Abstract

通信情報量を低く抑制しながら、ナビサーバにより設定された支援ルートに鑑みて、適当なナビルートを設定等することができるナビ装置等を提供する。ナビサーバ１００により、ナビ装置２００との通信に基づき、ユーザの出発位置ｐ1 および目的位置ｐ2 が認識され、かつ、出発位置ｐ1 および目的位置ｐ2 を結ぶ支援ルートＲが設定される。ナビ装置２００により、ナビサーバ１００との通信に基づき、当該支援ルートＲの一部を構成する複数のリンクが認識される。さらに、ナビ装置２００により、出発位置ｐ1 および目的位置ｐ2 を結ぶ、複数のリンクを包含するナビルートｒが設定される。さらに、ナビ装置２００により、当該複数のリンクのうち隣り合うリンクペアの、支援ルートＲに沿った間隔ｄ1i と、ナビルートｒに沿った間隔ｄ2i との偏差が閾値εi 以下であるか否かが判定される。当該判定結果が肯定的であることを要件として当該ナビルートｒが出力装置２０２を通じて出力される。
