技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电点火头, 特指一种安全系数高、 性能稳定、 使用效率高、 不含火药的快引 电点火头。
背景技术
在烟花行业中 , 多数大型烟花及部分消费类烟花均使用 快引作为点火引线, 即数根黑药引线被平行包裹在牛皮纸中。 该引线被点燃后, 能以数十倍于安全引线的燃烧速度迅速点 燃烟花, 因而安装快引 的烟花多用于电点火燃放。
目前市场上, 用于花炮电点火燃放的 电点火头均为含有 火药的结构, 即在导线对一端短接的 电阻丝上包裹有少量的 火药, 并通过粘接剂和防潮剂将火药与导线固定为一体。 使 用时, 电流被导向短接在导线之间的 电阻丝, 电阻丝迅速发 热, 进而引燃包裹在周围的火药, 火药燃烧产生火焰和高温, 进一步将固定在周 围的烟花引线点燃。

火药中的氧化剂成分具有较强的氧化能力 , 尽管电点火 头中所用的电阻丝为惰性合金丝, 然而随着储存时间增长或 储存环 的 劣 , 电阻丝会被逐渐氧化, 此时电阻丝的发热 性能会急剧下降,在未达到触发温度时就会从氧化环节熔断, 从而出现哑火现象。
电点火头中含有火药, 运输时必须进行特殊对待, 多数 国家不允许类似物品空运, 大幅增加了运输成本和难度。

为 了解决上述技术问题 本实用新型提供的安全 、 高效 的无药快引 电点火头, 包括 电路板、 一根导线对 、 一根电 阻丝和 个安装夹, 所述的 电阻丝与所述的导线对焊接在所 述的电路板上, 所述的安装夹的前端下块为便于插进快引 的 舌形塞子 , 所述安装夹的前 上块设有一与插进的快引对应 的定位针 , 所述的 电路板固定在所述的舌形塞子上 , 所述的 电阻丝朝上且与插进的快引方向垂直对应 所述的导线对沿 所述安装夹后端引 出并固定 所述的安装夹前端上下块的两 侧设有合拢卡位 , 所述的安装夹前端在外力作用下相互合拢 并沿所述合拢卡位卡接固定。
所述的安装夹由上盖和下盖组成, 所述的舌形塞子设在 所述的下盖的前端, 所述的舌形塞子与所述的下盖的后端之 间形成有弯折缺口 , 所述的舌形塞子上设有电路板槽, 在所 述的电路板槽的两边设有电路板固定卡位, 在所述的下盖的 两侧对齐固 定所述的 电路板固定卡位的位置设有点火合拢 下卡位, 所述的下盖的后端设有导线定位槽, 所述的下盖的 后端两侧设有导线合拢下卡位, 所述的 电路板通过所述的电 路板固定卡位固定在所述的电路板槽中 , 所述的导线对通过 导线定位槽固定; 所述的上盖的后端设有导线合拢上卡位, 前端设有点火合拢上卡位, 所述的上盖与所述的下盖通过所 述的导线合拢下卡位和所述的导线合拢上卡位固 定成为一 个整体安装夹。

具体实施方式
参见图 1 和图 2, 安装夹 1 由上盖 2 和下盖 3 组成, 其 中下盖 3 的前端设有一个舌形塞子 4, 舌形塞子 4 上有电路 板槽 5, 在电路板槽 5 的两边有电路板固定卡位 6, 在下盖 3 的两侧对齐固定电路板固定卡位 6 的位置设有点火合拢下卡 位 7, 下盖 3 的后端设有导线定位槽 8, 下盖 3 的后端两侧 设有导线合拢下卡位 9, 舌形塞子 4 与下盖 3 的后端之间形
成有一条横向 的弯折缺口 10, 沿弯折缺口 10, 舌形塞子 4 与下盖 3 的后端不在同一水平面上; 电阻丝 11 为 电热转换 能力 良好的 电阻丝绕制成细密的螺旋状, 并采用焊锡亲和金 属进行微量电镀处理以便于 接, 电阻丝 11 与导线对 12 悍 接在电路板 13 上, 电阻丝 11 位于前端, 与即将插入快引 17 的方向垂直, 将焊好的电路板 13 通过电路板固定卡位 6 固 定在下盖 3 的电路板槽 5 中 , 导线对 12 通过导线定位槽 8 固定; 上盖 2 的后端有导线合拢上卡位 14, 前端有点火合拢 上卡位 15, 上盖 2 的前端中心位置粘接固定有一根定位针 16; 上盖 2 与下盖 3 通过导线合拢下卡位 9 和导线合拢上卡 位 14 固定成为一个整体安装夹 1。
参见图 3、 图 4 和图 5, 使用时, 理出快引 17 中黑引线 18 与下层牛皮纸 19 之间的空隙, 将安装夹 1 的舌形塞子 4 插入空隙中 , 电路板 13 朝向黑引线 18, 插入到位后, 黑引 线 18 位于电阻丝 11 的上方,将快引 17 与下盖 3 的前端部分 沿弯折缺口 10 向上弯折, 弯折过程中 , 快引定位针 16 刺破 快引 17 的上层牛皮纸 19 将快引 17 定位, 同时上盖 2 将黑引 线 18 压向 电阻丝 11, 当点火合拢下卡位 9 与点火合拢上卡 位 15 卡接后, 快引 17 被牢牢固定在安装夹 1 中 , 而且黑引 线 18 与电阻丝 11 保持可靠接触。 通电后, 导线对 12 将电流 导向 电阻丝 11, 电阻丝 11 发热, 直接点燃与之接触的黑引 线 18, 从而引燃快引 17。
参见图 6, 在对应电阻丝 11 发热部分的电路板 13 位置, 打一孔位 20, 使电阻丝 11 的发热部分悬空, 防止电路板 13 对电阻丝 11 的热量吸收,从而提高点火效率。
