Abstract
提供一种可发生交联共聚并具有良好生物降解性能的医用粘合剂,包含单α-氰基丙烯酸酯和双α-氰基丙烯酸二醇酯单体分子。单α-氰基丙烯酸酯结构中的烯键在极微量的阴离子条件下发生聚合形成固态3D体型高聚物,所述3D体型高聚物的网状主链上具有降解位点,降解路径清楚,降解产物可吸收。所述医用粘合剂可用于伤口粘合,大面积创伤止血,以及内脏及软组织伤口的闭合。此外,所述医用粘合剂还具有潜在的发展成为组织工程材料的用途。
