目前市场上, 用于花炮电控燃放的电点火头均为含有火药 的结构, 即在导线对一端短接的电阻丝上包裹有少量的火药, 并通过粘接剂和防潮剂将火药与导线固定为一体。 使用时, 电 流被导向短接在导线之间的电阻丝, 电阻丝迅速发热, 进而引 燃包裹在周围的火药, 火药燃烧产生火焰和高温, 进一步将固 定在周围的烟花引线点燃。
为提高电点火头的点燃率, 其使用的火药往往为敏感度极 高的火药, 从而导致电点火头本身较为敏感, 磨擦或冲击都有 可能触发, 在与烟花的预备装配过程中较为危险。 因此尽管国 际上将这种产品的危爆极别定为较低的 UN0454、 1 . 4 S , 然而很 多国家却将这种电点火头产品定为管制产品, 只允许销售给专 业用户。
火药中的氧化剂成分具有较强的氧化能力, 尽管电点火头 中所用的电阻丝为惰性合金丝, 然而随着储存时间增长或储存 环境的恶劣, 电阻丝会被逐渐氧化, 此时电阻丝的发热性能会 急剧下降, 在未达到触发温度时就会从氧化环节熔断, 从而出 现哑火现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全系数高、 性能可靠的无火药稳定的烟花电点火头。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型是采用下述方案实现 的: 一种烟花电点火头, 它有一电路板、 一对导线、 一根电阻 丝、 一个安装夹和顶盖组成, 其特征是: 所述的电路板固定在 所述的安装夹内, 所述的电路板前端设有 U 形点火槽, 所述的 电阻丝与所述的导线焊接在所述的电路板上且所述的电阻丝跨 骑在所述的 u 形点火槽上, 所述的安装夹设有烟花引线槽, 所 述的顶盖设有引线推进定位板并套盖在所述的安装夹上。
所述的电阻丝为电热转换能力 良好的电阻丝 (如钨丝、 镍 铬合金丝、 康铜丝等等) 绕制成细密的螺旋状。
使用时, 烟花引线插入到安装夹的烟花引线槽内, 当压下 顶盖时, 顶盖的推进定位板压迫烟花引线嵌入并固定在安装夹 的引线固定槽中,发热电阻丝为电热转换能力 良好的电阻丝(如 钨丝、 镍铬合金丝、 康铜丝等等) 绕制成细密的螺旋状并焊接 在电路板的点火槽上, 烟花引线嵌入到电路板的点火槽中, 螺 旋电阻丝受到烟花引线压迫弯曲, 良好地包裹住引线的下半部 分, 通电后电阻丝发热, 烧穿引线的棉线层并引燃引线中的火 药, 从而点燃引线。
由于整个不含有火药成分, 避开了传统烟花电点火头的管 制条例, 能合法销售给广大烟花消费者使用; 由于电阻丝周围 没有强氧化性的火药, 该实用新型长时间储存也不会影响电阻 丝的发热性能, 从而保证了该实用新型稳定的点火性能。
综上所述, 本实用新型是一种安全系数高、 性能可靠且结 构简单、 制造方便、 性能稳定的无火药、 稳定的、 可合法销售 给消费者的烟花电点火头。

具体实施方式
参见图 1 和图 2, 电路板 7 固定在安装夹 8 内, 电路板 7前 端设有 U形点火槽 6, 电阻丝 5与导线 9焊接在电路板 7上且电 阻丝 5跨骑在 U形点火槽 6上, 安装夹 8设有烟花引线槽 4, 顶 盖 1 设有引线推进定位板 2 并套盖在安装夹 8 上, 电阻丝 5 为 电热转换能力 良好的电阻丝 (如钨丝、 镍铬合金丝、 康铜丝等 等) 绕制成细密的螺旋状并焊接在电路板 7 的 U形点火槽 6'上。
使用时, 烟花弓 1, 3插入到安装夹 8 的烟花引线槽 4 内, 当 压下顶盖 1 时, 顶盖 1 的推进定位板 2 压迫烟花引线 3 嵌入并 固定在安装夹 8 的引线固定槽 4 中, 电阻丝 5 为电热转换能力 良好的电阻丝 (如钨丝、 镍铬合金丝、 康铜丝等等), 烟花引线 3嵌入到电路板 7 的 U形点火槽 6 中,螺旋电阻丝 5受到烟花引 线 3 压迫弯曲, 螺旋电阻丝 5 良好地包裹住烟花引线 3 的下半 部分, 通电后电阻丝 5 发热, 烧穿烟花引线 3 的棉线层并引燃 引线中的火药, 从而点燃烟花引线 3。
