Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication des hydrocarbures liquides à partir de la tourbe, du pyroschiste, du lignite, de l'houile brune, de l'anthracite, de déchet de charbon et de raffinage, des résidus de plastique et de polymère, des rebuts de caoutchouc industriels etc., et peut être utilisée dans l'industrie houillère et chimique et dans l'industrie pétrolière. Le craquage et hydrogénation du produit de départ sont effectués en présence d'un solvant donneur d'hydrogène et dans les conditions d'écoulement non stationnaire d'un système biphasique 'produit de départ - solvant donneur d'hydrogène' dans un appareil à rotor et à réaction avec de la modulation (interruption) de l'écoulement. En tant que solvant donneur d'hydrogène, on utilise de l'eau et un mélange d'une fraction qui a une température d'ébullition de 35-100 °C avec le résidu de post-fractionnement circulant ayant une température d'ébullition de 450-600 °C et une température de solidification de 20 °C. L'hydrogénation et le craquage thermomécanique sont intensifiés à l'aide des processus de cavitation et par multiples effets secondaires de cavitation. Le procédé permet de simplifier la technologie du processus et d'augmenter le rendement des produits liquides de la meilleure qualité qui peuvent être utilisés en tant que combustibles pour moteur.
