一种折叠车架, 如图 1-4所示, 包括前臂 1、 中臂 2, 所述前臂 1、 中臂 2通过第一铰 轴 5在下端铰接, 前臂 1、 中臂 2的上端在连接处设有凹槽 3 , 所述凹槽 3包括位于前臂 的第一凹槽 31和位于中臂 2的第二凹槽 32 , 第一凹槽 31设有顶轴 4, 第二凹槽 32设有 第二铰轴 6, 手柄 7—侧设有侧板 71 , 手柄 7—端设有两个凸耳 72, 手柄 7横向设置铰轴 孔, 并穿过两个凸耳 72, 两凸耳 72间设有扭簧 9 , 第二铰轴 6穿过凸耳 72、 扭簧 9将手 柄 7连接于中臂 2上,所述扭簧 9两端的射线脚分别落在凹槽 3的底部和手柄 7的侧板 71 上, 手柄 7可容置于凹槽 3中, 所述手柄 7上设有顶杆 8 , 顶杆 8与顶轴 4垂直, 当手柄 7尾端向第一凹槽 31的底部方向转动时, 顶杆 8顶在顶轴 4上, 折叠车架的前臂 1和中臂 2通过顶杆 8与顶轴 4的配合而固定。 扭簧 9的作用是在折叠车架松开时, 扭簧 9的射线 脚使手柄 7弹起, 防止车架的前臂 1和中臂 2在对合时, 手柄 7在重力的作用下, 落于前 臂 1和中臂 2之间。 在使用过程中, 手柄 7置于凹槽 3中, 不易触碰到, 减少车架在使用 时意外松开的可能性, 且折叠车架的前臂 1和中臂 2主要受力方向向上, 前臂 1和中臂 2 上端结合处受到压力, 故折叠车架使用安全、 可靠。

上述实施方案中, 顶轴 4设于所述第一凹槽 31 , 手柄 7设于第二凹槽 32中。 在实际 使用过程中, 顶轴设于所述第二凹槽, 手柄设于第一凹槽, 当手柄上的顶杆与顶轴顶紧时, 同样可将折叠车架锁紧。
