Abstract

본 발명은 생차잎의 효소를 불활성화하고 착즙하여 차즙을 수득하는 단계 및 상기 단계에서 수득한 차즙의 이온을 제거하여 차수(tea water)를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 차수 제조 방법을 제공한다. 또한 효소가 불활성화된 생차잎의 차즙에서 이온을 제거하여 얻어진 차수를 제공한다. 상기 차수는 피부 자극 성분이 감소된 특징을 갖는다.
