Definitions
- the present invention includes a traveling unit that travels along a guide rail installed on a ceiling side along a set movement path, a main body unit that is supported by being suspended from the traveling unit and supports an article so as to be movable up and down,
- the present invention relates to a ceiling transport vehicle provided with a pair of guide bodies that contact the left and right lateral sides of the guide rail to guide the traveling unit along the set movement path.
- Such a ceiling transport vehicle guides a traveling unit traveling on a guide rail along a set movement path with a pair of guide bodies, and an article set corresponding to an article transfer target location on the traveling movement path.
- the article is moved up and down while the traveling unit is stopped at the transfer position, and the article is transferred to and from the article transfer target location.
- the traveling unit is stopped by bringing the pair of guide bodies into contact with the left and right lateral sides of the guide rail to restrict the movement of the traveling unit in the lateral direction relative to the guide rail.
- the running part is restricted from being displaced in the lateral width direction from the article transfer position.
- articles could be exchanged with the article transfer target location in a state where the displacement of the traveling unit from the article transfer position in the lateral width direction is restricted in this way (for example, a patent Reference 1).
- the guide rail is composed of a pair of rail portions arranged side by side in the lateral width direction, and the pair of guide bodies are opposed to the rail portions as the left and right lateral sides of the guide rail. It is provided in the state located between a pair of rail parts so that each of the inner surface (the left side surface of the right rail part and the right side surface of the left rail part) may be contacted.
- the pair of guide bodies are configured or configured so that the pair of guide bodies are not clogged by being sandwiched between the pair of rail parts even if there is a narrow interval between the pair of rail parts due to installation errors or aging of the pair of rail parts.
- the pair of guide bodies are configured to be elastically deformable, or the pair of guide bodies are arranged in a state where the pair of guide bodies are urged toward the rail portion side and can be retracted away from the rail portion.
- the pair of guide bodies are configured or arranged so that the pair of guide bodies are not clogged by being pinched by the narrow interval between the pair of rail portions, and the traveling unit travels smoothly along the set movement path. It is configured to be able to.
- a pair of guide bodies that guide the traveling unit along the traveling path as in a conventional overhead transport vehicle regulates the displacement of the traveling unit from the article transfer position in the lateral direction. Due to the elastic deformation of the guide body, the stop position of the traveling unit may shift in the lateral width direction with respect to the article transfer position, so that the main body part suspended and supported by the traveling unit is relative to the article transfer position. If they are shifted in the horizontal width direction, there is a fear that the article cannot be exchanged properly with the article transfer target portion.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the purpose thereof is to allow the traveling unit to travel smoothly along the set movement route while accurately delivering and receiving articles. It is to provide an overhead transport vehicle.
- a ceiling transport vehicle travels along a guide rail installed on a ceiling side along a set movement route, and is supported by being suspended by the traveling unit and supporting an article so as to be movable up and down.
- a ceiling transport vehicle comprising a main body and a pair of guides that contact the left and right lateral sides of the guide rail and guide the traveling unit along the set movement path, A pair of contact members supported by one of the traveling unit and the main body unit, and a pair of contacts, capable of moving away from each other and moving closer to each other along a lateral width direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the traveling unit.
- a holding state for positioning and holding the position of the traveling portion in the lateral width direction with respect to the guide rail at the article transfer position by bringing a body into contact with each of the left and right lateral sides of the guide rail, and the pair of contact bodies The guide To switch to the holding release state of being spaced apart from the Le, the each of the pair of contacting bodies and switching means for moving to such and approach each other away from each other are provided.
- the traveling unit when the traveling unit is displaced in the lateral width direction from the article transfer position by moving the pair of contact bodies in the distance direction to switch the switching means to the holding state, one contact body first contacts the guide rail. Then, the position of the traveling unit can be corrected to the article transfer position by pushing the guide rail and moving the traveling unit in the lateral width direction by the reaction force. Then, when the position of the traveling unit is corrected to the article transfer position, each of the pair of contact members contacts the guide rail and is switched to the holding state, and the traveling unit is transferred to the article by maintaining this holding state. Positioning and holding can be performed at the position, and the position of the traveling unit can be appropriately regulated from shifting from the article transfer position in the lateral width direction.
- the main body unit suspended and supported by the traveling unit is shifted in the horizontal width direction with respect to the article transfer position.
- This can also be regulated appropriately, so that the article can be exchanged accurately with the article transfer target location provided below the article transfer position.
- the guide rail is constituted by a pair of rail portions arranged in parallel in the lateral width direction, and the pair of contact bodies are located between the pair of rail portions, and the switching is performed.
- the means moves each of the pair of contact bodies away from each other to switch to the holding state, and moves each of the pair of contact bodies to approach each other to switch to the holding release state. It is preferable that it is configured.
- the guide rail by configuring the guide rail with a pair of rail portions arranged side by side in the lateral width direction, it is possible to increase the support width in the lateral width direction of the traveling portion and make it difficult for the traveling portion to tilt. Can be suppressed.
- a pair of guide bodies are provided in the state located between a pair of rail parts arranged side by side in the width direction, and the space formed in this way between a pair of rail parts. For example, it is possible to configure the overhead conveyance vehicle compactly in the lateral width direction compared to a case where a pair of guide bodies are provided so as to be positioned on the outer side in the lateral width direction of the pair of rail portions. it can.
- the main body includes a support that supports an article, an elevating operation unit that moves the support up and down, and a retraction position immediately below the traveling unit that moves the elevating operation unit and the support.
- a slide operating means for sliding in the lateral direction with respect to the traveling part at a protruding position shifted in the lateral direction with respect to the traveling part, and with respect to the retraction position of the pair of contact bodies, It is preferable that the contact body on the side opposite to the side where the protruding position is located is provided with a restriction portion that is supported by the traveling portion and that contacts the lower surface of the guide rail to restrict the inclination of the traveling portion.
- the lifting operation means and the support body are slid in the lateral direction with respect to the traveling part by the slide operation means, so that the lifting operation means and the support body are moved in the lateral direction with respect to the retraction position and the traveling part immediately below the traveling part. It can be slid and moved to the protruding position shifted. Then, by moving the support up and down by the lifting operation means in a state in which the lifting operation means and the support are slid to the retracted position, the space between the article transfer target positions provided immediately below the article transfer position is reached.
- the article can be exchanged by moving the support up and down with the lifting operation means in a state where the lifting operation means and the support are slid to the projecting position, so that the article can be removed from just below the article transfer position in the lateral direction. Since the article can be exchanged with the provided article transfer target location, the article can be exchanged in a wide range in the lateral width direction.
- the protruding position is located with respect to the retraction position of the pair of contact bodies, but cotton has a restriction portion on the contact body on the opposite side.
- each of the pair of contact bodies is provided at a position overlapping the pair of guide bodies when viewed in the traveling direction.
- the pair of contact bodies is provided in a region where the pair of guide bodies contact the left and right lateral sides of the guide rail. Since a part or all of the area can be shared by the pair of guide bodies and the pair of contact bodies, the part that makes the pair of guide bodies contact the left and right lateral sides of the guide rail. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the necessity of arranging the surfaces to contact the pair of contact bodies vertically, and in that case, the guide rail can be configured to be compact in the vertical direction.
- the switching means is composed of an interlocking mechanism that interlocks the pair of contact bodies and a single actuator that operates the interlocking mechanism.
- each of the pair of contact bodies can be operated to move from each other, and the switching means can be switched between the holding state and the holding release state. And since each of a pair of contact bodies can be operated by a single actuator, the number of actuators can be reduced as compared with the case where each of the pair of contact bodies is operated by an actuator separately. Thus, the configuration of the switching means can be simplified.

Abstract
