现有的挂锁一般包括具有杆孔和锁孔的锁壳、以及具有长杆和短杆而基本呈 u形的 锁杆, 其中长杆可转动地限位在锁孔内, 并可相对锁孔上下移动, 锁孔内底部设有一向 上顶持长杆的弹簧, 短杆能插入杆孔内而形成封闭的锁环, 锁孔中设有通过拨转号码轮 而将长杆锁扣或解扣的密码锁装置。
现有的各种密码挂锁的锁杆均为 u形锁杆,密码锁装置包括有数个号码轮和数个锁 套, 其中号码轮一一嵌置在锁壳沿第一锁孔纵向设置的数个开口内, 而锁套一一套设并 纵向限位在长杆上, 各锁套外端面具有可与号码轮的卡齿偶合的凸键, 对应所述的第一 锁孔侧壁上开有多个于解锁状态下允许凸键通过的健槽。
如一专利号为 ZL200520102057.9(公告号为 CN2804305Y)的中国实用新型专利 《密 码挂锁》披露了这样一种类似的密码锁装置。
以上这种密码锁装置存在被人技术开启的可能,不法分子技术开启时先保持向上用 力提锁杆的趋势, 由于锁套上凸键高度一定小于锁体沿锁孔纵向设置的开口的高度, 故 上提锁杆会使锁套具有上移趋势, 然后不法分子转动号码轮, 当号码轮带动锁套转动至 解锁状态, 即锁套上的凸健与锁孔侧壁上的健槽正对时, 凸健会上移一点距离后卡入健 槽内, 这样号码轮就不能轻松转动, 然后同样转动其余号码轮, 最后使各锁套上的凸健 均对准健槽, 密码锁装置解锁被不法开启。
故现有密码挂锁还可作进一步改进。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种能让不法分子误 以为将锁套转动至开锁状态而有效防止被不法分子技术开启的密码挂锁。
本发明解决上述技术问题釆用的技术方案为: 一种防技术开启的密码挂锁, 包括具 有锁孔和杆孔的锁壳,及具有长杆和短杆而基本呈 U形的锁杆, 其中长杆可转动地限位 在锁孔内, 短杆能插入杆孔, 所述锁体沿锁孔纵向设置有数个开口, 所述长杆上套设并 纵向限位有数个锁套, 各锁套外端面具有凸键, 对应所述锁孔内壁上开有在解锁状态下 确认本
允许凸键通过的健槽, 其特征在于: 所述凸健的上部具有台阶部, 所述锁孔内壁上还开 有防开启槽, 该防开启槽的深度小于所述健槽的深度, 即防开启槽仅允许凸健上部的台 阶部通过并阻挡整个健槽通过。
为使该密码挂锁具有更强的防技术开启功能,上述防开启槽有四个并沿锁孔内壁间 隔设置。 这样会支架凸健上部的台阶部进入防开启槽的可能。
上述的长杆的中部具有一对锁套进行上限位的凸部, 长杆的下部设有一对锁套进行 下限位的卡簧。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于: 其在凸健的上部具有台阶部, 所述锁孔内壁 上还开有防开启槽, 当不法分子技术开启时, 转动号码轮, 当锁套上凸健的台阶部正对 防开启槽, 在锁杆上提作用下, 凸健的台阶部卡入防开启槽, 这时就不能再转动锁套, 让不法分子误认为锁套转动至开锁状态, 而凸健整体又不能通过防开启槽, 故实际上还 是处于闭锁状态, 因此本密码挂锁能有效防止技术开启。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1〜6所示, 为本发明的一个优选实施例。
一种防技术开启的密码挂锁,包括具有锁孔 11和杆孔 12的锁壳, 以及具有长杆 21 和短杆 22而基本呈 U形的锁杆 2。其中, 锁孔 11为深孔并位于锁壳 1的左部, 杆孔 12 为浅孔并位于锁壳 1的右部, 长杆 21可转动地限位在锁孔 11内, 长杆 21可相对锁孔 11在一定范围内上下移动, 锁杆的上下移动能使短杆 22能插入杆孔内而形成封闭的锁 环。
锁壳 1右侧沿锁孔 11纵向设置有数个供号码轮嵌设的开口 3, 长杆 21上套设并纵 向限位有四个锁套 4, 长杆 21的中部具有一对锁套 4进行上限位的凸部 23, 长杆 21的 下部设有一对锁套 4进行下限位的卡簧 24, 各锁套 4外端面具有凸键 5, 对应所述锁孔 11内壁上开有在解锁状态下允许凸键 5通过的健槽 6, 锁套 4可通过锁孔 11,但凸健不
能通过锁孔 11。
号码轮与锁套上的凸健 5偶合, 即号码轮能带动锁套 4在开口 3内旋转, 由于以上 结构为密码挂锁的常规结构, 故在本实施例中省掉号码轮结构, 及号码轮安装在开口内 的结构。
实际上号码轮可采用以下结构安装,在锁孔内设有四个对应于各号码轮而设置的以 对各号码轮旋转限位的结构,该结构为一设在锁壳的预设小孔内并由弹簧弹性顶持的钢 球, 组装好后, 该钢球正好扣合在号码轮的两号码之间的凹穴内。
以上结构可参考专利号为 ZL200520102057.9(公告号为 CN2804305Y)或专利号为 ZL200820083066.1 (公告号为 CN201176761 Y)涉及挂锁中的密码锁装置。
本发明的改进点在于: 凸健 5的上部具有台阶部 51, 锁孔 11内壁上还间隔开有四 个防开启槽 7, 该防开启槽 7的深度 L1小于健槽 6的深度 L2, 即防开启槽 7仅允许凸 健上部的台阶部 51通过并阻挡整个健槽 5通过。 如图 5、 6所示, 本密码挂锁的开锁和解锁的工作原理和现有密码挂锁原理相同, 在这就不累述。
当技术开启时,先保持向上用力提锁杆 2的趋势, 由于锁套 4上凸键 2高度一定小 于锁体 1沿锁孔纵向设置的开口 3的高度, 故上提锁杆 2会使锁套 4具有上移趋势, 然 后不法分子转动号码轮, 当锁套上凸健 5的台阶部 51正对防开启槽 7,在锁杆 2上提作 用下, 凸健的台阶部 51卡入防开启槽 7, 这时就不能再转动锁套 4, 让不法分子误认为 锁套 4转动至开锁状态, 而凸健 5整体又不能通过防开启槽 7, 故实际上密码挂锁还是 处于闭锁状态, 因此本密码挂锁能有效防止技术开启。

1、 一种防技术开启的密码挂锁, 包括具有锁孔 (11)和杆孔 (12)的锁壳, 及具有长杆
(21)和短杆 (22)而基本呈 U形的锁杆 (2), 其中长杆 (21)可转动地限位在锁孔 (11)内, 短杆

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的防技术开启的密码挂锁, 其特征在于: 所述防开启槽 (7) 有四个并沿锁孔 (11)内壁间隔设置。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的防技术开启的密码挂锁, 其特征在于: 所述的长杆 (21) 的中部具有一对锁套 (4)进行上限位的凸部 (23), 长杆 (21)的下部设有一对锁套 (4)进行下 限位的卡簧 (24)。
