所定のイベントが生じたことを検出する検出部、
前記コンテンツに含まれる部分を注目対象に設定するとともに、前記所定のイベントが生じたことが検出されると、前記コンテンツ内に含まれる他の部分を前記注目対象として設定し直す設定部
をさらに備えるように構成することができる。
前記コンテンツは、複数の要素から構成される構造化文書であり、
前記設定部により前記注目対象として設定される部分は、前記複数の要素のうち、所定の候補属性を付与された要素である候補要素のいずれかであり、
前記所定のイベントは、前記カーソルが前記画面内に表示されている位置が、前記注目対象として設定された候補要素が前記画面内に表示されている領域に、重なることにより生じる
ように構成することができる。
前記設定部は、前記候補要素のうち、前記コンテンツの表示が開始されて以降に前記注目対象として設定されたことがない候補要素を優先して、ランダムに前記注目対象として設定し直す
ように構成することができる。
前記コンテンツ内において、前記候補要素のうち少なくとも一部には、前記コンテンツ内の他の候補要素を指定する次候補属性が付与されており、
前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素に前記次候補属性が付与されている場合、前記設定部は、当該次候補属性により指定される候補要素を優先して、前記注目対象として設定し直す
ように構成することができる。
前記表示部は、前記コンテンツを前記画面内にスクロール可能に表示し、
前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素の次候補属性により指定される候補要素が前記画面内に表示されていない場合、前記所定のイベントが生じたことが検出されると、前記コンテンツのうち前記画面内に表示されている範囲が、当該次候補属性により指定される候補要素に近付くように、前記コンテンツを自動スクロールする
ように構成することができる。
前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素が前記範囲の境界に近接するか、前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素の次候補属性により指定される候補要素が前記範囲に含まれると、前記表示部は、前記自動スクロールを停止する
ように構成することができる。
前記自動スクロールが行われている間、前記表示部は、前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素が前記画面内に表示されている位置に、前記カーソルを移動する
ように構成することができる。
前記注目対象として設定される所定の要素を前記コンテンツ内に配置する配置部
をさらに備えるように構成することができる。
前記所定の要素が前記画面内に配置されている位置を囲み、前記所定の要素が前記画面内に配置されている領域を含まない周辺領域に、前記画面内における前記カーソルの表示位置が、
(a)含まれれば、前記変化部は、前記カーソルの形態を、前記画面内における前記カーソルの表示位置から、前記画面内における前記所定の要素の配置位置へ、の方向を近似して表す形態に変化させ、
(b)含まれなければ、前記変化部は、前記カーソルの形態を、既定形態に変化させる
ように構成することができる。
前記配置部は、前記コンテンツ内に前記所定の要素を複数配置し、
前記画面内において、前記複数の所定の要素のうち前記カーソルが進入した要素の数が所定数に達すると、前記表示部は、他の所定のコンテンツを当該コンテンツにかえて前記画面に表示し、または、所定の付加情報を当該コンテンツとともに前記画面に表示する
ように構成することができる。
前記画面内における前記カーソルの表示位置が前記所定の要素が配置されている領域に含まれている間、前記表示部は、
(a)前記カーソルが進入した要素の数、
(b)前記所定数、
(c)前記所定数から前記カーソルが進入した要素の数を控除した数
のうち少なくとも1つを、当該コンテンツとともに前記画面に表示する
ように構成することができる。
前記画面内における前記カーソルの表示位置が、前記所定の要素が配置されている領域に、
(a)含まれれば、前記表示部は、当該所定の要素を前記画面内で不可視化し、
(b)含まれなければ、前記表示部は、当該所定の要素を前記画面内で可視化する
ように構成することができる。

- 画面内に、コンテンツと、ユーザの操作に基づいて移動するカーソルと、を表示する表示部、
前記コンテンツに含まれる部分であって注目対象として設定された部分が、前記画面内に表示されている位置を同定する同定部、
前記カーソルが表示されている位置から、前記同定された位置へ、の方向に応じて、前記カーソルの形態を変化させる変化部
を備えることを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項1に記載の閲覧装置であって、
所定のイベントが生じたことを検出する検出部、
前記コンテンツに含まれる部分を注目対象に設定するとともに、前記所定のイベントが生じたことが検出されると、前記コンテンツ内に含まれる他の部分を前記注目対象として設定し直す設定部
をさらに備えることを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項2に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記コンテンツは、複数の要素から構成される構造化文書であり、
前記設定部により前記注目対象として設定される部分は、前記複数の要素のうち、所定の候補属性を付与された要素である候補要素のいずれかであり、
前記所定のイベントは、前記カーソルが前記画面内に表示されている位置が、前記注目対象として設定された候補要素が前記画面内に表示されている領域に、重なることにより生じる
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項3に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記設定部は、前記候補要素のうち、前記コンテンツの表示が開始されて以降に前記注目対象として設定されたことがない候補要素を優先して、ランダムに前記注目対象として設定し直す
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記コンテンツ内において、前記候補要素のうち少なくとも一部には、前記コンテンツ内の他の候補要素を指定する次候補属性が付与されており、
前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素に前記次候補属性が付与されている場合、前記設定部は、当該次候補属性により指定される候補要素を優先して、前記注目対象として設定し直す
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項5に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記表示部は、前記コンテンツを前記画面内にスクロール可能に表示し、
前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素の次候補属性により指定される候補要素が前記画面内に表示されていない場合、前記所定のイベントが生じたことが検出されると、前記コンテンツのうち前記画面内に表示されている範囲が、当該次候補属性により指定される候補要素に近付くように、前記コンテンツを自動スクロールする
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項6に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素が前記範囲の境界に近接するか、前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素の次候補属性により指定される候補要素が前記範囲に含まれると、前記表示部は、前記自動スクロールを停止する
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項7に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記自動スクロールが行われている間、前記表示部は、前記注目対象として設定されている候補要素が前記画面内に表示されている位置に、前記カーソルを移動する
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項1に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記注目対象として設定される所定の要素を前記コンテンツ内に配置する配置部
をさらに備えることを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項9に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記所定の要素が前記画面内に配置されている位置を囲み、前記所定の要素が前記画面内に配置されている領域を含まない周辺領域に、前記画面内における前記カーソルの表示位置が、
(a)含まれれば、前記変化部は、前記カーソルの形態を、前記画面内における前記カーソルの表示位置から、前記画面内における前記所定の要素の配置位置へ、の方向を近似して表す形態に変化させ、
(b)含まれなければ、前記変化部は、前記カーソルの形態を、既定形態に変化させる
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項10に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記配置部は、前記コンテンツ内に前記所定の要素を複数配置し、
前記画面内において、前記複数の所定の要素のうち前記カーソルが進入した要素の数が所定数に達すると、前記表示部は、他の所定のコンテンツを当該コンテンツにかえて前記画面に表示し、または、所定の付加情報を当該コンテンツとともに前記画面に表示する
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項11に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記画面内における前記カーソルの表示位置が前記所定の要素が配置されている領域に含まれている間、前記表示部は、
(a)前記カーソルが進入した要素の数、
(b)前記所定数、
(c)前記所定数から前記カーソルが進入した要素の数を控除した数
のうち少なくとも1つを、当該コンテンツとともに前記画面に表示する
ことを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の閲覧装置であって、
前記画面内における前記カーソルの表示位置が、前記所定の要素が配置されている領域に、
(a)含まれれば、前記表示部は、当該所定の要素を前記画面内で不可視化し、
(b)含まれなければ、前記表示部は、当該所定の要素を前記画面内で可視化する
ようにさらに機能させることを特徴とする閲覧装置。 - 画面内に、コンテンツと、ユーザの操作に基づいて移動するカーソルと、を表示する表示工程、
前記コンテンツに含まれる部分であって注目対象として設定された部分が、前記画面内に表示されている位置を同定する同定工程、
