Claims (14)
- 車体前後方向に延びる左右のサイドシル(11)間を車幅方向に延びるバッテリ支持フレーム(16)で接続し、前記左右のサイドシル(11)間に配置したバッテリ(20)を前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)に支持した自動車の車体構造において、
前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)は高強度鋼板の本体部(16a)を備え、前記左右のサイドシル(11)および前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)の下方に配置されたフロアパネル(17)は上方に隆起して車体前後方向に延びるセンタートンネル(17a)を備え、前記本体部(16a)と前記フロアパネル(17)とが連結ブラケット(39,41)を介して接続されることを特徴とする自動車の車体構造。 - 前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)は、前記左右のサイドシル(11)の上壁および車幅方向内側壁に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)を前記左右のサイドシル(11)にボルト(36)で締結するためのボルト孔(33e)は車幅方向に長い長孔であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記本体部(16a)の下面に前記センタートンネル(17a)との干渉を回避するための切欠き(35)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)は、前記本体部(16a)の車幅方向外側に連設されて前記左右のサイドシル(11)に接続される左右の脆弱部(16b)を備え、前記左右の脆弱部(16b)は前記本体部(16a)よりも脆弱な一般鋼板で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記本体部(16a)は第1、第2部材(31,32)を2枚重ねで溶接して中空閉断面に構成されるとともに、前記脆弱部(16b)は第3、第4部材(33,34)を2枚重ねで溶接して中空閉断面に構成され、前記本体部(16a)および前記脆弱部(16b)の結合部では、前記第1、第2部材(31,32)の車幅方向外端の位置および前記第3、第4部材(33,34)の車幅方向内端の位置を相互に車幅方向にずらすことで、その重合枚数を3枚以下にして溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)よりも後方あるいは前方おいて前記左右のサイドシル(11)間を車幅方向に直線状に延びるクロスメンバ(13)で接続し、前記左右のサイドシル(11)、前記クロスメンバ(13)および前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)で囲まれた空間に前記バッテリ(20)を配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)に該バッテリ支持フレーム(16)よりも脆弱な支持ブラケット(45)を設け、前記支持ブラケット(45)に前記バッテリ(20)を支持したことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記クロスメンバ(13)は、前記左右のサイドシル(11)に接続される両端部(13b)を除く中間部(13a)がスチフナ(27)により補強されることを特徴とする、請求項7または請求項8に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)は、前記左右のサイドシル(11)の上壁および車幅方向内側壁に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項7~請求項9の何れか1項に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)を前記左右のサイドシル(11)にボルト(36)で締結するためのボルト孔(33e)は車幅方向に長い長孔であることを特徴とする、請求項7~請求項10の何れか1項に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記バッテリ支持フレーム(16)は、前記左右のサイドシル(11)に接続される脆弱部(16b)が一般鋼板で構成され、前記左右の脆弱部(16b)に挟まれた本体部(16a)がホットスタンプ成型された鋼板で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7~請求項11の何れか1項に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記本体部(16a)の下面に前記センタートンネル(17a)との干渉を回避するための切欠き(35)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項7~請求項12の何れか1項に記載の自動車の車体構造。
- 前記本体部(16a)は前後に分割された第1、第2部材(31,32)を2枚重ねで溶接して中空閉断面に構成されるとともに、前記脆弱部(16b)は前後に分割された第3、第4部材(33,34)を2枚重ねで溶接して中空閉断面に構成され、前記本体部(16a)および前記脆弱部(16b)の結合部では、前記第1、第2部材(31,32)の車幅方向外端の位置および前記第3、第4部材(33,34)の車幅方向内端の位置を相互に車幅方向にずらすことで、その重合枚数を3枚以下にして溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項12または請求項13に記載の自動車の車体構造。
