas (5) y agujetas de amarre (7) cuando son refuerzos del perímetro superior, los refuerzos (2) superiores comprenden asas (5) en el centro del borde superior de al menos una de las paredes, preferentemente al menos dos, a las paredes laterales, a la posterior o frontal, y se unen a los refuerzos (6) por medio de costuras de refuerzo.
2. Bolsa de material tejido, de conformidad con la reivindicación
