Abstract
本発明の分解方法は、赤外線分光光度法による赤外線吸収スペクトルにおいて650~990cm−1の吸収ピークを有し、チタン、ケイ素および酸素を含有し、これらを化学結合しているチタン−ケイ素化学結合複合酸化物により、対象物を分解する。本発明の分解方法は、有機物分解方法、NOx除去方法、脱臭方法、発生原因物質の除去方法、防汚処理方法、防水滴処理、防露処理または防曇処理する処理方法、有害微生物防除方法に用いられる。
